Labcorp billed me $237 for a vitamin D3 test ordered by my doctor, but my insurance did not cover it. The price for the same vitamin d3 test listed on their web page is $99. The price listed on Quest's web page is $75. I had to pay last year too, but it was only $81. I talked to their billing department and they basically said That's the way it is. I think Labcorp is crooked. read more

I have had 3 experiences here, the first was poor, the last two were great. First Time: -had an appt -arrived 15 mins early -told it was too late for employment urine test, I said I couldn't wait the 3 hours they were telling me to come back. They told me to pee and then drink water and come back later, but "don't drink too much water or your test won't count." Which is crazy because when I made the appt, I selected pre-employment urine test and they let me pick that time. Second/Third time: -had an appt -checked in w/ link sent to me -within 2 mins I was taken back for pre-employment blood work -phlebotomist quickly drew blood and I was out the door in 2 mins -never had any billing issues all 3 times. read more

I came in for a drug test that's mandatory for my new job. I'll admit I don't look too professional and in comfy clothes but they're treating me with no respect. If I was someone here who was recovering and taking a month drug test and they treated me with disrespect for my circumstances. Addiction or not you do not treat people this way. Recently went her for lab work and I was so pleasantly surprised with the employees. You do self check in on a kiosk machine but the staff will gladly help you if you need them. They are gracious, professional and timely. You can do a walk in visit but if you go online it's very easy to make an appointment. I'll go here again. read more

I'm always getting bloodwork done and I absolutely HATE having anything to do with my veins. So you can imagine I've been to every LabCorp location/QD location in the city. This branch has been the best and is the cleanest. The women are nice and polite, they keep everyone moving. If you haven't been they have a speedy check in kiosk that helps keep the employees focused on patient services. Today I had a little more done than normal so everything was explained to me very quickly and easily. I was in there for 30 minutes(due to waiting 15 mins for a breath procedure). The woman was nice and asked a few questions but we got all the samples done fairly quickly and easily. She was extremely quick and efficient with the blood withdrawals so I appreciated that most of all. I did take a star off for the lack of room in the lobby. Over half the chairs were faced inside out for social distancing. With a few people standing around it was extremely crowded so maybe it would be more practical to remove said chairs? Otherwise it can feel a little claustrophobic. Other than that great experience for routine lab work. read more

The guy working there was such a stiff-ass - no personality at all - he got upset because I asked what had happened to the previous girl who worked there, all he could say was "We're not allowed to talk about previous employees" in a snappy rude tone. This review is not exaggerated: this location is in a nice enough office area. However, if you park in the parking lot that any map app takes you to, you'll have to walk into the road just to get to the office front door, as they no longer use the more accessible entrance. The waiting room was dimly lit and floors filthy (you could hear the grit of dirt underfoot). The receptionist did not make eye contact and was dismissive of my questions (such as "where do I sign in?") Signing in at the kiosk was difficult as it was missing a foot and rocking back and forth as I tried to enter information. Instead of calling back patients and greeting them at the door to the back, patients names are yelled from the receptionists desk and expected to escort themselves to the back area. I was shown to a phlebotomy room that had seen better days (countertop peeling and everything faded). There was no where to put my personal belonging whatsoever, so my purse sat awkwardly in the way on the floor. The phlebotomist gave no directions or greeting--so I had to guess as to what she wanted me to do and when. Because she was both the phlebotomist and covering the front desk she was trying to move a hundred miles an hour. Meaning she was slapping my arm (to find a vein), jabbing the needle in, and pulling it out with little care. After the blood draw she stated, "There's also a urine test. That happens down the hall to the left." And handed me a cup. I found the bathroom down the hall, and it could best be described as a 7-11 employee restroom. Very filthy, rundown, and again, nowhere at all to place personal belongings. I was not provided with a sanitary wipe, and there was two other urine samples just sitting on the ledge. The faucet was janky (half broken), there were two soap dispensers, one broken, and the towel dispenser was messed up and only dispensing half a sheet of paper. Once finished, I found my own way out, assuming I was done and determined that the experience in summary could best be described as if I had just gone to a clinic in Tijuana, Mexico. Horrible. I will never go back unless there is nowhere else I can go for what I need done. read more

got my urine drug screen at this location this morning at 7:30 am and it was so quick and painless! Ms Cheng Cha is so efficient, I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. I have never experienced such a seamless process and I've done a handful of urine drug screens for work & school. Amazing, I will come back here in the future for any UDS! Even with an appointment, and checking in 30min early, I was still seen 20min late. I highly recommend Quest over Labcorp if you have a choice - all the times I have gone there they have been on time or even early. The receptionist was very rude and made my whole experience unnecessarily negative. The actual doctor/nurse/tech (?) who did my work was super nice. Everybody wants a job, but nobody wants to work. The front desk Lady was so uninterested in me. I checked in and 10 minutes later the lady called me to the desk and said we don't have any record of you here. I called my doctor they said, they faxed everything to LabCorp exactly as told by the one 800 number. The lady said they must've sent everything to the LabCorp in River Park. I spent over an hour dealing with Dr. and LabCorp corporate number and waiting in the tiny crowded waiting room for the 2 labcorp to communicate. I literally put one worker on LabCorp on speakerphone to the other worker on LabCorp to say that they faxed the document and it never came through. Eventually I asked another front desk lady, that was very customer -service oriented, if she could give me directions to the other LabCorp and found out it was less than five minutes away. I waited over an hour for nothing. And to top all that off after waiting seven days and checking the app a few times a day the results still haven't posted. Quest never did me like this. read more

