I had an appointment for bloodwork at this location. I received an email less than 24 hours from the time of my appointment telling me my appointment was canceled due to maintenance. I had requested a day off from work to have this done. So I drove to one of their nearby locations. They basically told me 'too bad, we have to take care of our own appointments'. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, I finally walked out without service. I'll go out of my way not to use Quest Diagnostics in the future. read more

Came here for diagnostic testing as scheduled by insurance. A very plain lobby/seating area with streamlined check in. Everything is relatively clean and tidy, which is important for a lab/medical facility. Staff is OK - I'm not sure about their training or capability, especially with how they drew blood and labeled specimens (leaving specimens unlabeled on a tray with other specimens, even for a few minutes). Not super friendly or courteous - but that's not necessarily something you expect from phlebotomy. Definitely would prefer to go to the hospital for lab services if possible. read more

Terrible experience - First time I went they said they didn't have doctor's order for my well visit labwork. Of course there's no one to call to verify they've received them! Doctor sent them the week before apt. Rebooked another appointment and a lab tech said they had the orders but my copay was $700. I told her I'm 75 years old and my insurance pays for a well care visit once a year. She told me nastily that the doctor had sent the wrong ABN. I called doctor who said no everything is correct on order. I called my United Healthcare who said it would be paid but a deductible of $45. She had no idea what an ABN was - handed the phone to the lab tech and asked her what ABN stands for and she said it was against the law to tell me that information. Called Dr office back and she said all it is is a statement that if your insurance doesn't pay you're liable for the difference. Now why couldn't the lab tech tell me that? I verified with another lab tech that the original tech was not new. She informed the tech of her error. In the meantime I wasted 2 days not getting labwork done at Quest. I had my doctor send the orders to LabCorp and got in within an hour - had labwork done and I didn't have to sign anything -no ABN!!! Terrible service - no one to call -I will NEVER GO BACK TO QUEST read more

Then the phlebotomist decided my order was messed up so I had to wait another half hour while my doctor re-issued it. I go to this Quest Diagnostics including today. Amber does an outstanding job. Her blood draws are flawless perfection. She also helped an elderly woman get logged into the system/podium today. Amber is an absolute angel. Her work is excellent and she possesses an outstanding attitude. The best blood draw I have ever experienced and I have had many at my age. Thank you Amber! I agree with a previous post that this place is a hidden gem among the lab work offices. As long as you have an appointment, it was extremely fast. The technician, I believe her name was Allyson, was so incredibly nice and very quick. I feel bad I overheard a conversation with her and her manager that she needed to take and the manager was also amazing. They were trying to help a woman who went into a different quest office. The way they both spoke to each other and about the client was what you would hope for. This will be the only Quest I will be using. read more

I'm very reluctant to write a review because this is the perfect hidden gem of quest diagnostics. I walked in, signed in on the kiosk, was seen a couple minutes later. I wish I would've gotten the lady's name, she was fantastic. I've had a lot of catastrophic encounters with phlebotomist and she was nothing like that, I hardly even felt the blood draw. WARNING WARNING Quest is great. This office is awful. I was in the office today waiting for over an hour. I was in there with 6 other people. All of a sudden our names were not on the TV waiting list. Myself and a women who was 82, both had our names taken off. When we asked what happened they told us our appointments were canceled because we did not answer our phones. Neither of us had received a call and we were both in the office. I will come back to this location if the staff members that are here today stay and are here for the next time I have to come in, the last time I was in there was only 2 lady's in the back that were nice. This Quest in shopping center with Trader Joe's is FABULOUS! What a switch from before COVID! I set up an appointment online the day before. On line they show all available appt all over the area. The kiosk was a breeze. BEST PART WAS KATELYNN! I've been bruised many times, I've had to be stuck more than once, because they missed the vein, etc. Katelynn is fabulous, didn't feel a thing. The manager here can seem gruff, but she's a sweetheart trying to get everyone in and paperwork straight. read more

After about 20 minutes and listening to her complain about how busy it is she decided to blurt out that anyone with a appointment will not be passed up by someone without a appointment.well they schedule appointments all day. Had to do a 24 hour test and blood work which was requested by my dr for possible gallstones. Upon my arrival 3 staff women were talking among themselves, and I was ignored until I said something. I had made an appt online, so I only had to wait a few mintues for the blood work. I did the test at home over the course of 24 hours which requires some planning. Dropped it off the next day feeling relived that was over, but also had a nagging feeling there would be issues. Yep. It seems they told my doctors office `that I submitted it wrong' They said it had been exposed to light and should have been wrapped in foil? I read the directions 3 times and no where did it say that sample needed to be wrapped in foil. Also, I kept it in an ice chest with ice packs/covered...So clearly it was not exposed to light. Guessing they lost, spilled or didnt take care of their medical protocal to ensure its freshness...and rather than accepting responsibility of their eff up they blamed me. Called my doctor's office back today. I am angry for obvious reasons. I will never go there again. Sadly, my insurance still got charged and I'll likely have to go though the process over again; however, it wont be with them. I recommend avoiding this branch and save your body fluids for a professional staff that can find their ass with both hands. read more

I had to go twice in one day so I dealt with 3 different employees and they were all super nice and very professional. I've been to this location twice now. First time was about a year or two ago, and I ended up passing out getting my blood drawn. Instead of the phlebotomist being sympathetic she ended up scolding me about telling her ahead of time. Definitely not a great experience. I went a couple hours ago today and have never had an issue with same-day walkins at any other location. Trying to contact these people on the phone has been impossible. Their phone tree is frustrating, and nobody seems to know what they're doing. As I write this, I am waiting on hold with quest diagnostics. I have spent an hour navigating their phone menus and on hold with different departments, trying to find a knowledgeable person to talk to. I'm simply trying to learn the price for a blood test. The first (dumb) person I spoke with told me that it was illegal for her to give out prices over the phone (she thought it was some sort of hipaa violation). The next person I finally talked to didn't know, but told me to call the billing department. The billing department couldn't seem to figure it out either. Called in before to check if they take walk ins. Automated messaged said yes, when we arrived the sign on the door said yes, when signing into the kiosk it told us it was a 5 min wait. The worker came out already mad at us asking if we had an appointment. When we said no we're a walk in she yelled at us very rudely that they don't accept walk ins when we said we called she screamed "WHO TOLD YOU THAT" she kicked us out and didn't let us get a word in.
