Had an appt at 10:30 AM, got in and lab lady (filipino or Hispanic) was NOT pleasant and said she didn't see any referral from my Dr. so I left. I called my Dr immediately and she verified there was a referral and to go back in. I go back in at 10:40 AM and I talked to another lab lady, (black, wearing green glasses) and she could care less about my situation! She said the lab tech was now on a break and would be back at NOON! Noon! and no one could help me and closed the door me! I will be reporting this to headquarters! NO WONDER THIS PLACE GOT HORRIBLE REVIEWS. These ladies are only there for a paycheck, no compassion, no caring, no professionalism what so ever! read more

Love the Jameson Ct Quest office. Always competent, thoughtful and resilient staff... answer my questions and streamline my visits. I can log in on the display and it shows my place in line. I can wait in the waiting room, or outside and be texted to return for my appointment. read more

I booked an appointment few days prior online. Simple and easy. I checked in (10 mins before appt) on the link they texted me on as a reminder of my appointments. I was literally the ONLY customer there. Lucky me! Last time their system was down, even with appointments, I still had to wait over an hour. But today, it was in and out with the help of Christine! She was fast, professional and friendly. Thanks for making me smile :) read more

11 an appointment, still waiting in cramped waiting room at 11:33 am. Poor management. Poor location. Guy at the desk says it is because no one has missed their appointment. Meaning they overbooked Publish the damned review!!!! read more

The front desk girl, Joanne, is horribly rude, and both times I've been here she makes me feel like I am terribly inconveniencing her by even being there talking to her. She is condescending and her forced-smile is extremely insincere. And it's not just me. While I'm waiting in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes, I watch her talk rudely to patient after patient as they come in. She's a specially rude to the people who appear to not speak English as well. I really wish they would put the kiosks back in the lobby to minimize the amount of time I have to communicate with her. The nurses are all super friendly and the location is very clean. It's too bad one person can ruin an entire experience. I'd like to go to a different quest next time but this one is so close to my house it makes a tough decision. read more

Last time, we saw an available quest diagnostic so we drove there. A blond, russian woman at the front desk; Aksana, was incredibly rude, the worst part is her calling me sensitive because I said it hurts to take out blood. She had to take blood out of my arm twice because she didn't pay attention while interrupting my sentences. If my relatives knew English fluently, the experience would have been much different. The funny thing is, she's been getting complaints since 2017, look it up in Yelp, and her boss isn't doing anything to manage the service. Written in many reviews, she apparently hate immigrants cause she never treats US citizens or people that are Caucasian that way. W.T.F read more

Very bad customer service! Waited two hours to be told I am not important enough for a time sensitive blood withdraw since they lost my previous blood vial , lost orders, rude techs, Caucasian woman in front desk is absolutely the worst. Will never recommend this place for anyone.!!!! The one star is just for people to read this. Please give my comment a like if you read this after your experience! read more

Love the staff at this location. It's a smaller Quest lab but I use the appointment system and I am in and out in a flash. The staff is always consistent, personable, and I'm usually seen within minutes of my appointment time which is nice. Due to COVID, Quest has implemented a touch-less check-in system from your mobile device which is really nice. One patients arrive (and device enabled), you're able to notify the staff via text that you've arrived (Quest will send a prior text when instructions to remotely check in), and wait outside or in vehicle until you are texted to enter the lab. There used to be chairs inside the waiting area but they have sense been removed to maybe a few chairs, which creates an even safer environment for patients and staff. Going to the lab is not a fun thing but when I need lab draws this is my preferred location for the ease of in and out and the staff. read more

Love this location! I was able to set up a same day appointment for 11:10 online, I arrived at 11, and they were able to take me in EARLY! For quest, that's impressive considering an hour plus wait at some other locations. It was not busy and great staff. read more

Last time I had to wait two hours to get my lab done, so today I came in, quickly checked in and sat down with my book, expecting another longs wait. There was about 5 people in front of me. I did not even finish reading one page and they called me. Seems like the rest of the people were walk-in's so they prioritized me. This girl took my blood so professionally that I did not feel any pain at all. Usually I feel the needle but not this time. I was out in 45 seconds. Quickest appointment of my life. It took me longer to write up this review. read more

