One person only. Doing registration and blood test alone. They don't care how long you wait. This is horrible customer service.

Do NOT recommend this location…read more I scheduled an appointment and when I checked in, it had me as a "walk in". I had to wait about 2 hours for them to draw blood. When the technician came to the room, she did not have any manners. My experience during the blood draw was uncomfortable. The tourniquet was tightened much too tightly around my arm, causing significant pain. I've had many blood draws before, and I've never experienced that level of discomfort from a tourniquet. I understand it needs to be snug, but this felt excessively tight. I hope this feedback helps ensure future patients have a more comfortable experience.

Incredibly RUDE and unhelpful front desk staff. On June 23 I had a 9:45 AM appointment at the…read moregreenbelt location. I had a terrible experience with the staff. One sign-in kiosk was occupied and the other was missing the ID tray required to log in. When I stood 4-5 feet back in line to get help, the older woman at the front desk loudly and rudely yelled at me that I was "too close" and to sit down and wait to be called. When I explained the kiosk was broken, she dismissed me, saying only the tray was broken but working and to just wait for the other machine. She then finished with the person in front of me and walked away entirely without helping me. She was so unprofessional that another patient in the waiting room actually confronted her about her attitude towards her earlier. I only managed to check in because a kind patient in the waiting area overheard the exchange and left her seat to help me navigate the broken kiosk. Absolute lack of customer service. Avoid this location if you expect basic human courtesy.

I decided to try this Labcorp location because I happened to be in the area and figured I could…read moreknock everything out instead of driving across town to my usual location. Seemed like a good idea at the time. First, this is definitely one of the newer and nicer Labcorp facilities I've visited. It's clean, bright, and updated. Now...let's talk about that parking lot. Parking is TRASH. If you come during a busy time, be prepared to circle around or wait for a space. The biggest issue was the wait. I walked in knowing full well that scheduled appointments would be seen before me. That's completely fair. What confused me was watching other walk-in patients who arrived after me get called first. At one point, I was monitoring the screen and noticed my name disappeared altogether. I was supposed to be next...or so I thought. Nope. To be fair, it looked like they were very short-staffed, and it was around lunchtime, so employees were taking turns on break. I understand that. Eventually, I brought my concern to the receptionist. She moved a little like molasses, but once I explained what happened, she got everything straightened out and I was finally called back. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was kind and professional. She looked incredibly busy and honestly seemed like she was carrying a lot of the workload that day. I warned her that I'm a "hard stick", but she found my vein on the first try and completed the blood draw with very little bruising or bleeding. Mission accomplished! I definitely appreciated her skill because that's not always the case for me. Would I return? Probably not. My regular Labcorp location has multiple phlebotomists, and I'm usually in and out with little to no wait. This visit reminded me why I normally stick with what's familiar. The only reason I came here was because it was convenient while I was already in the area. Not a terrible experience, just one that could have been much smoother.
