Labcorp - Not open - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Roseville, California

Came to this LabCorp location for a pre-employment drug test. I arrived at 11:08 AM and let them know I was there for the test, but was told they stop doing drug tests at 11. Unfortunately, that information was not listed online. When I asked when they resumed, I was told not until 1 PM, so I had to leave and come back later. I returned at 1 PM and was the second person in line. Check-in at the kiosk was easy. They only had one person handling the urine tests, but she was very nice, explained everything clearly, and made small talk, which helped. By the time I finished, the office had become very busy. Overall, my main frustration was the lack of clear, accurate information online. They should update their hours and be more specific, not just rely on a small sign on the door. Having to make a second trip was inconvenient. read more

I went here for a drug test and the person on the front desk initially told me that she doubts if il be done and il have to be back around 1PM in a very condescending tone. I got there there over an hour before closing with a pre authorized drug screen, the lady at the front (all white longer hair) informs me SHE isn't doing drug screens this late and says j need an appointment. I'm not sure when they expect people to make it when they close at 3:30 and are closed for an entire hour from 12-1 for lunch and last appointment is at 2:30, sorry but most people work. I doubt anyone cares or will do anything about the negative reviews, but on the website it states drug screen hours are until 11:30 am!!! I got to the location (which is half hour away from my house) a few minutes prior to 11 and they have a sign posted that says they stop drug screens at 11 and they told me they are already done for the morning and I need to come back in the afternoon (after 1). Employment Drug Screening I scheduled online for my employment drug screening on Tuesday for Wednesday... I drove to the wrong facility (at the last minute) I warp-speeded to this facility running through the doors at 2:57 pm. Kristin was at the front desk & immediately told me that drug screenings were done for the day. (gasping out of breath) I explained that it was my mistake also it was the LAST day to have it completed [my employer gave me 24hrs] I was just about to start begging, crying, etc. but she just asked me for my registration ID & said, "if it wasn't the last day then she wouldn't complete my test." The staff member who assisted me (Leigh?) was courteous and friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. She even accommodated me by allowing a brief water break before providing a sample. It seems that the staff are overworked and they have a lot of rules that are on Labcorp websites. They definitely prefer having an appointment. I went yesterday and the lady told me she can only take appointments because she was by herself. So I did and came again today. Then they told me they don't do pre-employment drug screen after 11am. However, after I told them I have made an appointment for it, the lady at the front said, 'then go check in then, if you don't do that I wouldn't know.' She pointed at the kiosk machine. There was someone there already, that was why I went to the front desk. Anyways, they were willing to take me. So I don't really understand where the line is drawn. Overall, the process is fast. The lady who did my testing tried to be nice but I can tell she was over it. Life is hard enough and job sucks everywhere, so I get it. I love the people here. Such happy, calm , positive vibes. Getting blood work isn't a pleasant thing to have to get done but they made it so much better. The gam that checked me in was sweet and even made small talk with me. And the gentlemen that did my blood work was awesome as well.. friendly and got it on the first try. The first time I had to come in for a pre-employment UDS and the employee that helped me Ms. Kristina jeopardized the integrity of my specimen. She gave me an unsealed collection cup. She also didnt show me the final sample container with my details on it and had me sign the paper saying I did. She also left my collection cup unsealed and unsupervised in another room while we were completing my blood draw. I have no idea of my specimen was tampered with before it was sent out. Althought she was pleasant to interact with, the lack of following protocol lead to my results being cancelled because the specimen ID number was mismatched/missing. However, today I went in and I was helped by a gentleman, I told him what happened the first time and he reassured me that it wouldn't happen again and I physically observed him prepare the sample for shipping and watched him seal everything. This gave me peace of mind and I hope this time the UDS gets processed. For future customers, make sure you watch them transfer your sample from the collection cup into the sample container meant for shipping. Make sure everything is done in front of you, so you can have peace of mind. read more