Labcorp - LabCorp business hours - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Fresno, California

If you can go to a different location of LabCorp, do it! For a lab, this place was very ghetto. Smelled smoky (doesn't allow smoking obviously, so the smell is just from the body odor of the people coming in). Seemed dirty. They insist you use the check-in kiosk, but i noticed an elderly lady was confused and they offered her no help at all, even though they were sitting right there. Very unfriendly and almost rude front desk receptionist; was not happy at all when people asked her questions about check-in or insurance. The only good thing was, even though it was busy, I got in fairly quickly. The gal who drew my blood was sort of nice, once I started talking to her she was quite friendly. I got out the wet wipes and cleansed my hands the second I left; I smelled smoky and I felt dirty. It reminded me more of of a jail waiting room than a lab:-( I went to this one because this location was the closest to my house, but I will definitely drive further to go to a cleaner, more people-friendly location. Do not come here. Extremely rough during the draw, not considerate of you in anyway during each step of the process. You're an inconvenience to the staff, not a patient. They want you out the moment you come in, especially the woman at the front desk who is somehow a phlebotomist. Nothing worse than being nervous during a procedure, and the person responsible for your care is a gigantic human turd hiding in scrubs. Yes, being a health care worker is hard. (I live in Fresno, CA, not SF and never have lived there, don't know why it's saying San Fran under my name). It sucks I have had a great experience here twice, and also a very frustrating/terrible experience twice. It really depended on which staff member checked me in that day. I always come here for my 1 hour glucose tolerance test for pregnancy and would use the Fresh Test that I purchase online since it has simple, natural ingredients. Today I went back to do my 3-hour glucose tolerance test since my numbers were "high" last time, and I bring my own 10 ounces of water to mix with the Fresh test at the office (as I always have). The two bad experiences were when I was denied by the bigger Hispanic man (I wish I got his name) who would tell me that I need to have my doctor measure out and authorize the 10 ounces of water. I let him know that I asked my medi-cal doctor the last time he gave me crap, and my doctor's office does not and will not measure out/provide 10 ounces of water. They have a million other important things to do and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to measure 10 ounces of water... We even called my doctor this morning where they said the same thing to him and myself. I let him know that I have brought my own 10 ounces of water to mix the Fresh Test there before and I was able to do my 1-hour glucose tolerance test there twice throughout my pregnancy (once in February 2024, and once in May 2024). That Hispanic man was there when I took the glucose test last time in May, but he did not believe my statement that I had mixed the Fresh test with 10 ounces of water at this location before because he was not at the front desk when I checked in, and it was a different lady who drew my blood last time. It was very rude for him to imply that I was lying- check the records dude... there is absolute proof. It has been a "luck of the draw" experience here and I will not be going back. It is unfortunuate because this labcorp is closest to where I live, so now I need to drive to a further location while fasting/hungry to do my 3 hour glucose test in hopes that the next labcorp location will allow me to proceed. Since I was able to do my 1 hour glucose test at this location twice by bringing/mixing my own Fresh test and water, they clearly need to fix whatever miscommunication is going on between employees. Because it is very aggravating for a tired, hungry, and emotional pregnant person to be denied my three hour test and given so much crap when I have literally done the test here twice before with no problems. I do appreciate, though, that the guy offered for me to drink their 100G glucose drink by 8:30 am, which I was unaware that they have one with no articifical dyes, but I was already fasting for over an hour that morning since waking up (I get hungry very quickly upon waking up) and did not want to go ANOTHER three hours without food/water especially because I have a baby in my womb. I am not okay with starving myself for unneseccary, extended amounts of time when I am pregnant. If the guy employee is seeing this review, please check the records that I have done the glucose test twice here without needing my doctor to measure/mix water..... and maybe you'll be better to the next person rather than accusing them of lying. The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful. I can for a pre employment drug screening. Upon entering, I was not greeted by a staff member when I came in, instead a patient in the waiting room told me how to check in. When I was finally called up to the desk, the receptionist with black hair and glasses asked for my ID. As I reached for my purse to get out my ID, she stopped me and told me to come back up to the desk "when I was ready." In addition, I had some questions and she didn't even bother letting me ask my questions. She cut me off and told me to "refer to whatever email I got" bc it "probably gave me directions." I had a terrible experience and I'm in tears. As someone who has to get lab work done often I've never felt worst. My veins are small and roll, I've always had this issue. And I felt like I was such an inconvenience and was even told I was the hardest they've ever dealt with and that it was too much of a challenge, I was poked 5 times with now a huge bump on my arm. The place is also not super clean for a Lab I expect it to be a lot cleaner than it was. I tried to share I have terrible veins and it would be hard and was told to just drink water. Then when she realized i was telling the truth she was like tell your doctor to split up your order and wait a month or something. I can't it's time sensitive. I normally go to Clovis community lab center but didn't this time. I'll always go back to Clovis Community now. read more

