To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. They told me to pee and then drink water and come back later, but "don't drink too much water or your test won't count." Second/Third time: -had an appt -checked in w/ link sent to me -within 2 mins I was taken back for pre-employment blood work -phlebotomist quickly drew blood and I was out the door in 2 mins -never had any billing issues all 3 times.

I wrote my name on the clipboard and once she was done with a previous client she called me and I gave her the kit I needed to get dawn. She looked over the box and got the specimen tubes and labels ready and called me to the back to draw my blood all within minutes. She was really nice and skilled. Came and left this place all in less than 15mins. My labs was a send out and I got my results all within the week. I really appreciated this place professionalism and efficiency. Exactly, how many people does it take to leave a grease/ dirt spot on a wall? I just expect anything that has to do with health care to have a sanitary, clean, antiseptic feel and look to it. Then they said my appointment would be in an hour and a half. I repeated I am not the patient just dropping off a fresh sample . She couldn't get that through her head. Said I had to wait for my appointment. By then I am angry . She said they didn't had my clients insurance so would penalize her by only billing her directly. I repeated yhe insurance info was just put into the keyosk. She said they don't have info in their system, then what is the point of the keyosk?
