715 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026 I came an hour early to the Quest Lab to find out if they'd take me early before my appointment time as a walk-in. Not sure if it'll happen as I already have the standing appointment. The self service kiosk is easy to use, there are four machines near the entrance. Plenty of parking spaces here at the medical plaza. There's a constant arrival of patients, so not likely to be seen earlier than the appointment time. I have no idea when walk-ins would be seen as appointments have priority. I don't recommend trying to get here any earlier than ten minutes. The restrooms are clean, however, there's no wall mounted soap dispenser. That's such a big miss! Super silly having that gallon sized pump hand soap on the cabinet away from the sink. The hand dryer works well, there are no paper towels. This one is weird too, I was given a small plastic double Dixie cup with lid instead of the medical grade plastic urine collection cup. Hmm... Not sure if that was because I had to go before she had a jar ready and labeled. My phlebotomist was professional, yes. But she wasn't as good as the other one I had previously. All I care about is that they're able to collect the blood sample on the first insertion of the needle. Don't miss! Haha. read more

I haven't been here since they finished their remodeling. I love how they have so many kiosks with a clear divider for some privacy from patient to patient. The waiting room is large and they have long business hours from 5a-5pm. I don't love getting my lab drawn in general but I am happy to have this location close to my house. Very quick sign in process with your CDL. I was called quickly, actually a few minutes before my appointment by Albert. He was efficient and he got my blood so easily. He knew what he was doing and it showed. The clinic was large and clean. Many seats and about 10 patients. I will come here anytime!!! read more

My girlfriend had an appointment to get some bloodwork done at quest diagnostics. We arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and she used the kiosk to check in. We sat down to wait for her to be called. After a few minutes she was called back. 10 vials and about 10 minutes later she was done and we were out and on with our day. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to find a space. Really quick, we were in and out in about 20 minutes. read more

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my visit. I understand mornings can be busy, but the nurse who assisted me was quite dismissive. When I asked which arm would be easier for her to draw blood from, she responded with, "It's up to ME TO DECIDE " in a rude tone. It was around 6:30 a.m., and that kind of attitude is really uncalled for--especially when patients are trying to cooperate and have a small child with them. I hope this can be addressed with some additional customer service training. Kindness and professionalism make a big difference. read more

They told me my health insurance would cover the bill for pinworm exam but they end up sending me a bill for $49.99. I tried calling multiple times and emailing this quest diagnostics facility to see if I had any pre-requisites and they never answered my email or call in a week. I showed up for my appointment and they told me I needed a referral and then sending me a bill for something they promised my health insurance would cover. The lady who drew my blood rammed the needle in my arm so roughly, that I jumped and cried out in pain. She then leaned in and said, "You won't forget my name." I filed a complaint with Quest and I will be filing a complaint with the CA Dept of Public Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. No patient should experience pain intentionally inflicted on them by the person who is supposed to provide empathetic care. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I go on Saturday for blood work I needed to get done for my physical for the following Friday. The woman that did my blood test was AWFUL. She poked me and no blood came out. Instead of trying again, she proceeded to move the needle around for a while, and finally got it in the right place. She only needed one vile of blood BUT she KNEW and she COULD TELL the blood sample was not good. So, she proceeded to say "I am going to take another vial just in case this one isn't good." WHAT DO YOU MEAN? No one has ever done that before but she could clearly see the sample was bad, but I think she wanted to avoid having to poke me again. Whatever. I'm thinking it's all good she got the blood Im set. I go to my physical the following Friday, and the doctor can't find my blood work. They call Quest who proceeds to say that the blood sample was not good and I needed to come back and have another test done. WTF!!! I took time off work already for the first blood sample. On top of that she took TWO vials when she only needed one. AND to top this all off, this is a picture of MY arm a whole WEEEK after getting my blood drawn. They need better phlebotomists because this is UNACCEPTABLE. read more

I was put on the standby list. The quiosk stated the wait time would be 30 minutes to an hour. I have no problem waiting my turn, but I have now been waiting over 3 hours. I used a sick day to take some blood tests, one of which needed to be done no later than 9am. I still have a few other tests I can do but waiting over 3 hours is ridiculous. When I inquired about the standby list remaining the same for 2 hours the response I got from one guy was, "you should have made an appointment." Yeah, duh! You didn't need to be a jerk about it. He said the same thing to an elderly woman. Now I will still need to come back for the morning test. I have another appointment at 11am, so I might have to leave soon without any tests done. What harm would it do to take 1 standby for every 10 people or so with appointments? Very disorganized and rude! read more

