As for the picture of someone's bruised arm, I would say they are from NEEDLE MARKS SHOOTING HEROIN. Then there is the review from Tala about her horrible experience at this facility and the phlebotomist Patricia's bad attitude. Get a life Tala. If you worked in a Dr's. office for 6 years iit is SOP to ask/cfm information. I actually think you were on your PERIOD and over reacted as I have had Patrica and the others do my blood work and they have NEVER acted like what YOU are saying. You need to go back to IRAN, PAKISTAN, or IRAQ. We don't need your type here. read more

Patricia was amazing on assisting and checking me up ! She was very patient and went the extra steps to make sure I didn't have to do a second trip to do my lab order read more

The experience was fast, the service (Patricia) was professional and polite. Would definitely come back.

The staff here is completely tactless. Firstly, I walk into a crowded lobby where music is loudly playing and the front desk clerk is highly irritated and barking at people. She couldn't answer people's simple questions without being aggravated and raising her voice. When I approached her, she was patient enough, but her treatment of other people is very off-putting. Secondly, I had an appointment, but it seems to make no difference, as they run late anyway. Lastly, the technician (female, Caucasian, curly hair) is rude. I was asked to sign a form and write "myself," but to confirm, I asked, "Did you say 'self' or 'myself,'" and she responded, "It only matters if you care about proper English." Um, okay. I'm just asking for confirmation for what was said - what's with the implication that I don't know English? What a tasteless comment to make. Also, presumably because of the doctor that ordered my test, she asked, "What kind of cancer do you have?" That's a huge assumption. I don't have cancer, and even if I did, I don't consider it polite to ask me point blank which kind I have. I will avoid this place like the plague. They are everything you do not want in medical professionals - rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. read more

Loved this place. The wait was very short and Patricia was great. I hate needles but she used the butterfly one and I barely even felt it. She even asked me if I wanted to lie down while she drew blood so that I would be extra comfortable but I didn't need to. She distracted me the whole way through and it was done before I knew it. I have no idea why this place gets such bad ratings. I had a great experience, well as good as it can get when you are getting your blood drawn ha ha! read more

I went there today, Tuesday afternoon 1:40pm. I am the only customer, in and out in 10 minutes. Good.

This place sucks and is so slow you can see the plants growing. The counter lady is rude.

I arrived for the annual blood panel 8 minutes prior to my appointment. They now have a digital keypad you need to sign into. No problem, filled in all the fields and the system said Sign In Complete. After waiting 15 min I asked the receptionist, Maria, why I'm not on the queue monitor. She said to sign on again. Which I did. I said it's frustrating that the system confirmed my sign in the first time but I'm not in the waiting queue. Maria said "you're the first person to have a problem with the system ". Yeah right. Just plain rude. read more

One of my blood test was skipped. I had done several blood test in this center few days back.Among them one imp. blood test was not performed. On asking them the reason for it ,i received kiddish answers which are not at all acceptable. I have sent detailed e mail to them regarding this and still waiting for the reply. Further once the lady that draws the blood(the lady in both the incidences was same) drew 2 tubes extra blood and then simply said sorry about it.Can u imagine two whole tubes of extra blood!!!!!! Words are few to write about this lab.........really........ I truly hope none of you ever have to experience such a thing. read more

I was there couple of weeks ago and Patricia did my blood test .. she was very friendly and very patient with every one ... when ever you go there just ask for Patricia read more

My first time to this location. My husband and i arrived at 8:41 am. Line wa outside the door waiting in line to check in. Waiting room was over seating capacity. People forced to stand in the waiting room. Almost elbow to elbow. Location is unsafe due to over capacity. Another lady addressed her safety concern and was given a deaf ear and ignored. Finally my turn came and left at 12:05 pm. This was insane! Keep in mind all and most lab work, patients are required to fast! Will not return to this location. read more

This has been my worst experience getting blood tests. I went in for 2 blood tests on 2 separate occasions. Neither my doctor or I ever saw the results, but I was unfortunately billed for these tests. I wish I could give this place negative stars. read more

I would have to say one of the quickest and most painless experience labs I've ever had. Came in early and breezed right through. This group take such a hit from people everytime on yelp. I would say they were absolutely friendly, attentitive and hard working group. I would say i understand what they go through being in the medical field myself. Quest Lab group. You guys were great this morning and you do an amazing job. So Thank you. read more