Tabatha Sealy, who was working at the Lab Corp at 1730 Santa Clara Drive, Roseville Ca 95661 locstion on Tuesday November 16 2021 at 0735 AM, was so rude and unprofessional. I was ordered to come here for my urine drug screen prior to starting clinicals in my nursing program. I did so, and from the start she seemed to be having a bad day, being snappy and talking in a tone that made her sound irritated to me, but I can overlook that. We all have bad days. She explained the process that I would choose a cup, pee into the cup, not wash my hands or flush until she had the cup, and that was it. I urinated in the restroom, which was dirty and the toilet seat was wet. There was no covered spot for me to put my urine cup and I had gotten some urine on the outside of the cup (and my hands), so I placed a paper towel down on the back of the toilet to place my cup on. I wiped, dried my hands, and opened the door. She isn't watching the door and I'm not sure if I just walk across a wide hallway with other patients and staff in it with my uncovered urine cup. She finally turns around and snaps at me to "bring it here". I do, she directs me to use hand sanitizer, so I do but I touched it with my hands that had urine on them previously. Then she does some testing things without explaining what she's doing, instructs me to sign a paper, goes to the bathroom and flushes the toilet. She then tells me I can get my stuff and leave. I ask if I can wash my hands before I touch my wallet, keys, and phone as I don't want to spread germs. She says rudely no, I ask again and say "I peed on my hands please" which is embarrassing for me as there were other people there. Then she says I'm getting upset and being disruptive and she'll allow me but she'll tell my employer I'm not following the chain of command. I wasn't trying to not follow rhe chain of command, just infection control and it was my understanding after she flushed the toilet and inspected the bathroom I could wash my hands. My main complaint is that she threatened to tell my employer/school that I wasn't cooperating with the drug screen. And I was, I just thought after she flushed I could wash my hands! I was fine with her bad attitude, we all have bad days, but I have never been threatened at any urine screen for employment before, nor have I not been allowed go wash my hands after the test has been completed. I walked out with just sanitizing my hand with gel and rinsing in water. Diseases are spread through urine, and if I touched three door handles, a pen, a lock box, and w bench on my way out, with dried urine on my hands, does everyone else? That cannot be sanitary. I'm not a drug addict, I've never even done drugs, this is just for my nursing program. She made me feel worthless, untrustworthy, and beneath her. And even if someone is struggling with addiction, all patients deserve compassion. Tabatha Sealy needs a lesson in compassion and possibly better communication skills. I hope my urine test goes to my school/employer without any tampering or threats related as well. I will be so disappointed and anxious if I have to come back to this location. I do not feel she will give me fair care or treatment. I would give this location zero stars if I could. read more

I passed my test!!!! LOL! Warning the bathroom has tape everywhere and the toilet water is blue so don't do anything stupid.

