Nurse Heather. *five stars!
Caroline P.

I was finally able to schedule my youngest for her Covid vaccine and we were so blessed to have nurse Heather. I made the appointment online. Showed up 15mins before. The lady at the desk was very helpful and checked us in vs having to wait until my check in window opened. I had been practicing with my daughter's rabbit on how the vaccination administration would go these past few days and it definitely helped some. My daughter was all good until we entered the room with nurse Heather. The mini exam room gave her anxiety. Heather recommended for her to sit on my lap so she would have some comfort. She was a friendly masked face. She told my daughter what she was planning to do with cleaning before the vaccine. We ended up being a great team in distracting her so she can admin the vaccine. She prepared a cute cookie monster bandaid which took the pain away. No tears. Gentle, thoughtful and efficient. I scheduled our next follow up with her as well. I am so grateful for Nurse Heather. Thank you for your care and patient. Most of all making a difference in a not so fun task!

googling my symptoms to AI ?!?!? because she didn't know if she could give me a TB shot or not since i was expecting!

July 13th I made an appointment, checked in, cool. Waited 30-45 mins. could been better on timing. I went in and clearly you can see i have booked for TB and she's over here explaining it like im dumb. I told her how much she said $76. charged me $36 upfront then to pick up test results is $40 at ANOTHER minute clinic location 30 minutes away. she said if it's positive i have to pay $200. then she mentioned x- ray if it's positive and i told her oh no, im expecting so she looked at me like my head was cut off. She was writing down when i should test and googling up if tuberculosis shot was okay to give to someone who's expecting to AI ... she did that normally like this is a common occurrence. Thinking that im young and wouldn't care that she just googled if it's okay to give to me. She then goes "Ai and reddit says it's okay so i can give you the tuberculosis shot" then proceeded to inject me since i already paid BEFORE she searched it up on her person cellphone like as if she was my mom doing it at home?! CRAZY. Highly unprofessional. holy crap. this is worth losing your license. whoever is in charge of looking at these yelp reviews please investigate on the "nurse" who worked on July 13th sunday at 4:30-5pm. Ridiculous. When i went to pick up test results it was not $40 it was $50. Just $10 off but at this point this lady has caused me inconvenience and uncertainty of this healthcare facility. GOODBYE. On top of that she been a nurse for "years" she told me.

I was only here for employment-related requirements, and thankfully did not come seeking medical care by choice. That said, I strongly advise anyone who actually needs medical attention to stay away. If this visit had not been free through my employer, I would never consider stepping foot in this facility. I was questioned about personal health information in a very public and unsecured area, which felt like a clear violation of privacy. I was also given medical treatment options that did not align with what I was there for. I had to correct the staff and clearly state what was required before they proceeded appropriately. When I received an injection, the technician did a poor job and failed to properly clean the area afterward. I left with visible residue and blood still on my arm, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about basic hygiene and safety standards. Overall, this was a troubling experience from start to finish. The lack of professionalism, disregard for patient privacy, and poor clinical practices make this a place I would not recommend to anyone seeking care.

We figured get him seen then will go to a Memorial Urgent Care for me since I normally go to Long Beach Memorial Urgent Cares. Well to my surprise the lovely receptionist seen I was sick too she when out her way to see if I could be seen with my insurance and thankfully I was able too get medical help to! From the moment we arrived the lovely reception at the front desk was warm and welcoming and friendly. I can't remember her name but it should be on mine and my husband Kenneth's intake. Sherri was helpful and knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service and went out her to help me personally. Sherri should be applauded for outstanding service and the rest of the staff was excellent. They made us feel welcome and heard from the beginning and we definitely appreciate it thank you to everyone for taking care of me and my husband today!

It was further than the other one but we went w her recommendation. I'm so glad I did! You can make an appointment ahead of time but i was a walk in. The only difference was that I had to fill out the paperwork once I got there. There was no one else ahead of me so I was called back as soon as I was done. The nurse, Mearia Chattas, was the same nurse who saw my daughter before. She's part of the reason why this is my daughter's favorite urgent care! I know that Urgent Cares aren't usually on a list of favorites. But, now it's mine too. We considered going to an ER but i knew the cost and wait would be much more. All the staff members we interacted with were great! I was treated with such kindness and respect. Mearia, the nurse, and Andy Nguyen, the PA, really took extra steps to not cause more pain to my injury whereas I could see somewhere else handling me rougher. If you're ever in need of urgent care, I can't recommend Marque enough. And there's lots of parking and a yummy kbbq spot in the same area so you can treat yourself afterwards.

