THE CLINIC & Dr. Uloma Ibe NEVER CALLED my family member to inform them of their abnormal results! As a result my family member walked around for 60 DAYS with a KIDNEY INFECTION. My family member was in pain for 2 months (not being alerted of their abnormal lab results) made another appointment to be seen about their pain. The day of the appointment arrives and my family member was left in the room waiting for Dr. Uloma Ibe for 2 hours! My family member being rightfully frustrated left the clinic NEVER getting seen by Dr. Uloma Ibe. What's really scary is that Dr. Uloma Ibe wrote in my family members notes in the digital portal for the clinic (I have a pdf download of the FAKE notes) from the visit that NEVER HAPPENED that she saw my family member and how it was a wellness visit. Really disgusting that Tribe Medical and Dr. Uloma Ibe would LIE about a visit that never happened which is fraud (we will be reporting this fraud to the insurance company), NEVER followed up with my family member on their abnormal lab results which turned out to be a 60 day old KIDNEY INFECTION, and made my family member wait for Dr. Uloma Ibe for 2 hours with no update on why she was running late which forced my family member to leave never getting seen. Thankfully my family member went to Patient First and had labs done again and was told they had a kidney infection which they prescribed antibiotics for. Please DO NOT GO here! As a person of color I'm really disappointed at the care and treatment my family member received at the hands of Tribe Medical and Dr. Uloma Ibe!

My appointment was set for 9am. I walked in a round 850 and there was no receptionist so I stood waiting for 10 minutes for her to return. She returns and before she speaks to me she grabs her phone to read a text message while greeting me. Unfortunately they were having IT issues which pushed their appointments back. How far back wasn't known. But apparently it pushed us back 3 hours as was not seen until after 12pm. I thought I was slightly unprofessional for the P.A to discuss anticipated appointment durations in front of all of us who were waiting. For example: "this patience is going to take 35 minutes , he is going to be an hour and I'm sure this patient is going to take 2 hours " Let's not forget that there is a church in the neighboring sweet of which the walls have NO insulation or sound boundary. All of the music singing ect were heard clear as if we were atbthe service. Now some would have said that was fine but patience were visibly disturbed by the overpowering level of noise. Also when there was music or singing you could hear conversations. What's to say they can't hear privileged information on their side as well?

In their defense, it's clearly an older facility with dated equipment, but when you look down, you shouldn't see crud built up in the corners and rust. It felt like I was stuck in the twilight zone visiting a doctor's office from the mid-70s. I was also put off by the initial interaction. The front desk receptionist, medical assistant, also multitasker said to me, "You're here for COVID and strep throat?" My response was, "No, I'm here to be diagnosed, not to do the diagnosing." The provider prescribed antibiotics, which any doctor could have done, but there wasn't much discussion or examination. It felt very much like a "sign here, send the check, please...next." Given the choice between this clinic and an Express Urgent Care, I'd recommend going the other route. This place might work fine for something simple, like a workplace physical, but I wouldn't feel confident doing a drug screen here factoring I watched the staff member take my culture and then walk through the hallway with it uncovered and unprotected. That was the serious red flag for me.

The doctor didn't acknowledge me when he rolled in; the receptionist unlocked the door and let it close in my face. When I said I had a 9am appointment and I'd been waiting, the receptionist said "what do you want me to do about it? You saw that we were late." I asked for an apology since I'd been waiting in the cold with no idea what was going on. She sarcastically gave one. She asked me to fill out forms I'd already filled out online, and while I was doing so she continued to mutter under her breath (about me? The situation? I don't know but it was clearly directed at me). She asked me to sit; I told her sitting exacerbated the injury, so I needed to stand. That led to her saying "yeah, we'll see how long it takes you to get back there now." So, threatening me with dragging out this already disastrous morning when she was the one who didn't show up to work on time. I walked out. I've never in my life encountered a medical office that unprofessional and rude in my life.

Today unfortunately my son who is 3 is coming down with the it. I decided to pre check him in and do paperwork; because I am home with the flu my husband had to take him. He arrives before the 30 mins that is scheduled. They tell him that checking in earlier doesn't matter it's still a hour wait and that they don't pull the information you fill out. So what's the freaking point of having it?????????? My baby is 3 and he couldn't get in with his primary this is supposed to be an express care and they are still waiting to be seen. The fact my husband is literally saying it's only been one person in front of them and he's trying to figure out what's going on is ridiculous!!!

She repeatedly referred us back to the site and kiosk with the most disregard. Not listening to my issue with the site, continuously cut me off and told me to go back on the site. Only after I asked for her name, did she make an attempt to answer. Mind you there were zero other patients to serve in the waiting room. Just my son. As a Practice Manager, I would never hire let alone have a person with such lack of empathy and customer service sit at the front and be the first impression of my business. No one wants to be in urgent care on a Sunday. Have some compassion and at least act like you give a care when patients are standing directly in front of you. I had to ask multiple times what she said since she was talking in her chest. Never looked up. Her phone was more important than taking 2 mins to guide a patient entering your establishment. This place needs to be mindful of who they hire! A co worker came in (Monique). Nadine looked at us and whispered something to her. At that moment, Monique attempted to explain the site and process. I'm guessing she was to assist with customer service recovery. Poor customer service. Disgusted with this interaction. In the back, prompt care and out the door. Fix the front staff immediately if you care to stay in business.
