Horrible horrible horrible. Appointments are sparse, walking in is a nightmare. We could all hear them laughing and socializing , while there is a waiting room of patients. Communication is terrible and the screen is not updated. They need to respect people's time and work more effectively.

When you walk in, you will check in at the kiosk. Your wait time is then posted on the TV monitor above. The clinic reps will then call you up to desk to gather your insurance card and doctor paperwork. We sat back down and were called back for blood draw within 10 mins of giving paperwork. Very easy process. When we checked in there were about 5 people ahead of us per the TV monitor and said 41min wait but that didn't include those who already checked in so kinda deceiving. So we were alittle worried once we took our paperwork up as your name disappears from list so it was a waiting game at that point. By the time we were called back it was just about 40 mins total so the wait times were pretty accurate. The staff is friendly that we dealt with and the clinic rep who took care of us was very gentle giving that they are about to poke you and it may hurt. I would come back to this location if needed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused." I'm sure you value your time, but so do your clients. If you were truly sorry for the inconvenience then at the very LEAST you could have called your clients that had appointments today to explain that you were not going to be open. Instead you inconvenienced everyone that had appointments today by wasting their time by having them drive the whole way to the lab for no reason, and have to turn-around and go home. This was a complete waste of my time and money. This is the definition of terrible customer service. I understand that things may come up that would cause an unexpected closure, but do what's right and at least contact those that had appointments. Again, this is customer service 101. Do better Labcorp!

I had a very disappointing experience at AIMS Urgent Care…read more Before arriving, I completed my registration and insurance information online because I wanted to be seen as quickly as possible. When I got there at 6pm, I was asked to fill out additional paperwork, and then I was told they didn't accept my insurance--even though I had already submitted it online and everything appeared to be approved. The nurse who took my vitals seemed rushed and inattentive. She had trouble getting my temperature to register multiple times. I overheard her tell a coworker that the thermometer wasn't working, but instead of using another thermometer or trying a different method, she recorded my temperature as 98°F even though I had been running a fever since the night before. That was very concerning to me. Both the nurse and the doctor were dismissive throughout my visit. When I tried explaining all of my symptoms, I felt like neither of them was really listening. The doctor spoke very quickly, spent very little time with me, and ordered a rapid strep test. While I waited, I could hear staff at the front desk laughing and talking while I sat in the exam room waiting for results. Instead of the doctor coming back to explain my diagnosis or answer any questions, someone from the front desk came into my room and simply told me I was free to leave and that my results would be emailed to me. I was told I would be prescribed antibiotics, but no one explained what medication I was receiving or discussed my diagnosis in person. I was also told my prescription would be ready in about 40 minutes, but it wasn't available until around 9:00 p.m. The following day, I called to request a doctor's note because I was still very sick. I was told they could only provide documentation saying I had been seen, not a note addressing work restrictions. Given my symptoms and diagnosis, I asked whether they could provide documentation supporting time off while I was contagious, but they declined. I also asked if they could email the note since I was ill and trying to avoid going out again, but they refused and told me I would have to come pick it up in person. Overall, I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and frustrated. My concerns weren't taken seriously, communication was poor, and the level of care I received did not meet my expectations. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in patient communication and attentiveness.

Located…read moredirectly on Greenback Lane (in Citrus Heights) and just a couple blocks east of I-80, the "Sutter Medical Plaza Greenback Lab" has been my go-to place dating back to 2023. Parking here is relatively easy to find as the dedicated lot is spacious enough to accommodate a few dozen vehicles at any given time. Their hours are also quite reasonable as they are open Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 5:00pm while being closed on weekends. My most recent visit was during the morning of Friday 12/11/2025 at around 9:00am. I checked in one day prior on the My Health Online app through Sutter Health which was a very seamless process as they had a ton of open timeslots available. After entering the facility, you make an immediate walk to the right, sign-in, and wait (which was less than 5 minutes). And since this was for Lab bloodwork, I made sure they did a Lipid (cholesterol level) profile, comprehensive metabolic panel, prostate antigen test, and complete blood cell count. Once I was seen by a medical specialist, they checked my vitals (heart & blood pressure) and weight. Since I fasted 12 hours prior to coming here, I got a syringe in my left arm (which was just a slight "pinch") and was on my way. Total time from when I arrived to when I exited the building was less than 10 minutes. Overall, the front desk staff and nurses were all very friendly and accommodating. All in all, the "Sutter Medical Plaza Greenback Lab" was a fairly positive experience with no hiccups or issues. My rating, an above average four stars.

Overall, a simple visit with a little glitch…read more I showed up to my appointment time for a prepaid urine and blood test. There's not a receptionist in the lobby, you just check in on a tablet, and have a seat. It does say on the TV what number in line you are. You can also wait i outside if you want, and they will text you. When I first got there, there was only one person working. When she came to the door to let a person in, I asked her if I could use the restroom. She let me use the restroom, but didn't bother to ask me if I was there for a urine test. When my number was called, I went back, and yes, I had to use the restroom again, but she told me she couldn't use my urine test. She said I had to wait an hour, to make sure that my urine was the right concentration. Excuse me? Why didn't she tell me this when I asked to use the restroom? I had to go, but I could've waited the few minutes. I rescheduled my appointment, came back a few days later, and I got in a little less than 10 minutes after my appointment time. No big deal. The lady who took care of me was very friendly and personable, she laughed at my jokes,(that's important... :) and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. Once I got everything done correctly, it was great. But if somebody is in the lobby, asking to use the restroom, ask them if they are there for a urine test.... It would be much appreciated.

I sat outside in my car waiting for a text or call to come in for my appointment. 30 minutes passed. I went in and was told they called and texted me but I was now past 20 minutes from my appointment so all I could do was walk-in list. I showed staff there were no calls or text messages on my phone and explained this happened before as they had the wrong phone number. I got no resolve from staff or acknowledgement to look into the flawed system. I'll look elsewhere for future labs.
