She insisted I leave because she had to take lunch at 11 and was the only one there. I didn't want to leave since I was already there, but I didn't want some cranky old lady drawing blood from me either so I left and waited an hour at the other location on Herndon. My family and I sat in the waiting room for over 15 minutes and were never called back. We could hear the employees in the back just chatting away and laughing. It wasn't until 5:05 that a male lab worker came out and said, "Okay guys, it's now past 5 and we're no longer taking anymore people." I can understand wanting your workday to be over and go home but to sit in the back of the lab and just kill time till it's time to close, knowing full well there are people waiting in the waiting room hoping to get labs done is just super unprofessional in my opinion. If you aren't planning on calling the people back, maybe quest needs to change their self check in kiosks to not allow people to sign in after a certain time. Especially if their employees are planning to ignore the patients anyway.

They have a check-in device at the corner of the building, once you walked in. The staff will take two patients in quickly and finished them up before grabing the next two and their info. NOTE :: No firearms, No Videos, No Pictures - None are allowed inside. OVERALL :: The blood draw process was fast and easy. The wait can be a bit longer during busy times since there's only ome worker, but they did an awesome job keeping everything organized and moving along.

When I called to request a refill on antibiotics, the front desk ladies Vivi & Siri refused to help unless I paid another $150 for an in-person appointment, $140 for another test, and $100+ for telehealth. They wouldn't even let me get a chance to speak to the doctor and pretty sure they didn't relay my message to him. Siri was a bit more sassy and unprofessional than Vivi. For a facility that prescribed medication that clearly didn't work, charging me $400+ to fix their failed treatment is predatory. Do not recommend if you're on a budget or expect any follow-up care. All I wanted was another prescription of antibiotics since the one they gave me didn't fully work on me. I don't see how that should be my fault & why I should pay another $240+

The price listed on Quest's web page is $75. I had to pay last year too, but it was only $81. I talked to their billing department and they basically said That's the way it is. I think Labcorp is crooked.

They told me to pee and then drink water and come back later, but "don't drink too much water or your test won't count." Which is crazy because when I made the appt, I selected pre-employment urine test and they let me pick that time. Second/Third time: -had an appt -checked in w/ link sent to me -within 2 mins I was taken back for pre-employment blood work -phlebotomist quickly drew blood and I was out the door in 2 mins -never had any billing issues all 3 times.

I had no clue they had a Clovis location! I've been to AMI before but at their Palm location. It's…read moremy first time here. I was referred by my NP and scheduling called the next day and was able to set up an appointment with me the following weekday. I was so happy with their quick service. Wish I had known about this location since it's closer to me. My appointment was at 5pm but I was told to arrive 30mins prior to my appointment. I did all the pre-assessment/ check in on MyChart days before my appointment. I arrived at the building around 4:18pm there was a lady before me and it took a while to get me checked in only because the lady before me did not do her pre-screening questions on the app so the front desk was asking her all the questions. l waited about 10mins to get checked in. Unlike the Palm Location this place only had one receptionist and the phones were constantly ringing too. Not sure if it's because it's the end of the day or they are short staffed but they definitely need a 2nd person to assist to avoid long check in times. After checking in I sat in their waiting area, 5mins later they called me back and my sonographer was really nice. She was quick I was done and out of the building 5mins later. This place is clean, plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend downloading mychart app to do an e-check in prior to arriving to your appointment to avoid the long waits and it also helps the staff.
