N.Sunrise Quest. Absolutely the very worst employee carrier experience. So bad that I walked out of my apt. As she walked in. She was screaming unhinged and kept going so I started recording her. As I was walking in the door "she even told me to get out of her way." As she pushed through the door as I was opening it. Quest doesn't care about their patrons or patients. I don't think they care about people, period! No one to call and when you send a note, no one ever contacts you? They should have their license revoked! No one should feel unsafe by a Quest employee while having blood drawn. read more

I came in for bloodwork, checked in, and waited in the lobby. I was listed as standby #1 on the screen. About 30 minutes later, another patient arrived and was added as standby #2. Despite that, staff called standby #2 ahead of me while I was still waiting and never acknowledged the change or explained the situation. If there's a reason for skipping the order, that's understandable--but completely ignoring patients without communication creates a frustrating and disorganized experience. This location is absolutely the worst Quest out of all there locations, The people that work here are completely unprofessional and do not care anything about patient care. They particularly dislike the senior community, treating them as less than because they believe they do not know any better. If you care about your health, dignity, and safety please do not use this location, and do not send anyone you care about. read more

I scheduled an appointment online few weeks in , and on the day of my appointment it was pretty slow , waited 40 minutes there was no space to sit , was so many people , but I heard they were apologizing to every person calling in , when was my turn the lady was so sweet and kept apologizing for the delay, I didn't like that I had to wait that much with my appointment being scheduled for the specific time, but I did liked the way they were nice and caring. read more

Highly recommend avoiding this location. I waited over 1.5 hours past my appointment time. When I asked for a wait time estimate, I was given an extremely rude response by the staff. The employees were complaining constantly, eating and drinking coffee not on their break time, and were very unpleasant. Worst experience to get a blood test done. To start with, there is no check-in counter, just a TV screen in the waiting room and some nurse opening the door, shouting out the name for the next person, not even stepping in. I showed up on time, checked in with the message link, which says no further check-in required, then waited for 20mn. Just before they closed for lunch, they ask who else has an appointment. When I stepped forward, they asked my name, then said I have no appointment. When I showed them the message trail, they said I didn't check in! Very not-friendly, and telling me malarkey. read more

By 9:30, they were still calling in patients with 9:00 appointments, with no effort to catch up, explain the delay, or apologize to the many people waiting in the lobby who arrived early and prepared for their appointments. I can make this easy. First, quest has gone to a kiosk registration system. I can't say that I like it but it is simple and easy to use. There wasn't anyone in line at 10:40 am, I checked in, got my tests done in record time, and with a tech that only poked me once which is a record! The staff was wonderful and happy. The care was compassionate, professional and friendly. They had a lot of tests to run on me and the type of care they provided was on point, not rushed but appropriately expedient, and overall a standout as a lab can be when having to get blood drawn. My suggestion is to make an appointment ahead of time. You can thank me later. They do take walk ins, but appointments take precedent. read more

Changing my review. I received a bill from quest diagnostics and they said my insurance company did not recognize me as a patient. I carefully examined my bill and it turns out they put in my incorrect group number on my insurance card. Since they put in my incorrect insurance information, I was billed the full amount of $301 for some blood work. In the past, blood work would only cost me $68. Anyways, I called the number that was on the bill to straighten out the situation and the woman on the phone that could barely speak English said they wouldn't pay any of the coverage because my doctor was register in the state of New York. I told her my doctor doesn't work or practice in New York and this has nothing to do with the reason why my insurance denied any coverage for the blood work. I explained to her that they put in the incorrect group number on the bill. She DENIED saying that my doctor practiced in New York. What???? I told her I would go to Quest Diagnostics in person to try to straighten this out and hung up the phone. When I drove to Quest Diagnostics (this location and since this is where I got my blood work done) I explained to her that they put in my incorrect number of the bill and that's why insurance denied me coverage. She flat out told me that she can't help and I would have to call the number to straighten the situation. Seriously?? They were the ones that made this mistake in the first place. Please word to the wise. Make sure they input all your correct information before leaving your appointment. read more