The staff is nice and efficient, but the facility is pretty run-down. This morning their bathroom was broken, they had only paper urine cups, and their label printer was broken. This is one of the least fancy Quest labs I've been to, but God bless the staff working here because they are really patient and kind. Just follow the golden rule and treat them nicely and they will reciprocate. +3 stars for Laquita for explaining my glucose screening to me and being an excellent phlebotomist. Her blood taking was quick and painless. I always dread getting my blood taken because they have trouble finding my vein, but Laquita had no issues and I was surprised when she told me she was done. She is definitely who you want to take your blood, if you can request her. +1 star for the other staff who were trying their best to get everyone seen in a timely manner. -1 star for facility Tip: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. You can make them online or over the phone. People got here at 7:30am without an appointment, hoping to sneak in, but ended up not being seen until 9. The staff tried their best to mingle walk ins with appointment times but it is seemingly difficult with so many people coming in at once. I hope Quest management can help this office, instead of setting it up for failure by obvious under staffing and under equipping. read more

Very horrible service. Employees were very rude. I was 10 min late and they made me reschedule for the 2nd time. Irvine location is very Unorganized. I recommend going somewhere else. The service was horrible and flat out rude. I offered to wait to see if there were any cancellations and they basically told me there's no chance it's going to happen for me today.Very unhappy. This is my life and my body I'm trying to take care of. I need serious people who want to help. read more

I had an appt for 9 AM for a 2 hour glucose test, and there was only one other person waiting. The wait was short and when people came in, the staff moved through them quickly and professionally. I had a good experience for as bad as a 2 hour glucose test could be on 12 hr fasting. read more

This is the worst Quest lab of all! They are so understaffed and it takes 40 minutes to drop off a simple sample! Every time I come here it is a nightmare. The staff tries, but it is so many people they just cannot keep up! read more

Slow service. ineffective. Slow to act and dropping off take forever. 1 hour just to drop off stool samples. This is what happens when health care is monopolized in one form or another and barely any competition. read more

The people working here are complete idiots. Even if you make an appointment, they still make you wait at least 40 minutes. On top of it they don't know how to communicate with human beings which is pathetic considering they work with a ton of people. Hate this place and will ask my dr to get blood work done somewhere else. Bunch of miserable fools! If you don't like your job go somewhere else bc there are plenty of people who would do a much better job. read more

Ugh. 20 minutes sitting and they haven't even checked papa in nevermind taking blood. Finally someone is at the desk working. We tried to call for an appointment and for disconnected so I drove over. Avoid. read more

Terrible wait time- took 6 weeks to get an appointment.. very unhappy.. I will not ever go back to Quest

I have given up trying to get appointments with quest. I needed a blood test done within a month, so forget an appointment. So I walked in and asked if this particular test needed to be done first thing in the morning, and the clerk looked at the paperwork then said no. They let me wait for a half hour, and then she said, "Oh it needed to be done earlier. Not a fasting test, though timing turned out to be an issue. read more

Being late for an appt means they treat you like a walk-in - I.e, longgggg wait time. If you're on time for your appt, it's much more efficient! Tip: make an appt and be on time for the best experience. And after all, it's a lab, so don't go in expecting a warm bedside manner. These techs are exhausted and draw blood and process samples ALL DAY. They're not here to make your day better. (I will say, though, that my phlebotomist, Mark, was a great conversationalist). read more

Tried to get my blood drawn. But there are close till Monday. See you guys Monday. Happy holidays

This place is ASS backwards! The staff are rude and not helpful. Not organized at all at this facility. The lady behind the counter kept complaining that her computer was not working and so she could not help. The whole waiting room was packed and there were only 2 staff but only one was actually doing something. I was there for an hour glucose test which I was supposed to begin right away due to fasting. I waited for almost 30 min still no help! I left and went to another diagnostic testing center down the street! Do not go here if you need efficient service. read more

I made an appointment but wasn't called until 50 minutes after my scheduled time which gave me a lot of anxiety. I had to take a 3 hour test so I was hoping my appointment time would have helped but it didn't. I wish there was more staff to help and answer questions for those who are waiting, the place was packed! Don't go close to lunch time! The restroom had a horrible odor of urine and I felt like I should have had gloves on to be in there. Patricia was wonderful I would give her 10 stars! She made my 4 hours at this place a little easier to deal with. read more

