While Dr. Haun was kind in demeanor, he did not listen to or respect my clearly stated wishes regarding size. I repeatedly requested a small B cup or even an A cup. Instead, my "expanders" were enlarged multiple times with reassurance that this was temporary and necessary to achieve my desired result. A couple of weeks before my final surgery, when I began questioning the outcome, Dr. Haun left the room without answering my concerns. At that point, I was exhausted, desperate to finish cancer treatment, return to work, and move on with my life, so I went forward. I ultimately ended up a full C cup--far from what I requested. The reconstruction later failed when the implants slipped, requiring complete revision surgery with another provider. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Dr. Haun for breast reconstruction surgery.

These locations need a front desk person because otherwise the office sort of runs itself. A local person should open their own service to put these spots out of business. There is a chubby male with a beard that's probably the worst employee. There is a light skinned female with tattoos who is the best employee and ultimately took care of me promptly. This location at least needs an office manager to make sure the employees keep things running in some sort of order.

To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. I went the day before thanksgiving and I was so glad it wasn't busy. The location was a bit hidden but wasn't too difficult to find. It's a small place. There was only one lady working at the time. I wrote my name on the clipboard and once she was done with a previous client she called me and I gave her the kit I needed to get dawn. She looked over the box and got the specimen tubes and labels ready and called me to the back to draw my blood all within minutes. She was really nice and skilled. Came and left this place all in less than 15mins. My labs was a send out and I got my results all within the week. I really appreciated this place professionalism and efficiency. I love that they are conveniently open on a Saturday! It definitely helps to create an account and schedule an appointment. I made an appointment a week prior to the day. They had so many time slots open. I prefer coming in as soon as they open to avoid the crowds. They opened at 8am and I scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived 10mins prior to my appointment and was able to check in. You can check in on your app or use their self check in kiosk (3 available). After I checked in I was called back 3mins after and I was done at 8:28am. The phlebotomist who helped me was very nice, she worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment, which was AMAZING. The lobby has plenty of seating. There was an unpleasant odor lingering in the waiting room, thankfully I didn't wait long.

I was given my 3 month supply refill call, have met my deductible, and was still charged the full amount. When questioned, they said my deductible hadn't been met, (it has), and they credited me back all but $45 and told me I had a credit from 2022 that was still available but they haven't sent it back to me yet. She couldn't, or wouldn't, give me a simple answer how the money was applied to my statement, wouldn't give me a written breakdown of charges or credits, and basically said there was nothing more they can do. Now when I call they don't answer the phone at the San Jose main office. Incredibly poor customer service.
