Get through the rude dismissive front office staff, it's a breeze. Ms. Nadine NEVER once looked up…read morefrom her phone while my son and I asked her for instructions. She repeatedly referred us back to the site and kiosk with the most disregard. Not listening to my issue with the site, continuously cut me off and told me to go back on the site. Only after I asked for her name, did she make an attempt to answer. Mind you there were zero other patients to serve in the waiting room. Just my son. As a Practice Manager, I would never hire let alone have a person with such lack of empathy and customer service sit at the front and be the first impression of my business. No one wants to be in urgent care on a Sunday. Have some compassion and at least act like you give a care when patients are standing directly in front of you. I had to ask multiple times what she said since she was talking in her chest. Never looked up. Her phone was more important than taking 2 mins to guide a patient entering your establishment. This place needs to be mindful of who they hire! A co worker came in (Monique). Nadine looked at us and whispered something to her. At that moment, Monique attempted to explain the site and process. I'm guessing she was to assist with customer service recovery. Poor customer service. Disgusted with this interaction. In the back, prompt care and out the door. Fix the front staff immediately if you care to stay in business.

We were speaking to the Billing department person, who was working remotely. I said F@ck it and pay with the FSA card. Then I thought about it, I said to them. Before you demand $ for Payment, have itemized bill. After I did all that. The Receptionist couldn't even take a Co Pay or Payment. ‍ Never coming here again.

I felt bad for them because it appeared they were understaffed. I didn't see my Mom's first nurse get to sit down once... her corner all appeared to be acute. It took about 36 hours for an IMU bed to become available. I must say it didn't feel like we were in emergency rooms. I am happy with how they are taking care of my Mom.

Despite being a patient for three weeks, I have been unable to shower, and no support from Patient Relations has been offered, despite my inquiries over the past two weeks. Furthermore, after three weeks, I still experience swelling, yet ice packs have not been prescribed. The Case Manager suggested discharge to home, fully aware that there are no safety devices in place, along with steps are in my home. My request was for rehabilitation to be evaluated after two months of no weight bearing on my right leg. There is no clear plan of action or healthcare plan communicated to me, the patient. I have also noticed discrepancies between the information the Case Manager provided verbally and the details recorded in my patient profile. These inconsistencies raise questions about the accuracy and consistency of communication regarding my care plan. Given these concerns, I believe a thorough investigation into the hospital's healthcare practices is necessary, especially regarding patient profiling and responsiveness to patient inquiries about their care. Additionally, this hospital does not offer a way to express concerns about my health and healing through "My Chart" or any other method.
