Trash was all over the floor. Blood receptacles are kept out in the open. My technician placed my receptacles on a dirty counter then placed them in a bin with other receptacles that are out in the open (potentially contaminating them twice). She then swiped my arm with an alcohol pad and followed up with a gauze that had been sitting out.
