I saw a waiting room with a number of folks and immediately regretted not having my headphones. Yet within a few minutes of checking in they called me. I was surprised by how fast it was. Do note I did make an appointment but typically would still need to wait esp if the waiting area has some folks. Hayleigh was the best nurse ever. I had many vials and she was able to swap them without ever moving the needle. We all know that click in click out is uncomfortable af. I also had minimal bleeding after she removed the needle (I tend to bleed after always). She's the best! I wish all nurses were like her!

You need a appt, I told them that I had a note and it said, please call drs office if they have any questions. They insisted no they would not call , I could call myself, I was in disbelief that they would disregard a Dr's note . I got a hold of my Dr's office his nurse gave them a verbal that I needed to be drawn right away . I was told to drive to Placerville during my reaction if I needed to get my blood drawn . They claimed they got their supervisor on the phone to tell me this. ( I later found that the supervisor was on Vacation ) I told her I was dizzy, lightheaded and couldn't drive. I told her my MD wrote a note plus she talked to his nurse to verify. They said we have a lot people with appts , that I could go to hospital . I told them with all my documentation plus a verbal they needed to draw my bld. I asked them for there fax number so the MD could fax over another documentation saying it was stat. The employee told me she did not know the fax number. She refused to get me any numbers . I was not able to identify her because she took her name badge and turned it backwards so her face and name was not able to be obtained. She said wait in waiting room we will draw you when we can. I did follow up with a filed complaint with the district manager who was extremely helpful as well as apologetic . They will be looking into the matter which is very reassuring as the lab documents were very clear . Please voice your opinion to the District manager not the supervisor it falls on deaf ears . I hope this location goes back to how it was ran several years ago .

There were only two people ahead of me, so I only waited about 10 minutes. The (Indian) lady technician who received and processed me was cheerful and friendly. Didn't get her name. She was singing to the radio and cracking jokes. I highly recommend this place if you absolutely must pee in a cup or get stuck with a needle sometime!

Last week, I came here for blood testing. It was my first ever visit to this Quest Diagnostics…read morelocation. The building is tucked off the main road in a business park area.Overall it was a much better visit than I anticipated. I hate drawing blood since I have thin veins and it has never been an easy pain free experience for me. But this time it was. Sigh of relief. The technician was fantastic. She definitely knew what she was doing. She was no nonsense, straightforward, and efficient. Not mean or disinterested. But also not exuding rainbow and unicorn vibes. She thoroughly and quickly found my veins, and got down to business extracting. I barely noticed the shot, little pinching sensation thats all. No issues of soreness, not even the next day. There was only two technicians working with one being a trainee that was observing. The low staffing is neither of their faults. It seems that it is Quest's business model of streamlining staffing. For instance, right when you walk in, there is no human staff to assist in check in. The checkin is by self serve kiosk. And that touch screen was not cooperating with me. It did not easily recognize my touch. And if you take too long responding or it does not recognize your touch, it will time you out. You guessed it, it will start the process all over. Ugh. I was seen quickly since I had an appointment which I set weeks ahead of time. The appointment was easy to make online but please make sure you are correctly checking the correct test(s) needed.

I went in and was told they called and texted me but I was now past 20 minutes from my appointment so all I could do was walk-in list. I showed staff there were no calls or text messages on my phone and explained this happened before as they had the wrong phone number. I got no resolve from staff or acknowledgement to look into the flawed system. I'll look elsewhere for future labs.

There's not a receptionist in the lobby, you just check in on a tablet, and have a seat. It does say on the TV what number in line you are. You can also wait i outside if you want, and they will text you. When I first got there, there was only one person working. When she came to the door to let a person in, I asked her if I could use the restroom. She let me use the restroom, but didn't bother to ask me if I was there for a urine test. When my number was called, I went back, and yes, I had to use the restroom again, but she told me she couldn't use my urine test. She said I had to wait an hour, to make sure that my urine was the right concentration. Excuse me? Why didn't she tell me this when I asked to use the restroom? I had to go, but I could've waited the few minutes. I rescheduled my appointment, came back a few days later, and I got in a little less than 10 minutes after my appointment time. No big deal. The lady who took care of me was very friendly and personable, she laughed at my jokes,(that's important... :) and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. Once I got everything done correctly, it was great. But if somebody is in the lobby, asking to use the restroom, ask them if they are there for a urine test.... It would be much appreciated.

It took months to even get the appointment, and after the sleep study, we heard nothing for months. Calling this office is a nightmare--they never answer. The recording pushes you to text, but that feature hangs up and never sends a link. If you stay on the line, it disconnects. I've left voicemails with no response, and it's been days. When you can't sleep because of breathing issues, that feels like a lifetime. My husband wakes up 15-20 times a night from either choking or from nightmares, constant nightmares. This office has the power to help, and I would love to see some sort of sign that they WANT to help! They also never sent his sleep study results to his doctor, so we had to schedule an appointment with his MD to explain why we didn't get the sleep study results and reorder the machine, even though Sleep solutions never sent the results ‍ The sleep study room left a lot to be desired-- It did not feel sanitary or professional. Sleep Solutions, please call me back and help us finally get this machine. We're so tired--literally.

I emailed with their lousy customer service several times, gave them my information multiple times. They were looking for the order. Now, nobody responds at all. It's been 10 days, nothing. So I had to go retest today and pay for it somewhere else. They're terrible.