If I could give this a negative star I would. I've been coming here because I have to get weekly blood work done. I come here because they are really gentle when they put the needle in my arm and take my blood. Well lately the service has been HORRIBLE! I'm waiting almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. This is absolutely ridiculous! What's even the point of an appointment if I have to wait that long? Also the lady at the front desk isn't very nice and forces people to wait outside in this heat when there is seats available for people to sit down at. I asked her why I couldn't sit down and wait in the lobby and she said because the people waiting in the lobby were her 11am appointments and I got there right at 12 for my appointment! That's absolutely ridiculous! I don't know what's going on at this office but it needs to be handled! read more

I wish I could issue ZERO stars!!! I had an appointment that required me to fast 12 hours prior. I got horribly lost but made it there in what I thought 5 minutes late. By the time I checked in their computer told me that my appt was cancelled and am now walk in status due to being OVER 10 minutes late. I had my phone in my hands and they have a huge clock on the wall. I was checking in 8 minutes late, not 10. I said something to a girl behind the desk. She got flustered and told me their clock was wrong, No, it is not, I had my phone in my hand. She then told me I would have a 45 minute wait! Well, I had to go to work so I left. I will now reschedule And fast another night. Extremely rude! Unfortunately, I have to go to a Quest, but I HATE that I have to give them my hard earned money! read more

I honestly cannot give feedback on the staff in the back since I only come here to take my mother in for lab work occasionally. I am leaving this review based on the front desk staff. The woman behind the desk is always short tempered. Particularly, with patients who do not speak English as their first language (which is on any given visit 75 to 90 percent of the waiting room). She seems to think yelling at them will make them understand her better. When they try to advocate for themselves or ask questions she shuts them down immediately rather than try to understand what they are asking. I have witnessed this type of treatment so frequently that I have to think it is the norm here, not the exception. If you serve a largely ESL population, maybe don't stick someone with a little bias and a big bad attitude behind the welcome desk? I think this location gets away with a lot because they serve a lower socio-economic community who can't travel to Quest locations in a different area. read more

Loved my experience there with the girls! All the staff are so nice and friendly and very understanding they helped me out with my appointment because I didn't bring the right paperwork and my doctor didn't explain things correctly and they were so nice to extend my appointment so I can get my blood work done and get my lab work done. Overall best experience I've ever had on a quest diagnostics most kindness people you can meet. read more

They are busy, but very caring and hard-working. I've tried others and I love the one on fair Oaks Boulevard by the split of Manzanita.

I made an appointment and was called back within 8 minutes. I cannot stress enough how much time you will save if you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I was in the car on my way home within 17 minutes total!! I came to my appointment 30 minutes earlier hoping to get out sooner. No one else was in the lobby. The technicians made me wait for whole 30 minutes. They were walking back and forth, doing nothing. The employees at this location are so rude. My mom had an appointment and she is older and was having some issues getting ready it takes a while. So when we arrived I was going to do a stand by to have a test done also. The lady said she was more than ten mins late and she would have to do stand by. So we got her all signed in. Waited maybe 10 mins the building is empty just her and I an the other employee comes out and says we have to leave they don't have time for standby's today. It was 11:45. NO one was in the waiting room! This location all the employees are rude and should not work with the public if you don't like it. It shows!!! read more

So I've been waiting for an hour to get my blood drawn I've been fasting and I tell this lady that my sugar is low it's 67 and Can i get in there so I can eat and she says okay I'll be next makes me sit in this room and then still calls other patients and I check it again my sugar went from 67 to 39 and now I'm in there asking for my paperwork back! And she just asking me dumb questions in her Russian accent! She finally gives me my stuff back. After I have told her like 5 times MY SUGAR IS LOW! I need to eat something and I need my paperwork back!!!! I didn't bring a snack cause I didn't think it would take an hour!!! And they is no reason for it to be taking so long when there is like 8 employees working at that time! They would have got 1 star but I called and spoke with the manager and explained what happened and why I had to leave and she was very empathic and understanding! & going to talk to her employees so this doesn't happen again! read more