I signed up for a physical... and boy was I in for a treat…read more.. To begin, I made the decision to see Doctor Chaudhary based on a cursory glance at her reviews on Zocdoc. She seemed to have good reviews so I went ahead and booked with her. When I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out first-time paperwork, I was astonished that there were so many people filling the small waiting room. "Oh well," I thought. "Must be a popular place." I repressed my concern. About an hour-and-a-bit later, after I'd long-finished my paperwork and the room had only gained more waiting patrons, another lady entered and had a "quiet" discussion with the woman up front which shortly thereafter led to her being admitted into the back to see the doctor. Mind you, they were already an hour and some change late to my appointment that I was 10 minutes early to. I tend to pride myself on patience because I know that sometimes things go awry and people could use the emotional space to do their jobs but that irked me a bit. So I approached and asked how long it would be before I could be seen. I was assured I'd be next. As per my recollection, at this point, one or two people who had shown up after me (and had appointment times after mine according to the sign-in sheet) had been admitted. I was getting annoyed. Oddly, a representative and rather pleasant fellow from Astra Zeneca had entered the office presumably for a meeting. After waiting far less time than I, he seemed to decide that he would never be seen and he made his way out without ever even being engaged by an employee. About an hour-and-forty-five minutes after my appointment time was scheduled for, I was brought back into a room where I refreshed my disposition on the assumption that they were having an off day and trying to make the best of it. I then went through the typical routine with the nurse... and then I waited another 20-30 minutes. When the doctor finally entered, she seemed nice enough but was noticeably NOT Dr. Chaudhary. I can't quite remember her name but it wasn't the Doctor I'd signed up for. She seemed nice enough, rather chatty... but in a funny and well-humored sort of way. She rattled on for a bit about signing up for more services through them and put her stethoscope on me. Then continued to talk about eating healthy... then without skipping a beat she thanked me for coming and went to make her escape. I interrupted her to remind her I was here for a physical. She asked me what I thought a physical was and peppered in a couple more jokes then indicated she was continuing on her way out. We were both laughing, but I was as of yet unsatisfied. And so awkwardly, I felt it necessary to interject further. "I know it's funny that I have to say this, but usually when I get a physical they have me undress and check around a bit to make sure everything's okay." She then made a joke about rectal exams being outdated. This was getting real weird. I didn't want a rectal exam. I wanted to be checked out, not just talked at. Needless to say, I didn't leave feeling they'd done their job. At minimum she hadn't answered the 2 questions I'd come prepared with. Shortly thereafter, in the waiting room and still feeling unsatisfied, I asked the receptionist what a physical usually entails. I gathered she might have known that I was suspicious of what they were up to and was careful how she responded. I dispensed with the tip-toeing and just told her straight up that all the physicals I'd ever had involved more poking around and checking me out and that none of these things had happened. She told me that physicals are sometimes done in multiple parts. Perhaps she was right. I'm not entirely sure. All I know is that spending 3 hours at the doctor's office for someone to tell me to eat healthier and put a stethoscope on my back was an egregious waste of my time. Later on, I did a quick google search to make sure I wasn't going crazy: According to that quick google search (and my numerous past experiences) "During your physical exam, your doctor will evaluate your general overall appearance, and perform head, neck, abdominal, neurological, dermatological, and extremities exam. He will check for any abnormalities or signs of disease or illness." Did any of these things happen? No. Instead, a doctor (a different one than the one I booked with) offered a less-than-sufficient engagement. I walked out with little more than what I could've gained watching a Jenny Craig advertisement and a whole lot of frustration. Few times in my life have I left a purely negative review. Normally, I feel that companies deserve to be let off the hook because it's so easy to type away and ruin a reputation. I take this very very seriously and don't make the decision to leave a review like this lightly. -- My take on this is I would recommend people go elsewhere. This place already seems to have too many people to deal with and may not treat you respectfully.

I would recommend this doctors office because the process is good and I was in and out practically.
