Unlike other LabCorp locations this one understands proper company policy regarding credit cards. Phlebotomists are top notch as well.

The young lady who took the blood was downright rude. I was having my blood drawn there because, another Quest location lost the results of a previous blood draw and then did not tell me that the results were lost. From the previous blood draw I had tests ordered by two doctors. Only the test results ordered by one doctor were reported. I had to go get a second blood draw. The young woman at this location became very upset when they did not have the order. She said: "We close soon." That was the appointment they made for me. I showed them the order on my IPhone. She threw a hissy fit. She did eventually do the blood draw. Quest only has one real competitor LabCorps and they are awful too. I had blood taken for this doctor, who really is very good; and the doctor wanted my Vitamin D Level checked. Insurance did not want to pay for it. My mother paid out of pocket. My care coordinator told me either the phlebotomist or the doctor could call and appeal. We were to be reimbursed. I tried contacting Quest and never heard back. Many people in the medical community see the respect doctors get and think: "Why am I not as good?" The answer is simple: "Because you haven't earned it." Quest does not have enough competitors. All these people are awful.

I have been here in the past.  I like them because the office is super clean, the staff are…read morefriendly and helpful, and the medical care is professional.  However, their name is a misnomer.  They are anything but fast. I feel the wait is longer than necessary. On this occasion, I scheduled ahead arrived eight minutes early, checked in, completed all my paperwork and paid my co-pay for my scheduled time.  They provide a waitlist view so I could see there was only one other patient in the office at the time. We saw the patient leave and waited another 20 minutes before I was called back.  On the way to the patient room.  Then I waited another 25-30 minutes before the doctor arrived.  He spent less than 10 minutes with me and told me exactly what I expected and provided a prescription. It just seems an hour is an unexpected amount of time to spend to see a healthcare professional when there are no other patients waiting to be seen.. Last time I visited, I thought it was having a heart attack, and I was still forced to wait over 40 minutes before seeing a doctor.  It seems they may need more staff or improved systems to help expedite the patient follow up documentation. I based this on the fact I passed the fellow who would eventually be my doctor sitting at a desk working on notes I presume, as I was taken back to the patient room to wait. Other than that, though, I do like this practice and will return in the future if necessary.

I had an excellent experience while getting an MRI at CRA. The staff is absolutely wonderful. CRA…read moredefinitely gets an A+ for customer service...at least in person. I did have a bit of trouble finding the right person to speak to on the phone. I'll say that the two women women working at the receptionist desk during my visit were extremely nice. Setting an appointment was a breeze, and CRA provides an option to complete all of your paperwork online before your visit. Checking in was also a breeze. Although I arrived about 20 minutes before my check in time (just as a just in case since I was a 1st time patient), they let me start my MRI a bit early, which was great. Just like the women at reception, the MRI team were super nice too. The facilities were quite clean and looked maintained. However, I was a little concerned that the warm water in the restroom was white even after running the water for a couple of minutes. CRA/medical park has a decent number of free parking spaces, which is becoming more rare these days, so that's one less thing to worry about. Actually, the parking situation is why I arrived earlier than my check in time, because it seems impossible to find free parking in this area. Fortunately, you will not have that problem at CRA.
