I absolutely don't recommend this place to anyone if they can't follow standard procedures such as securing their biohazard bin filled with used syringes. We were in a consultation and my 4 year old brings us a syringe in her hand asking us what it is! We don't know if she was poked and now need to get her an HIV test!! I have been going here for years to get my TB test for my nursing job. Last year I was lucky and got a wonderful nurse named Rhoda L. To assist me with my test as well as some bloodwork. She is so warm and friendly. Made me feel like family and it was great to see her again today. She adds a personal touch to the business and her front office is awesome as well. I don't know the persons name who entered me into the computer but she was very helpful about deciding what blood test to get and clear on pricing etc. I will continue to use this clinic for all of my needs. Needed the usual TB/Livescan and this was my first visit. I cannot say enough nice things about the two ladies that helped me out (I wish I could remember their names). So nice and friendly! I ended up having a 10 minute conversation with one of them and could have sat and talked all afternoon. I can't speak for the comments below but the recent time of my visiting which was Friday from today's post. The receptionist/nurse was amazing and very knowledgable about what she was doing. Yeah, the office is small but clean and the waiting room is small but the job gets done and I don't go there to talk to other people just to get what needs to be done and out. If you are worried about talking privately without anyone hearing id probably whisper or ask politely for them to close the door. Otherwise, I don't care if people hear my business as they have similar or the same and the world already knows everything about you as you put it out there on the network. Stay away from this place --Terrible experience just at checkin. First time there, it was overcrowded. The check in tablet had no power and the ladies at the desk were u aware. I decided to come back with an appointment. Second time there, there was no one there - we began checkin in with the tablet - another person walks in and Shaileen at the desk asks him to sign-in after us. This other client stands very close to us and is reading what we are typing over my wife's shoulder. I asked Shaileen at the front desk to ask him to stand back to which she says..he's perfectly ok and that I can take the table and go sit wherever I would like to. Shaileen has no clues what PHI is and didn't care of my personal information was accessible to others - Escalated and spoke to Trish the supervisor - apparently Director of operations - same stand - mentioned it's a cramped space and that they really don't care about what the other client was doing. I do not recommend this place- it's run unprofessionally and certainly not customer friendly. They don't care about your data and do little to protect your information. I do not recommend them. I needed to get a TB test, last minute, to go on a field trip at my child's school. Called to make sure she would have time and she did. I showed up maybe 30 minuets later. The lady was super nice and fast. Went back a couple days later and got my result. So glad I found this place, really wish I would of known about it sooner. read more

BEWARE! If at all possible, NEVER utilize this clinic. Staff are unprofessional, inappropriate and poorly trained. My son received a TB test here and upon returning for his results, he was told in front of a room full of patients his results. While he was waiting, a young lady arrived who was told she was positive for TB, and a follow-up chest x-ray was needed. This information was provided without any consideration for her privacy or the safety of others. HIPPA violations repeatedly occurred. Having been in health care for 35 yrs. I will be pursuing the appropriate channels to report the blatant disregard for patient rights. read more

The worst clinic ever I been there with my husband, so we did physical immigration test, so they told as 5 days you will get the results, two days later they call us they said you missed a signature a go there next day to sign after I reached there they said why you are here so I told them we received a call from you about the signature they said sorry for that but your results still pending and there is nothing missing, after I left the clinic 10 minutes they call me back the said why you left you still need to sign, I go there next day to sign was on Monday so they told me You will get your results on Wednesday today is Wednesday before I go I call them to make sure the result is ready they told me sorry maybe tomorrow maybe after because the doctor is out of California, after all the doctor is not on the clinic if they need anything to review by doctor the have to mail the result to doctor and the doctor have to reviewed and email it back, That's a really terrible clinic ever If you want to lose your time go to WellnessMart Clinic read more

I was happy to get the job offer of my dreams, but dreading spending half a day collecting the mandatory TB test and Livescan. In the past, these have both eaten up a lot of my time. I googled "TB test" and Wellness Mart popped up. I was pleasantly suprised to discover they do Livescans as well. I arrived about 10am to an empty waiting room. The employee who helped me was delighfully pleasant and very quick. A half hour and $57 dollars later, I was back in my car with all of my paperwork. I would highly recommend this lab to anyone dreading long lines and high prices. read more

This place is a joke. Went in for a walk in physical which they advertise. Was turned away because they were doing a CPR class all day and couldn't do a physical until the following day with an appointment. Also it says on website a physical is $70 and includes hearing and vision tests which is a lie. They charge hearing and vision in addition to the $70 and quoted $180 for everything. Also they have no capability of doing basic urine dip so they have to send it out and it takes 3-4 days to come back. Do not go here if you need something done quickly and definitely don't go off the information on their website!! Went to Med 7 in Roseville and got everything done in less than an hour for $124. read more

This is the best place to go if you want to get tests done. They even do livescan. I was able to get all the required tests and livescan done for my sons school in one location. I was referred to this location by the AHA to complete the skills portion of the BLS/CPR. On Wellness Marts website it specifically says to complete online portion and then call them for an appointment for the skills check. I called this morning and was given the run around and told they would call me back. About 3 hrs later someone called me to inform me that the nurse that does these "checks" left the company and no one is available unless I drive all the way to Sacramento (which is not a option:possibility at this time). The woman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me no one would be available to do skills checks outside of Sacramento until JULY! No, thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. I would HOPE they would update their website to reflect this highly inconvenience so no one else wastes their time with this place! read more

I am going overseas for a job and I do not have health insurance. I require blood work done, vaccinations and an X-ray. I called around and was quoted around 500$ for paying out of pocket. Wellness center provided the same exact services and charged me 260$. The service was much better than going to a hospital or other clinics I have visited. I was vaccinated and tested in and out within 30 min. Very impressed with the services provided and the nurse was incredibly helpful and nice. Do not go here if you need CPR/First Aid classes. There is no live instructor, it's all done over the Internet. That would OK if you could guarantee that Internet would work. I was in there this Saturday with 3 others. The class started, then the Internet went out. We waited 40 minutes for the Internet to get working again. Then when we rejoined the virtual meeting, they had already covered 40 minutes worth of information! We were completely lost and the instructor said he would teach us what we missed later on. Then he had the brilliant idea to ask us questions about the information he was covering, that we had no idea what he was talking about. At that point, I was annoyed but wanted to just get it over with- when the Internet went out again! Sorry that was a major waste of time. Another girl and I left the class, asked for our money back, and thankfully the staff obliged. If you need CPR just spend the extra money and miles and go to the Red Cross in Sacramento. read more

Made my long list of chores a little bit shorter. Such a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this place! The nurse did not freak out when my arm had a reaction to the needle. I have lots of allergies. She called another nurse to double check that i was ok and then educated me on multiple options for tests going forward because of my allergies.
