    I don't understand the bad reviews…read more I've been here twice. Once on a holiday. Both times I was seen within 20 minute's. Intake person was friendly and professional. Practitioner was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The intake nurse was speedy and efficient taking my vitals. I probably shouldn't be so positive because I might have to wait longer next time but my experience here was fantastic.! And they have really cool phone chargers in every room

Misdiagnosed me and said she guess my diagnosis because of the symptoms I told her I was having What type of practice is this without even examining the patient but going to give them a diagnose The doctor told me why am I there like I don't supposed to come there like I wasn't welcome there I was treated so badly. I asked for another doctor. I was refuse another doctor and when I asked for a supervisor, they lied and had a nosy Caucasian female nurse to say that she's the supervisor over the doctor that disrespected me to basically be nosy I didn't get no help there. I will never ever come there ever. The whole staff is in cahoots with each other. They took up for her. That doctor was from another patient first, she was very racist. Here's a picture of her and the other nurse in the pink lying and saying she was the supervisor They all are Liars Very unprofessional Also, they deleted all my information out the system like I never was there. This is the proof So I want to see my primary care doctor. I told him I went there twice and he went into his system to see if I really went there and he said nothing is there like I never went. This is the second time I have to submit this post so if it's deleted again, I'm going to post it again and again and again and again because this is wrong and this is ridiculous. You do not supposed to delete any patient information because it needs to stay in the system for other doctors can view it So patient first took all my information out the system and is deleted it, but guess what I keep all my paperwork. Jokes on them

She repeatedly referred us back to the site and kiosk with the most disregard. Not listening to my issue with the site, continuously cut me off and told me to go back on the site. Only after I asked for her name, did she make an attempt to answer. Mind you there were zero other patients to serve in the waiting room. Just my son. As a Practice Manager, I would never hire let alone have a person with such lack of empathy and customer service sit at the front and be the first impression of my business. No one wants to be in urgent care on a Sunday. Have some compassion and at least act like you give a care when patients are standing directly in front of you. I had to ask multiple times what she said since she was talking in her chest. Never looked up. Her phone was more important than taking 2 mins to guide a patient entering your establishment. This place needs to be mindful of who they hire! A co worker came in (Monique). Nadine looked at us and whispered something to her. At that moment, Monique attempted to explain the site and process. I'm guessing she was to assist with customer service recovery. Poor customer service. Disgusted with this interaction. In the back, prompt care and out the door. Fix the front staff immediately if you care to stay in business.

We were speaking to the Billing department person, who was working remotely. I said F@ck it and pay with the FSA card. Then I thought about it, I said to them. Before you demand $ for Payment, have itemized bill. After I did all that. The Receptionist couldn't even take a Co Pay or Payment. ‍ Never coming here again.

    This is my second time using Diagnostic Imaging (Largo location) and it will definitely be my…read morelast! I arrived at 9:00 am, as I was advised, for a walk-in chest X-ray. I was the only one in the waiting room. About 10 minutes after I arrived, a few employees walked in. This is interesting, as the facility starts walk-in hours at 9:00am (opening time). So now, I've already waited 10 minutes and the remaining staff are just arriving. After waiting 20 minutes (again, I'm the first arrival) I inquired about the wait. The receptionist went to find out and came back informing me it would be a bit longer. Are you kidding me??? How unprofessional- if you advertise walk-in hours from 9-4pm, then your employees should be on site and ready to start work at that time. This office does not seem to be well managed, as I experienced issues my first visit. I decided to give them another chance since I like to support businesses in my neighborhood but I will never use this imaging center again. The lack of respect for patients' time, lateness by employees, and obvious lack of effective management is disappointing. Patients deserve better.
