Today I went back in to use their scale so I could have a good baseline of where I'm at in my diet. They refused to let me stand on their scale and weigh myself. They said I needed a doctors prescription. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! The scale was sitting there not being used. When I went in the first time and got my blood drawn, I did not have a prescription to get weighed and I told her that. They were courteous enough to let me use it, but not this time.

They sent a text as soon as I made it for proof. 3/05/25 Can't believe it's already here!! Received notification to check in upon arrival. You can only check in 10 minutes before arrival. It won't allow it any earlier. Waited until then and checked in. Waited to be called back. Short wait and called back. Really great worker! Chatted. Kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. Stuck me without any problems and got 5 vials of blood, bandaged, told I can take off the bandage in 30 minutes, wished a good day and left! Great service & blood draw! Convenience in getting it set up and being notified beforehand too!! Highly recommended!

The price listed on Quest's web page is $75. I had to pay last year too, but it was only $81. I talked to their billing department and they basically said That's the way it is. I think Labcorp is crooked.

To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. She's an exceptional employee and I will be back thank to her and of due to my doctor's orders ;)

I went the day before thanksgiving and I was so glad it wasn't busy. The location was a bit hidden but wasn't too difficult to find. It's a small place. There was only one lady working at the time. I wrote my name on the clipboard and once she was done with a previous client she called me and I gave her the kit I needed to get dawn. She looked over the box and got the specimen tubes and labels ready and called me to the back to draw my blood all within minutes. She was really nice and skilled. Came and left this place all in less than 15mins. My labs was a send out and I got my results all within the week. I really appreciated this place professionalism and efficiency. I love that they are conveniently open on a Saturday! It definitely helps to create an account and schedule an appointment. I made an appointment a week prior to the day. They had so many time slots open. I prefer coming in as soon as they open to avoid the crowds. They opened at 8am and I scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived 10mins prior to my appointment and was able to check in. You can check in on your app or use their self check in kiosk (3 available). After I checked in I was called back 3mins after and I was done at 8:28am. The phlebotomist who helped me was very nice, she worked fast and efficiently. I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment, which was AMAZING. The lobby has plenty of seating. There was an unpleasant odor lingering in the waiting room, thankfully I didn't wait long.

Went to a second company in Fresno who said they didn't do my specific drug testing I needed - strike 2. Finally, I stumbled upon this place and was so thankful that they took me in and offered the test I needed. THANK GOODNESS! I wish I had come here in the first place. I went in right at opening and didn't have to wait! However, the place did start to fill up right after I came in so I highly suggest coming in early / right at opening, if possible. I didn't see any sign of pain during the blood draw-it was quick,smooth and done with expertise.