Be prepared to wait at least an hour. The two ladies in there are the slowest working people I have ever seen. Soon as they get a patient back, they take at least 15-20 minutes with each patient, then they go do something in the back for another 10minutes before calling anybody back. Even if you have an appointment, I waited 1.5 hours to finally get my blood drawn. Every time I come, I'm going to for sure stop coming here. If you don't have time to wait an hour to 2 then don't come here! read more

I almost hate to recommend this place because Quest and LabCorp have the worst reviews ever. I would only recommend this location in Roseville, 1420 E Roseville Pkwy. I almost hate to post this review because if everybody starts coming here it might change but this is the place to go and I do not live in Roseville. Cheryl was amazing! It was the very first time I've had blood taken that I didn't have to have multiple sticks in multiple location. I literally have no blood and it takes a lot to get blood for me but Cheryl knows what she's doing and I appreciate her so much. My wait time was minimal. I was able to check in on my phone because they sent me a text, sat there for about five minutes before I was called and I was in and out and record time. I will always come here and highly recommend to anyone. read more

I scheduled an appointment with the Quest lab a week ago for fasting labs today at 10:20 am. This morning at 8:02 am, I received a text canceling my appointment because "this location will be closed for maintenance." Getting the appointment in the first place was difficult, as I had to wait a week. Having them cancel two hours before the scheduled time for "maintenance" is entirely unacceptable. This location has a poor reputation in the community for having many issues. I won't waste my time trying to access this facility in the future, and I recommend that you avoid it. I got labs here once last year, and the place was disorganized and chaotic. This is not a well-run operation. read more

Wow! That's all I can say. The customer service and treatment we received today was atrocious. I brought my 88 year old Mom is for Dr. ordered bloodwork the day before her birthday. We registered on the log-in machine in the lobby. Once we finally completed the registration we were informed it would be 5-10 minutes. After that time an employee, Stacy, came out and I formed us that "we are not taking any more blood draws today"!! I mentioned that we logged in and were informed we would be helped shortly. Stacy's reply was short "I am telling you we aren't" and turned around and walked out. We were stunned. I sat in the lobby trying to set up an appt. For the next day and as I was about halfway through the appt. registration little miss sunshine (Stacy) informed us we were to leave as they were locking the doors. It was 3:33pm. All of their contact info sends you to their website, which is useless, the online chat, again, useless (support provides her name and ask what my question is. Staff needs to be held to a certain degree of professional standard. This location is supposed to open at 7AM. The first staff arrived at 7:05 and the second staff even later. The clinic remained locked as they were still doing their morning routine. As soon as the registration staff opened the door, she mumbled with an attitude saying "Those without an appointment are not guaranteed!", making a customer without an appointment feel like "you're not welcome here!". There were 3 customers at around 7:15 and everybody has completed the kiosk registration. Instead of ensuring that customers are attended to and that labs are drawn quickly, the 2 staff decided to chit chat at the registration area. If you're late for work and arrived with customers already waiting outside because they took the time to come in on time, the least a staff can do is smile and apologize. They were not even making the slightest effort to make it quick and easy. They're wasting people's time with their unprofessional attitude and behavior. Is the company even monitoring their punctuality and productivity? We've been to other Quest labs before and this location is the worst so far. Their video advertisement says "Be kind to front staff." Kindness, respect and courtesy go both ways. There"s also a bright colored sign inside the lab that says "We Welcome Walk-ins". If this location is even serious about this, the staff should make the patients feel welcome. Repeatedly announcing with an attitude and frowning face "if you do not have an appointment, it's not guaranteed!' Is certainly not welcoming. read more

My husband's employer has a health and wellness program where they give you gift cards for being active. One of the optional features is to get your blood pressure, weight and cholesterol checked. Since we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and would even receive incentives for getting this "biometric screening" done, we decided to go for it. Made an appointment online and selected this location. It's located in a strip mall where the parking lot is very crowded. The spaces seem narrow and it just always looks like an accident waiting to happen in this parking lot. I was eager to get in and get out of this area as soon as possible. Walked into the Quest location and there were several people waiting. There was an employee at the counter but also an electronic device for checking in. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to check in with the human or the machine so I opted for the machine since the human appeared to be busy. Waited probably 15 minutes. They give people with appointments priority over walk-ins. Everything went smoothly. The blood draw went quick and I commented that the blood vial went so fast. The employee commented that their vial has some kind of vacuum so it takes blood out quicker. Wow. Would return to this location if needed in the future. Just be super vigilant when driving around in this parking lot. read more

