I just got done having my blood drawn by Diamond and it was a positive experience. She was pleasant and professional and good at her job. I hardly felt the prick. The waiting time was virtually zero. I came in, checked in and went immediately back. Thanks for a good experience Diamond! read more

I decided to try this Labcorp location because I happened to be in the area and figured I could knock everything out instead of driving across town to my usual location. Seemed like a good idea at the time. First, this is definitely one of the newer and nicer Labcorp facilities I've visited. It's clean, bright, and updated. Now...let's talk about that parking lot. Parking is TRASH. If you come during a busy time, be prepared to circle around or wait for a space. The biggest issue was the wait. I walked in knowing full well that scheduled appointments would be seen before me. That's completely fair. What confused me was watching other walk-in patients who arrived after me get called first. At one point, I was monitoring the screen and noticed my name disappeared altogether. I was supposed to be next...or so I thought. Nope. To be fair, it looked like they were very short-staffed, and it was around lunchtime, so employees were taking turns on break. I understand that. Eventually, I brought my concern to the receptionist. She moved a little like molasses, but once I explained what happened, she got everything straightened out and I was finally called back. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was kind and professional. She looked incredibly busy and honestly seemed like she was carrying a lot of the workload that day. I warned her that I'm a "hard stick", but she found my vein on the first try and completed the blood draw with very little bruising or bleeding. Mission accomplished! I definitely appreciated her skill because that's not always the case for me. Would I return? Probably not. My regular Labcorp location has multiple phlebotomists, and I'm usually in and out with little to no wait. This visit reminded me why I normally stick with what's familiar. The only reason I came here was because it was convenient while I was already in the area. Not a terrible experience, just one that could have been much smoother. read more

WAYNE J There's a backstory to all that I wanted to express and share about my positive experience at this office. Somehow I did something wrong and lost it all prior to posting!! Darn it!! Whatever, the receptionist saved the day as well as the tech who drew my blood and my urine specimen! Her name is Sarah, "Sarah Smiles")! She was exemplary and took care of business! Now, Wayne J. is smiling read more

It is best to make an appointment, otherwise, you will be waiting. Ensure prior to arrival that your orders have been filed by your physician to avoid any issues. The staff have always been super kind, and easy going, considering what they have to do. This will continue to be my go to for lab work in the area. read more

NATASHA the receptionist has a TERRIBLE attitude. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Especially to first time customers that are coming to you byway of company contract. She's very cold and short with guests. read more

Extremely quick and kind. The technicians are lovely people and efficient helping me with routine bloodwork. The automated sign in machines are great. In and out pretty promptly. read more

I walked in today as a walk-in for bloodwork, as I was doing the self checkin on their lobby device I made a mistake on type of bloodwork needed as I started over the friendly employee from counter called me over to window and helped me checkin which she did very fast and then she directed me to back, the lady that drew my blood was super friendly we joked and laughed as she drew my blood and I was in and out in less than 10min. The facility was clean and everyone was nice, inviting and friendly and they provided great service today. I'm sorry I didn't get any of their names to recognize them by name but you ladies Rock!! read more

Been to this location several times for bloodwork without an appointment. Has a large, comfortable waiting area and even when it was full, was out of there quickly. I have very small veins but they never had to stick me twice! Nice people too. read more

I visited this facility this morning, for the first trine. I made an appointment online, a few days ago. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The ladies were very nice and efficient. The needle didn't even hurt for the blood draw!! Definitely make an appointment and it will be a quick visit. read more

I've used LabCorp for several years. They are a good alternative to having to drive from Maryland all the way over to Georgetown Hospital for my tests. When I had my latest tests done, they have automated alot of the check-in. You simply put your ID (I used my driver's license) into one of the kiosks, and it automatically checks you in. Then you give them your paperwork (if you have paperwork) and you wait for your name to be called. Easy peasy! read more

This Glenn dale location was great, especially the lab technician, Melody, who was quick, professional and pleasant, and made the overall experience pretty much painless. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, even without an appointment. read more

Helpful front office, once you get past the attitude. They don't honor appointments for drug screening and I think they only honor appointments if they are not busy. Prone to mistypes in the computer; I was listed as my opposite gender. Never checked my photo ID..... Waited in the queue, "first come first serve" with 6 or 7 people ahead of me - 45-50 minutes from when I arrived to when I left. read more

Went to this location for preemployment drug screening this place was very clean, the chairs was spaced apart for social distance and hand sanitizer was available. They even provided paper towels for use when leaving office. I highly recommend this location they open early read more

I decided to use this LabCorp instead of one of the ones closer to my home because this one had significantly better reviews on Yelp. I was still a bit apprehensive, because LabCorp offices in general get terrible reviews on both Yelp and Google. But I need not have worried--everything at the Glenn Dale office went as smoothly as I could possibly have hoped. The online scheduling was easy and smooth. The remote check-in and other covid protocols were flawless; I clicked a link to let them know I was outside and then waited in the comfort of my car until they were ready for me. They were running totally on time--in fact, they were running a few minutes early--and I was in and out of the office within five minutes. The staff were all courteous, and the technician was especially courteous and skillful; I literally did not even feel the needle go in. Not sure I've ever been able to say that about a blood draw before. Thanks, LabCorp. I'll be back. read more

I will never trust labcorp again. They mixed up my test results with someone else and gave me bad news that was false. My labs were contanimated with someone else. Think twice about any results you receive from them. read more

If you can avoid this lab do your best to do so. The WORST front office operations I have ever experienced. I've been there at least 4 times and each time I expect it will be better. However my most recent visit will be my absolute last. Horrible facility in the Lab Corp organization. read more
