My family and I sat in the waiting room for over 15 minutes and were never called back. We could hear the employees in the back just chatting away and laughing. It wasn't until 5:05 that a male lab worker came out and said, "Okay guys, it's now past 5 and we're no longer taking anymore people." I can understand wanting your workday to be over and go home but to sit in the back of the lab and just kill time till it's time to close, knowing full well there are people waiting in the waiting room hoping to get labs done is just super unprofessional in my opinion. If you aren't planning on calling the people back, maybe quest needs to change their self check in kiosks to not allow people to sign in after a certain time. Especially if their employees are planning to ignore the patients anyway.

I love that they are conveniently open on a Saturday! It definitely helps to create an account and schedule an appointment. I made an appointment a week prior to the day. They had so many time slots open. I prefer coming in as soon as they open to avoid the crowds. They opened at 8am and I scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived 10mins prior to my appointment and was able to check in. You can check in on your app or use their self check in kiosk (3 available). After I checked in I was called back 3mins after and I was done at 8:28am. The phlebotomist who helped me was very nice, she worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment, which was AMAZING. The lobby has plenty of seating. There was an unpleasant odor lingering in the waiting room, thankfully I didn't wait long.

When I called to request a refill on antibiotics, the front desk ladies Vivi & Siri refused to help unless I paid another $150 for an in-person appointment, $140 for another test, and $100+ for telehealth. They wouldn't even let me get a chance to speak to the doctor and pretty sure they didn't relay my message to him. Siri was a bit more sassy and unprofessional than Vivi. For a facility that prescribed medication that clearly didn't work, charging me $400+ to fix their failed treatment is predatory. Do not recommend if you're on a budget or expect any follow-up care. All I wanted was another prescription of antibiotics since the one they gave me didn't fully work on me. I don't see how that should be my fault & why I should pay another $240+

To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone.
