She really took her time to explain things to me and gave additional information that should help me. She eased my fears. Her bedside manner was phenomenal! I initially came in right before a major holiday in a panic. Since it was fairly new and not a lot of people knew about it, I was able to walk-in and be seen within minutes. I've suggested it to a few family members and they had the same positive experiences. It's a great addition to the area and if I ever require fast and efficient medical services, I will forever stop here first.

I felt anxious when I first arrived, but I left feeling better because the staff were able to answer all my questions and concerns throughout my appointment. If the provider isn't available after 4:30, why are appointments being scheduled that late in the first place? Not to mention, the last time I was there I waited well over 10 minutes (but I guess it ok for the doctors) This time, I left work early, spent an hour sitting in traffic, and got absolutely no apology or acknowledgment that my time had been wasted by the rude individuals at the front desk. Once I got called tarra took me to my room immediately and got me started she asked all the right questions and had amazing bed side manner. She made sure I was taken care of and felt supported and comfortable. Dr. PETRE came in within a 5-10min time frame after I got them my X-rays he was polite laid back and ready to hear my issues and give me a potential solution. He asked me questions and broke down what my issue is in the simplest terms to make sure I was truly able to understand what was going on with my knee. He gave me two solutions and answered questions before I could ask them. Also amazing bed side manner I truly appreciate their assistance and help. The girl at the front desk I didn't get her name but she was very polite and friendly to all the patients. She made sure everyone's bad day turned good.

For weeks, I made multiple attempts to provide important information related to my upcoming procedure, including submitting my current medications exactly as instructed on the preparation paperwork. Despite leaving messages and following their process, I received no acknowledgment or timely response. For a medical office, this level of neglect and poor communication is unacceptable. When I finally called to follow up, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the staff member I spoke with became defensive and combative regarding the office's failure to respond. The call ultimately ended with the phone being hung up on me. At no point was there any ownership, apology, or concern shown for the lack of patient communication. This experience has seriously impacted my confidence in this practice. Patient care does not begin and end with the procedure itself -- communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability are equally important. Unfortunately, this office failed in all of those areas. I've visited here twice this winter, once for myself and once for my daughter. The front office staff is friendly and efficient in getting you scheduled quickly and sending paperwork electronically. During my visits, it wasn't crowded so I was seen fairly quickly. Both visits, the same tests were administered and results for the more in depth tests are sent to the lab and provided within 24 hours. Overall, I only have positives to say. The place is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there's plenty of parking, and they play great music. Earth, Wind, and Fire was playing during my latest visit. I will return if I have any urgent needs in between regular appointments.

Was referred to PT which I tried with one visit and decided to just do my own exercises at home when I felt like it. Reason I came here at all was because I wanted an MRI to compare to one 10 years ago but had to make an appointment so the insurance would cover it. Your visit mileage may vary!