I would give zero stars if I could.....There are no humans in the reception area, only computers. They advertise they take walk ins but what they don't tell you is that you can't get in unless somebody cancels their appointment. How are you supposed to know that? I waited in that reception room for over an hour before I even found that out. While I was waiting, the reception room was completely empty, except for one other lady who was a walk-in and she was waiting and nobody came and went for over 20 minutes. Then people started coming in and the walk-ins were told that they would probably still have to wait another two or three hours to be seen. LabCorp never treated their walk-ins like that. The staff are not friendly act like they don't want to be there and treat you that way. I'll never go back to the Yorba Linda location. By the way, I just left and didn't get my lab work done. read more

Had a 9:10 appointment this morning. Kiosk to check in was very easy. Got in exactly at 9:10 and was greeted by my tech, Martha! She was so happy and pleasant! We talked about art and tamales while she expertly and painlessly drew 7 vials of blood. Everyone at the Harbor Quest is awesome but Martha was exceptional! The location is far too busy for the number of people they serve. They need to increase the number of phlebotomists. They also need to improve their compassion and empathy for our elderly. While sitting in their waiting room, I witnessed an employee not take a moment to assist an elderly man requesting help. There is no excuse for rude behavior! Prompt, easy and clean facility. I drove 35 minutes out of the way for this specific clinic. I can see how it could be frustrating for those partial to an accessible human receptionist. However, I made my appointment online and breezed right in (NEED: driver's license and insurance card for machine scanning at check-in). I arrived on time and barely sat down before immediately being called in. Shout out to Kenneth, who did my bloodwork. He was excellent, gentle, and mindful of my fear of needles. Just like other yelpers said, make an appointment. It is easy, you can pick your time, and you get updated about your scheduled date. The parking lot has a good amount of space. I needed to get my yearly blood test so I booked an appointment a week prior to my doctor visit. My scheduled appointment was at 8 AM and I arrived around 7:58 AM. My phone got a text saying please check in once you have arrived. I clicked the I'm Here button on my phone while walking through the door and before my bottom could hit the chair, the technician was already calling me in. This was the FASTEST, easiest, and painless experience I have had in a long time with getting my blood drawn. My appointment was at 4:40 and I was out of the door by 4:46! The digital check in was easy to navigate and I was taken back within 1 minute of checking in. Kenneth took me back and was very quick and pleasant. Our little guy needed his first blood draw and we chose this location of Quest to have it done. We made an appointment on-line and then showed up at our selected time. Check-in was quick and we were taken to a far room over-looking the golf course. The technician was unbelievably nice and understanding that our little guy was scared. She let him sit in my lap and showed my better half how he could help hold his little arm still. I'm not going to lie...this was painful for everyone. He was very brave but when the needle went in, he began crying and getting really upset. Our technician was unphased and said encouraging words while finishing up. In the end, the blood test finished relatively quickly in real time (it was like slow motion for all of us though). I really couldn't be happier with this Quest location. It is clean and makes things easy, from the ample parking to the check-in process to the quick, excellent service. When a blood test is needed, we will definitely be back. read more

I had a fasting lipid test, but I couldn't stand to wait to eat anymore so I showed up about 45 minutes early, long enough that I tried to call for an earlier appointment. If you are visually-impaired, maybe take someone with you for help checking in at the touch screen kiosk. (It took time trying to scan the back of my insurance card until I turned it upside down.) Once you get through double checking the label printout and signing authorization, the blood draw is quick. Got tests done here the other day and it is by far one of the cleanest and nicest looking testing facilities I have been in. The check in process was all digital and pretty straightforward. I was a little late to my appointment so I had to go standby, but as soon as I sat down to wait someone came out quickly to help. Easy to make an appointment here online! Took maybe 10 minutes and they Keep spacing in the waiting room for social distancing. Staff all wear mask and gloves and hand sanitizer is available. They also screen temperature and symptoms. Came for a blood draw for labs. Checked in and they didn't have room in the waiting room so they told me I could wait outside or in my car and they would text me. Less than 10 minutes later I got the text and headed right in. Staff was very friendly. I had to fast so may have been dehydrated or maybe I have poor veins but the phlebotomist had to stick me 3 times and ask for help to get a vein. Only reason why I'm downgrading to a 4 star. Otherwise awesome service and clean facility. read more
