Dr. Grewal is our hero. They can't help themselves, it's a human intinct. Everyone does it when they see old people. We had to meet a final deadline and Dr. Grewal checked her out and completed the form and faxed it literally at the last minute. There's nothing wrong with her and she has a perfect driving record, but if cops see gray hairs they instinctively think she should be taken off the road for public safety reasons, for any reason at all of no reason. He was kind and listened to her, did a physical and competency test and as expected she passed. This isn't the sort of thing her usually does which shows Dr. Grewal is basically a good person who genuinely cares and takes the time to listen. A shame just found out he's permanently closed.

Now they have been calling me for a week straight saying something isn't wrong with my insurance and then the lady changes her story saying they keep calling my insurance saying this new one isn't my primary. She was saying I had to pay the full amount if I don't fix it. Rude. It was so confusing. I don't like being accused and hassled over the phone. The doctor is impersonal, and cold. I didn't feel cared for. They just wanted my money.

I have had fairly bad luck finding a doctor we felt was medically sound, had good communication and…read morewas easy to schedule. The office is always clean, nicely appointed, and has a wonderful front desk staff, very pleasant, smiling, respectful. The first few times seeing the doctor was a pleasant experience as well; took her time, asked good questions, didn't rush or talk over me, and I felt I had good results. Over time, though, the doctor often seems preoccupied, overbooked, in a hurry, and almost like she wasn't really listening. Perhaps I just expect too much. No doctor seems to act any better.

Two months later I'm still waiting! I called about this and the front desk woman said that I have to email them and ask for the referral! When I insist that I've already been to the office twice as a patient asking for help and this should be documented on the chart, she just laughs and hangs the phone up. This terrible front desk person has laughed at me on the phone twice and has hung up the phone on me twice. The dr I saw was not nice, never smiled at me was snobbish, never even touched me. I am a healthcare professional myself of over 50 years and I am outraged at this terrible office. Don't believe the fake favorable reviews ‍

I have been seeing Rebekah Donahue for years, first at Central Valley Women's Health Associates,…read moreand she has always been incredibly caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. She has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and heard, which is such a rare and wonderful quality in healthcare. When I transitioned to Dizon Medicine, I was thrilled to find that Rebekah didn't disappoint in the slightest. She recently assisted me with scheduling an imaging appointment and, as always, was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. It's so reassuring to know that she is always there when I need her. Rebekah truly goes above and beyond for her patients, and I feel very fortunate to have her as my nurse practitioner.

We left this pediatric office after a very upsetting experience with Dr. Amy Evans. I want other…read moreparents to know what happened, especially those seeking an opportunity to ask questions about their child's vaccinations. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I wanted my daughter vaccinated, but needed education first. I said I did not want vaccinations administered at that appointment and intended to schedule them for a subsequent visit. I was not told that the office would refuse to see her unless we agreed to bring her up to date that day. Once we arrived, I found the receptionist's approach confrontational. During our brief interaction with Dr. Evans, the focus was on getting an immediate yes or no about vaccinations rather than answering our questions. When I asked which vaccines she recommended that day, she quickly listed them without explaining what they were for, their benefits, possible side effects, or the proposed catch-up schedule. My husband also asked whether her own children were vaccinated. She said that asking a personal question was completely inappropriate. She was entitled to keep that information private, but her response felt unnecessarily harsh in an already tense conversation. We chose to leave after approximately five minutes. We had come seeking pediatric care and an informed discussion, but left feeling pressured and dismissed. My concern is both the lack of advance communication about the vaccination requirement and the way we were treated. An office can communicate its policies clearly while still treating parents respectfully and making room for questions. Wanting to understand recommended medical care should be met with explanation, not impatience. Based on our experience, I would encourage prospective patients to clarify this office's vaccination requirements and approach to parent education before scheduling.