I waited for 45 min. in the parking lot, was 1st in line only to be told that I had to make an appointment in order to be served. I went online the previous night where the information stated that the Jamison location would open for walk ins at 7:00am. After having waited so long, just to be turned away, I and a others left feeling very disgusted with this particular Quest Diagnostic Center. I won't return or refer anyone to this uncaring place. July 5th 2020. I rate it "0" stars if there was only a zero. read more

This location used to be in the same building as the Camellia Women's Health on Jameson but apparently moved within the last 2-3 years. I made an appointment for 10AM and was filled with dread when I walked in to see well over 20 people in the lobby - there was only 1 seat left in the waiting area. I signed in and sat down and was very pleased when I was called back right away (though the rest of the people waiting didn't look too happy!). I remarked about the volume of people waiting to the woman drawing my blood and she said, "It's always like this in the mornings." Moral of the story - you probably don't want to do a walk-in here in the mornings! The place was clean, except the front glass, which looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Seeing all the handprints grossed me out! However the rest of the facility was clean and the woman drew blood from my left arm with ease, which has always proved a feat for others in the past. Overall, a good experience. read more

This Diagnostics location is horrible. I tried coming here a few times after my doctors appointment because it's right next door but its completely awful. They have no sense for urgency. People getting up left and right to see how much longer after waiting 2 hours. No eta from front staff. This place deserves to get shut down or staff replaced. Go somewhere else. Even the drive will be worth it just pass this place up. It's a waste of time. read more

No point in having an appointment, they call you in the order you come in anyway. I signed in at 9:55 am for a 10 am appointment. I went to the desk at 10:18 asking how much longer as I had an appointment at 10 am. The blonde Russian woman at desk then tries to put it on me, looking at the sign in sheet and asking if I put my appointment time down on it (I did). Then she says, "oh, okay you're next." I got called back at 10:25. Had I not said anything I would have been there for at least an hour. They got 3 stars instead of 1 star from me because Diana the phlebotomist is a doll, very sweet, professional and helpful. read more

This place is retarded when it comes to drug screening. They only offer a two hour window to piss in a cup. If you show up one minute after that obscurely narrow window, they refuse to perform the test. Do yourself a favor and go to "Just Say No Drug Testing" in Rancho Cordova. They conveniently perform that basic test all day long. read more

On 12-2-21 at approximately 4:00PM my wife was at Quest Diagnostics in Lake Jackson to have blood and urine samples taken. She was unable to provide the urine sample, so the technician gave her a sample container and bag and told her she could simply drop it off the next morning. On 12-3-21 at approximately 12:40PM I went into the same Quest location to deliver the urine sample. I was without a mask. The person behind the counter told me I must exit the building, return with a mask, sign in on the kiosk, and wait my turn. There was only one other person seated in the waiting area. I explained that I simply needed to drop off a urine sample, and held up the bag containing the sample. The person behind the counter said that that did not matter. I left, got a mask, and returned. I was made to sign in, and in the time it took me to turn and walk five paces to a chair the person behind the counter called my name. I approached the counter, handed her the sample, she spent about 15 seconds looking at it, and said "OK, that's it". This was a ridiculous waste of time and effort on both our parts, and to me clearly demonstrates a inadequate training. read more

The blond Russian lady at the front desk is so rude. I walked in and signed my name on the check in form. After 10-15 minutes, I asked her if I could take my daughter back to restroom. Came back out and proceeded to watch person after person walk in and get helped, but they never called me. I finally got up after 45 minutes and asked her why I had t been called. She tells me she called me for my name to come up and give my lab slip while I was in the restroom. I questioned her, why she didn't tell me when I came out of the restroom and instead just let me sit there for a half hour without being helped. Her responded with a rude attitude that she didn't know my name. Weird... Then how did she know to tell me she called me while I was in the bathroom as soon as I asked? And even if that wasn't the case, it would be common sense that if a customer asks you to use the restroom and then you call a name and the person doesn't appear to be present, you would clearly check with the person as they walk right by you when exiting the bathroom. Or, after watching them sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes while person after person gets helped, you might question that. Very rude... Especially when you have a toddler with you read more
