We had bees settle in the attic above our bedroom, with the main entrance on our balcony. Not huge (yet), but we wanted it out ASAP, while preserving the bees as much as possible. We called and Ramon came out the same rainy day and opened a 9"-square hole in the drywall in the ceiling and vacuumed up the bees and took out the hive without incident. My understanding is that Ramon delivers the hive and the surviving bees (including the queen) to a beekeeper QueenB works with. The price was ... reasonable, given that he came out and (after giving an estimate) did the work the same day. Some bees did keep showing up for a couple days afterwards, which I think is normal, but they're all gone now. So: great service, fair price, and effective treatment. Of course every case will be a little different, but I'd happily call QueenB again if we get bees again. PS: Just FYI, Ramon sprayed some peppermint oil I happened to have into the hole in the ceiling before patching it up, and I sprayed some around their entrance, and patched the stucco there. This definitely discouraged them. Also FYI: the citronella candle I tried actually attracted the bees - about ten got stuck in the wax before I realized what was happening. read more

I found bees inside my house entering through our exhaust fans/vent from our kitchen. If you are looking for quality and pride in workmanship, keep looking. Roman came to remove bees from our attic and guaranteed his services. The guarantee is also documented on his website. However, shortly after his visit, some bees returned. When I contacted Roman to remediate the situation under the guaranteed work, he refused to return without a substantial additional fee. After significant pushback on my part, he begrudgingly returned to fix the situation. However, his "repair"was done in an unsightly manner as he stated it would take him longer to do it in a less conspicuous way. Keep in my that his repair took less than 10 minutes. It seems that spending more than 10 minutes was beyond his guarantee. My interactions with him were far from professional and extremely inappropriate. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I can understand why people use exterminators for bee removal when dealing with companies like this which provide "guaranteed work " with no follow through. read more

I called a couple places to get an estimate on bee removal after discovering bees hovering around my roof above the garage. Roman was the only one who crawled into the attic and assessed the situation first before giving me a quote. The others just all looked from the street and told me they would have to open the roof and extract the bees, which would have been a waste of money and time. Roman got into the attic and found no bees inside. He then worked from outside and sprayed around the vent holes to extract the bees. He was quick and professional. I called Roman and he was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule the very next day and take care of our bee problem. This is the second time bees were coming into our attic through a side vent of our home and building honeycombs. He answered all of our questions, took pictures of it for us, successfully removed the bees, their queen, and closed up all the vents with a mesh wire around the entire house, which was barely visible. He even gave us some honey comb from a previous removal to try out and it was delicious! He is reasonably priced, very professional, personable and communicative during the whole process. Very disappointing service from this company. The guy is rude and unprofessional. He always seems to have something to say to every unhappy customer!Called him to remove wasp nest from a house that wasn't even my own. I'm just trying to help the owner. I sent him a picture of the nest and asked to look around to make sure there's no more. He told me that he would come back in a few days to make sure that wasp didn't come back. He said they usually come back after some days. I got a call saying there was still a small nest. Which everyone missed so I reached out to him and told him there was still one nest left. He said he was going to come back but to cut the long story short, he never showed up to make sure the wasp nest did not come back or to take down the small one that was left. Also, he wanted to charge me extra to take down the small one when he already overcharged me the first time because I called multiple companies and he was the most expensive but I went with him anyways because he said he could do it the same day Big regret!!! The mistake on our part was paying for the service without physically seeing the place to make sure the job was done. Taking your business elsewhere save yourself a headache.