This morning the man in the front desk with glasses was rude. While waiting I heard him say to my dad he couldn't be seen unless he gets my dad's doctor's fax and address. Understandable but because my dad isn't fluent in English he couldn't pronounce clearly and stuttered a lil. That guy told my dad by him saying uh, uh isn't telling him anything. That caught my attention and I walked up to see what's up. I then talked to him about the issue and he said he just needs those info. I pulled up the info on my Google and he still says he needs the fax number. I got a hold of my mom at work cause she mainly knows his medical info. I did a research with lil info my mom told me with internet. Turns out the Google info I first told him was right. He wrote it up really quickly no questions, my dad was seen and we were out if that sh*t. His unprofessional unnecessary response was very rude and disgusting. ​ read more

If you are like me and have no choice but to go here, don't bother going after 10:45 as they won't take you in anymore. I got there around that time and was asked to go back after 12:30pm. I would've given five stars had it not been for Miss sourpuss at the front desk. However, Anthony the phlebotomist was excellent, courteous and caring, He deserves more than five. However, again the lady at the front desk with the black hair with black glasses, did not smile except for one time, that I noticed. She picked who she wanted to smile at. I was sitting there and noticed she smiled while helping a young lady, who looked like her, culturally, but still had a bad attitude after that. Why have a job and be the first person people see that has a sour Puss, Why work in the service field at all if you're going to have a bad attitude. She helped but she didn't have a good demeanor; Sort of unhappy, perhaps abused, or even degraded a lot, just seemed ungrateful and unapologetic. That doesn't jive to me in the healthcare field. Perhaps she should work at a job where she doesn't have to answer phones or have to greet people. read more

This is the LabCorp off of Thesta and Bullard. I walked in around 11:10am and Rebecca, the older woman at the front desk made eye contact with me and proceeded to ignore me by turning around and walking to the back. She never greeted me or said 1 word to me. I patiently waited as I heard them laughing & making small talk in the back. I tried calling the front desk to get someone to walk to the front but no one answered. Meanwhile, 2 other families had walked in who were waiting to be checked in because the automated computer where you usually check in was "broken". So I finally politely raised my voice and said "excuse me", no one responded but they sure did get silent & stopped laughing and chit chatting and closed the door in the back. So I said "excuse me" again & one lady, I'm pretty sure it was Rebecca said "we're busy!". I stayed quiet and a minute later some other lady walks out in a lab coat and tells me she's sorry but they're closed for lunch. It was about 11:16 by now and I told her that that's not right because it says you guys don't close for lunch until 11:30 and I've been standing here for almost 10 minutes and was ignored when I walked in. Then Rebecca comes from around the corner and yells "I didn't ignore you, I was busy" and proceeds to walk away and ignore me again! The proper way to have customer service is to let me know WHEN I WALK IN that you're busy and you'll be right with me. But she had attitude and ignored me the entire time while she was playing around in the back. As a licensed Pleb, I know that it only takes about 10 minutes to complete a proper blood draw, so they had plenty of time to help me. This just disgusted me and I never want to give my business to a place like this where people who are hired to act professional and care for their patients are actually immature, careless, and playing around while they're getting paid, instead of actually working. What a disgrace Rebecca and LabCorp. Do better!! read more

Made an appointment, they couldn't read the orders to know if they were doing things correctly, and took every single walk in before we were helped. Over 1 hour of waiting. Watched unsafe practices of putting on gloves outside of the room, touching everything from a screen, to a computer, to another patients orders and then drawing blood on different patient. As I was opening door I saw they were about to close at 3:30pm & heat the female behind the counter said she was done for the day. She sent me to their other location (when I looked at time on their clock it read 3:28 pm). SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're closed lock your door and put a sign up that informs people you close before the time your business state it does. read more

No social distancing. Some patients went outside due to small space to try and social distance. The lady at the front called his name and of course he didn't hear then she rudely told him not to be going outside upon returning. A total of 9 people in a small space with no distancing what so ever. read more

Curly haired lady is named ROSE. She came from a different lab and let me tell u, she should just quit her job because she obviously does not like her job at all. I have been here twice and the way she talks to people who calls, so rude and basically telling them to not come in because it's "busy." People who come to the front desk because they don't know there's an automatic check in, she gives them attitude as if they should already know to check in at the kiosk. Everything that comes out of her mouth, u can tell she thinks everyone is like against her. Both times I've came, the other girl that works with her had to clean up her mess, meaning make the other person feel better after she tears them down. Such a rude, inconsiderate lady that does not need to be working there. No customer service AT ALL. She even tried to give me attitude but I love how she knew I wasn't having it.