Horrible. I had fasted for my labs, came on the morning of my appointment just to find a sign outside the door that said this office is closed due to a maintenance issue (They had send an email AFTER my scheduled appt to notify me). Made another appointment which was two weeks out, fasted, again, just to be told that they did not have orders for me in the system (which I know my doctor did send). I went to get the orders printed out as advised, came back 20 minutes later and they told me I had to be treated as a walk in. Waited 30 minutes and ended up leaving for the second time without my blood drawn. They only have 1 person in to check people in and draw the labs so you can imagine how behind everyone's appointments are. By far the most HORRIBLE experience I have had. read more

This location has gone down hill in the time I have been a patient there, over 4 years. First off, the younger serious guy who drew my blood yells at me demanding my insurance before I barely got in the room. Then proceeds to tell me without it, I will NOT get my blood work done, period! Wow, thinking back at all the other time, I have never been treated with such an unprofessional lab tech in my life! Do not EVER go here without an appointment. They make ZERO effort to get you in. There were no appointments available for a week out and I needed my bloodwork done before that so I went in as a walk in 3 TIMES this week. The first time I waited an hour and a half before they announced that some worker had left for a "family emergency " and that they wouldn't be able to get anyone in before lunch (which was still an hour and a half away)! Mind you this is after I had been fasting all morning!! Then I try again today on a Friday and the receptionist announces that anyone on a wait list WILL NOT get in at all today because they schedule 2 appointments every ten minutes!! Horrible customer service at this location. They chit chat with patients at length about random chatter unrelated to health care and keep patients with appointments waiting too. My kids and I go here often for our lab work! We always get up and go early usually as soon as they open. The same two ladies have been there for a while and are both amazing! I believe Cheryl and Barbara are their names. They have amazing customer service, are always very helpful and we barely feel the needles. They do great work and this is the only one I ever go to! Wish I could give this place no stars. I hand carried a standing order 6 weeks ago. When I returned last week for my next blood draw, they couldn't find my standing order. I had to call the doctor and request the order be faxed to them. Friday the lab called to say I could come in any time as they had received the fax from my doctor. Today-Monday-now they can't find the faxed order. Had to call the doctor again and request the standing order be faxed yet again. What a huge waste of time and energy. My mom is disabled and takes 2 people to help get her in/out of cars etc. I was told that all Quest take walk ins so I walked in this one before unloading my mom to see how long the wait was. I was told to fill out the Kiosk for a walk in and it shouldn't be more than 5 minutes. I walked out, unloaded my mother and walked back in. There was another gal at the front desk, she asked what time our appointment was and I told her I just filled out the kiosk like the other gal asked me. She raised her voice and pointed her finger "We haven't done walk ins in 2 years! You can't be seen today!" it had my mom trembling. I explained I just talked to the other gal and she huffed at me and kept talking to someone else. I would give a negative if I could. Did not have an appointment. Was basically treated so rude by the snarky receptionist. Then told I have to wait. I said ok. I sat down and she gave me rude looks. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked how long. She said again you DON'T HAVE A APPOINTMENT SO IT WILL BE WHENEVER. I got upset with her attitude but never was rude or volgur. I made an appointment and was seen right away. I had my paperwork in hand along with my medical card (this always makes it easier on everyone!) Barbara helped me and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She double checked my name and DOB and then showed me that all my blood was labeled with my name on it to be sent in. It was quick and she took my blood without any problems. I will for sure be going back to this location in the future! The Flustered Phlebotomist. The one person they have working is inefficient and slow. She does not really seem to know what she is doing. Not someone that I am confident to have jabbing a needle into my arm. All of their locations are like this. I hate Quest. They are all about maximizing their profit with the poorest employees they can get, at the lowest staffing possible. I have had to wait as much as three hours before, for a blood draw. And appointments are an illusion. It is strictly first come, first served. I need to find some other source for my regular blood labs. read more
