It's basically a one-woman operation, yet she keeps everything running smoothly -- from check-in to paperwork to the actual blood draw -- all while staying calm, professional, and kind. The office feels clean, organized, and respectful of patients' time. I've had less positive experiences at other locations, which makes the level of care here stand out even more. You can tell Jude genuinely takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how efficiently the whole office runs. If LabCorp leadership ever reads these reviews, this location is a perfect example of how much impact one dedicated professional can make. She deserves real recognition (and probably more support). I also frequent the Sierra College Blvd. and East Roseville Pkwy. locations. I noticed many of the negative reviews mention two things: 1) the smell and 2) how slow the office is. If I had to venture a guess on the smell, I'd imagine it's a combination of poor ventilation and the fact that blood draws make a lot of people anxious. It's no secret that plenty of people dread having their blood drawn, and a waiting room full of nervous patients probably doesn't help (nervous/anxious sweat stinks, look it up). As for the pace, that really hasn't been my experience. The furthest behind I've ever seen them was about 15-20 minutes, and a staff member actually came out to keep everyone updated. Unfortunately, she got an earful from several walk-in patients who had been waiting for hours. I understand the frustration, but personally, I wouldn't ever recommend walking in if you can avoid it. With a full schedule of appointments, fitting in walk-ins is never going to be easy or quick, they follow a formula. My phlebotomist was Blake, and he was one of the most skilled phlebotomists I've ever had. He's been drawing blood for more than 30 years, and it absolutely shows. The draw was quick, smooth, and painless. We chatted throughout the appointment, which always makes the experience enjoyable. I'll definitely continue using this location.

I had the wonderful Blake.... When I sat down, we realized something was wrong with my paperwork... the spelling of my last name was off. Luckily Blake gave me the right steps to take to get my doctor on the phone and a PFD file sent to my email that I could forward on to Blake.. It didn't take long and I was so grateful as today with the only time I could get it done before going on a long vacation.. to make matters worse I am a fainter... Blake was so patient had me laid back. He did an amazing job and I was well on my way without fainting! Little does Blake know he has a fan girl that will follow him anywhere to get her blood drawn! Unfortunately, that information was not listed online. When I asked when they resumed, I was told not until 1 PM, so I had to leave and come back later. I returned at 1 PM and was the second person in line. Check-in at the kiosk was easy. They only had one person handling the urine tests, but she was very nice, explained everything clearly, and made small talk, which helped. By the time I finished, the office had become very busy. Overall, my main frustration was the lack of clear, accurate information online. They should update their hours and be more specific, not just rely on a small sign on the door. Having to make a second trip was inconvenient.

The staff at the front desk was efficient and fast. The staff who drew the blood was friendly, painlessly inserted the needle, and drew my blood very quickly. I appreciated both of them for helping me turn a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The wait was minimal, as it was still before 9am, and there were only one or two people ahead of me. The kiosk check-in process as a walk-in was a bit lengthy. I suspect the process is simpler If you have an appointment. Overall, a very good experience.

She was screaming unhinged and kept going so I started recording her. As I was walking in the door "she even told me to get out of her way." As she pushed through the door as I was opening it. Quest doesn't care about their patrons or patients. I don't think they care about people, period! No one to call and when you send a note, no one ever contacts you? They should have their license revoked! No one should feel unsafe by a Quest employee while having blood drawn.

During my search, I have realized that most of the agencies have dealt with difficult situations from their own pasts, which seems to create a certain familiarity.. I know it will be challenging trying to find the right agency, and finding the right caregiver that will want to help us out on the weekends.. Erika was very helpful, but also very upfront that because of the shortage of workers, it may take some time to find someone. I am glad I called.
