Practitioner was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The intake nurse was speedy and efficient taking my vitals. She really took her time to explain things to me and gave additional information that should help me. She eased my fears. Her bedside manner was phenomenal! I initially came in right before a major holiday in a panic. Since it was fairly new and not a lot of people knew about it, I was able to walk-in and be seen within minutes. I've suggested it to a few family members and they had the same positive experiences. It's a great addition to the area and if I ever require fast and efficient medical services, I will forever stop here first.

Upon my arrival I waited less than 5 mins to get checked in, and while I waited, my technician Maryanne called at the same time to confirm my arrival. Maryanne ( a true gem) was so pleasant and very thorough prior to my receiving the MRI. She relaxed my nerves, and kept me abreast of everything being done while I laid very still in such a small space. Her calming demeanor and professionalism was very much appreciated.