If you have options, then go somewhere else. Their hours are wrong on all platforms. You cannot call to double check because the robot that answers calls is wrong too. They say that they don't require appointments but if you happen to show up at the wrong time then they won't help you. I was forced to go to this location for a drug test (urine test) for my school nursing program. This location is very small with only about maybe 9 chairs in the waiting room. The receptionist was pleasant but the guy doing the urine test was rude, mean, and not at all friendly whatsoever. This was my first time ever having to do a drug test and the guy treated me as if I was a common criminal needing to do a drug test and he was doing me a favor by putting up with me. Horrible!!! I asked him where to put the uncovered pee cup down after peeing since he seemed so stern earlier making me walk back into the room while yelling "COME BACK HERE TO THIS ROOM RIGHT NOW!!! I'M NOT DONE TALKING!" while pointing his finger down to the floor as if I was a child. So I walked back in the room for him just to tell me not to flush the toilet and not to wash my hands afterwards when I was anxious to get the test done since I'd been holding in pee (as if I couldn't hear him from just 2 ft away from the room). The guy seemed to be on some power trip. People are having to hold in their pee for the drug test already while you take your sweet time, so please be a bit more understanding! He didn't answer me at all but just gave me a flustered look until I just put the cup down anywhere on the counter. Earlier he was barking at me in a loud voice, "MUST BE BACK HERE IN THIS ROOM WITHIN 3 MINUTES WITH PEE IN THE CUP!!!" So in addition to me being already stressed out enough dealing with the rude mean guy, now I also had to worry about my test possibly getting invalidated if I'm unable to get all my pee out fast enough and get back into the room within 3 minutes. Keep in mind at this point I'd been waiting for awhile and had to hold in pee just for this test so there was more pee than a usual trip to the bathroom. I wasn't sure if I could get all the pee out within 3 minutes without spilling it on myself while trying to be in a hurry or else risk getting my test invalidated if I didn't now try to hurry up. Guy needs to realize not everybody who goes in for a drug test are druggies, nor a criminal! Some people are simply doing this for nursing school! Imagine that! Someone else on here had a similar rude experience with doing the drug test for school too. Makes me think these workers need better training and educated better on treating clients as people and not "criminals" just because we have to do a drug test! I would not return here ever if I can help it! ==== update 12/15/21 ==== And now I just found out my drug test report says I never even took it!!! Unbelievable!!! === another update === Apparently they send an autogenerated email saying you didn't complete your test within the time specified in your report if they are behind on their lab testing of your sample. Arrived about a half hour before the cut off for drug screenings... there was only one person in the office, and she was super nice and polite, was talkative with the patients and everyone seemed to feel comfortable. She was very quick, but made it feel like she was completely focused on the person at hand, which is nice because sometimes folks are only worried about what is coming next. Location was easy to get in and out. And once it was my turn the process went smoothly and quickly (just the way I like it) I never felt rushed. First of all, the staff person is rude and argumentative. I went on two different occasions and each time she argued with me about something. Secondly, the quantiferon TB test is inaccurate. I received a false positive test which led to a follow-up visit with my family doctor and more testing. The $149 TB test turned into an expensive nightmare. read more

Getting your blood drawn never falls in to the realm of "fun things to do." You don't wake up in the morning and think, "gosh, you know what sounds like a hoot?" So right off the bat, these people have something to overcome. And they do it with ease and professionalism. I have been here several times over the past few years for work related drug screens and doctor ordered blood work. They are always professional and pleasant to speak to, and I have never had any issues with bruising or any other complications afterwards. Keep in mind they are closed from 12-1 for lunch, and they now have Saturday hours, and appointments available if you call! read more

Another guy with an appointment had been here 40 minutes waiting and hadn't seen anyone. I had to yell to the back to get attention. I walked in at 10:00 AM on March 1, 2019 (Friday) for a pre-employment drug test. Older woman sitting in the front counter appears to not enjoy working here. The moment I walked in, she started barking at me about my registration number and was very rude. There was no "hello", "welcome", or "how are you today". Her tone of voice was extremely rude and degrading. She appeared occupied watching a video on her desktop in front of her. You would think she would try to help me as my employer regularly sets up drugs test with this same office, but instead continued barking back at me about her not being able to do anything while I was on the phone. There was no one else in the small office besides her, the lab tech in the back, and me. After I called my employer office to provide their identification number, the same women continued with making a sarcastic squealing voice in response to me giving her the information. After reviewing the other Yelp reviews on here, it looks like I am not the only one on the receiving end of her unprofessional-ism, lack of customer service, and rudeness. This was by far the worst service I have received from any business and on top of this bad Yelp review, I will be writing and sending a formal letter of complaint to Lab Corps home office along with a cc to CEO David King. read more

On 9-20-2019 about 10:00 am I went in to this diagnostic facility to have my blood drawn. The technician did not have a glove on the finger touching my skin. I am blessed she even used an alcohol wipe to wipe my skin after her dirty finger touched my skin at the insertion point for the needle. This is the last place you want to come to have blood work done. I will be filing a grievance with Blue Cross Anthem detailing this unsafe and improper use and abuse by the technician and LabCorp. read more