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT The facility is clean and nice. The people are a mixed bag. The problem, I believe, is that they only employ phlebotomists. The same guy who draws your blood is the receptionist and the manager and the janitor and so on. It's SUPER inefficient. There were four people working and what looked like 10 patients in the lobby. They told one person it would be over an hour to get service. I've been in the lobby for 50 minutes and have not been helped yet. I've been to plenty of labs and while this is not an uncommon setup for stand alone labs, this one is certainly the least efficient I've seen. They didn't have the right paperwork but didn't discover it until I was with the tech. I offered to let her take someone else while I talked to the doctor's office on the phone but she stayed with me for the 10 minute call. Nice, but 10 people also waited 10 minutes. This is cost cutting at any expense. Obviously it's working because they have a bunch of customers. A couple of people have left, but someone else came in to replace them. Great for the shareholders but it sucks for we customers. read more

Excellent and quick service. Walked in at 3:30 (30 minutes before close on a Wednesday) and I was taken back right away. I usually pass out to the sight of blood/needles, fortunately, I was able to get through the blood test successfully without passing out. I barely felt the needle- Dominique was quick and provided efficient service. Dominique was receptive to my concerns and it really makes a difference in the overall experience for me. Thanks Dominique!! read more

Terrible service. LaQuita should not be helping people in the general that have questions. And the middle eastern man needs to work on his tone. The only person I had a good experience with was Patricia - she was professional and personable. I won't go into details of why I am rating this service so low but let's say that I've never had someone at a doctor's office yell at me until today. Go elsewhere if you can. read more

They should have zero stars it's horrible. Girl in the front so rude I guess she hates her job you can see it in her face, bad attitude arguing with her co-worker. Tons of people waiting in waiting room. Then line to sign in. The women siding in had a fecal sample in her had and the staff said nothing. It was so gross. Then I stood in line for over 10 minutes without the staff even mentioning the wait time. The sample in the bag grossed me out so much the women touching everything holding it a a Kleenex and the staff failure to remove it to prevent the spread of germs. I went up the street where they have automated check in and the wait was 11 min rather than an hour. read more

This is strange, is this the one at ste 120? I made an appointment for 11.30, got there on time, got checked in and waited less than 10 minutes just for the staff to key in my information, and promptly got my blood drawn. The office staff were pretty efficient and not unfriendly. I was probably in and out in less than 20 minutes. My phlebotomist was pretty good too, it was pretty painless compared to another location I went to. read more

They are open on Saturdays from 8-12. Get here early, line starts forming around 715.

I typically don't write reviews, but my experience at this quest location justifies a review. My experience here was unforgettable. And I mean this is the worst way possible. My phlebotomist, who I will not name for her sake, claimed to be the best. This was great news for me as someone who has tiny veins which increases the chance of me having a miserable blood draw. Upon drawing my blood she refused to listen to the fact that I had one vein that she could poke. Instead, because she was "the best" poked a tiny vein in the opposite arm. After digging into my arm, she ruptured the vein, and told me while doing so. This caused me distress and she continued to tell me "something was weird" because blood wasn't coming out quickly. I told my fiancé who was next to me I was going to pass out because I became worked up, and I did. I woke up on the ground with my fiancé above me and out phlebotomist no where to be found. We entered a separate room and I laid on a long chair. A new phlebotomist entered the room to take my fiancé's blood, and he told us that the other phlebotomist didn't even tell him where my blood was! As soon as my fiancé was done we left right away without a word from the original "amazing" phlebotomist. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting blood drawn, and I recommend you do not go to this location. I cannot believe I am even having to write this review. read more

This is my first experience at this office and will be my last. The Indian gentleman at the front desk is incredibly rude! I never treat people like that and do not expect in return. Hire someone who is understanding!! I have also been waiting for about 1.5 hrs! I normally make an appointment but had today off. Will never be back here again! I give it one star for being close to home read more

I had Patrica draw my blood and she was so kind, gentle and understanding. I'm a fainter and she knew exactly how to prevent me from fainting-which was a 1st!
