Awesome concept. They produce some really interesting, creative quesadillas. I had the sweet and spicy and my guy had the enchanted chicken. Great flavors. Green salsa served with the quesadillas was tasty. Chipotle sour cream could use more heat. The store bought bagged chips were disappointing. Too salty and not of the same quality as the food they are cooking up. Guacamole was too expensive for the small portion but really good flavor profile. Took a Dirt Bag to go and reheated for lunch the next day. My only concern is that the cashier who handled our money, drinks and chips/ salsa was also emptying the large trash cans in the eating area with his bare hands. I sure hope he washed them!! I noticed that the people handling our food were wearing gloves. Thank you for that - just suggest that those handling the trash do so too. Overall, thumbs up. read more

Both of our quesadillas were delicious and you definitely get your money's worth (these are by no means skimpy quesadillas)! I wasn't a huge fan of the red salsa as it tasted kind of like a marinara sauce but the green one was great as was the chipotle sour cream. read more

This place is the bomb. The only complaint is the number of questions they ask for each order. Mild or hot salsa? Regular or lime something or other sour cream? It just seems to confuse people and slows the ordering process. They lose customers because of the long lines...by speeding up your ordering process you will serve more people. read more

The best food truck ever. I first spotted the Quesadilla Mobillia at the Easter Jeep Safari vendor show. It was the only place to eat so I grabbed a enchanted chicken quesadilla. It was awesome. I saw the truck parked in a lot in Moab last week and had to stop for another enchanted Chicken quesadilla as a snack. It was just as good showing It had continuity. A trait lost on most restaurants let alone a food truck. I would love a restaurant like your truck in Vegas, but not being here might make it better when visiting there. read more

Very tasty and just the right heat. Not to bland not to hot. It was easily a shareable size unless you were very hungry. You eat at small tables outside which could be a problem in inclement weather but wasn't a problem for us. They are one of the few dog friendly eating establishments in Moab. read more

GF tortillas on offer- very tasty too. This is a stationary food truck on main street, with tables and chairs set up. Very busy when we were there on Sunday afternoon, so the wait was a bit long. My husband and I were excited to check out quesadilla mobilla as we pulled into Moab. Being in the food truck business, my husband has high standards but I assured him that the reviews for Quesadilla Mobilla were sparkling. I'm happy to say it lived up to the hype! Not only are their offerings flavorful and unique, but the servings are generous! At first I thought $8.50 was a little steep for a quesadilla, but given the already expensive location in a vacation town, and the quality of the ingredients, I think it's a fair price. We got a Fiery Fungus, a Southern Belle, and a Dirt Bag for our daughter. Next time we will forgo the Dirt Bag (just beans and cheese, though definitely tastier than a typical homemade quesadilla because their retried beans are delicious), because the three of us could have been filled with just two quesadillas (granted, our daughter is only a toddler). They are packed with fillings! I couldn't finish my Southern Belle. Their special sour cream is the icing on the cake for me. I love sour cream and the chipotle lime added that extra something. I love the creative take on something that is typically a very basic dish. This is a quesadilla for grown ups! I would definitely go back. read more

The girls were friendly, and we got the Enchanted Chicken. They were all 10", $8.75, and come with regular or chipotle/lime sour cream, and mild or hot salsa. Not only was the food incredibly bland, and the guacamole comes in a cup small enough that you can get maybe four chips worth, one of the workers decided to give themselves a nice $100 tip off of my credit card. The service I received was worth a dollar tip maximum. If you do for some ungodly reason decide to visit this garbage restaurant, make sure you take your receipt when they ask if you want it. Post intense mountain bike ride at dead horse we found this gem and indulged in the New Mexico identity crisis (pro tip: add sweet potatoes!) and the southern belle - both insanely good and all the salsas/sauces are delicious (also ask for extra salsa). I am a vegan. So why am I writing a review for a food truck that has one vegan option and the menu encourages you not to order it? Well, it is because that single vegan option is fantastic and the place is the bomb. My wife, who is not vegan was in Quesadilla heaven, and I was only disappointed that items were falling into my plate and not making it into my mouth. Moab is a cool place but sometimes can be a little less than vegan friendly (it is getting better) but this place has been a staple right on the main strip for years, and I for one hope they stick around for years to come.
