Great company to deal with when you have bee problems. They we easy to contact, quickly gave me an estimate & scheduled a service call within hours. Many other bee removal services I called never even bothered to respond. If they are super busy, just tell the customer it might be weeks to come out but not even a callback. The Bee Guys showed up on time and removed the bees for relocation quickly too. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend their services. read more

Prompt, friendly, customer/bee-oriented. I could not be happier. I called, had a short chat, and w/in 1 hr a technician was at my property (mix of luck and timing, i suppose). Conversation w/ the tech was clear, informative, and confidence building. One hour later, our bees were on there way to being relocated and, as of three days, all is quiet and well. We had a swarm of bees outside our office building that were looking for a place to stay in our roof. We called the Bee Guys and they came out same day. We were given a price over the phone, which was reasonable for all that they did and it was honored when the service was completed. They came out, safely removed the bees, cleaned up the area, and filled any holes the bees had created. Anthony was very nice and extremely efficient. They were at the office within 20 minutes of being called and he had handled the swam within the hour. I really appreciate that they do live removal and took such care to make sure the bees were removed without harm. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will happily use them again if the need arises. Thank you Bee Guys!! read more

Had a couple hives we needed gone. I wanted the bees relocated, not exterminated. Bee Guys did exactly that. Quick response, showed up on time, charged us what they said the initial price was. After he left, no more bees! read more

The Bee Guys are absolutely amazing! Sara responded to my Yelp request within minutes and Anthony was at my house in 30 minutes. They took care of my needs and even provided advice as to how to prevent any issues in the future. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! 1million thank yous! read more

In a word, Anthony was great. He arrived on time as promised and took the time to explain what are issue was (honeybee nest) and how he would treat it. In no time, the bees were removed and he was on his way at the quoted price. A job well done. Will recommend highly. read more

Great folks on the phone and in the field. Came same day and problem solved! Not one bad thing about this company.

The Bees came back pretty quickly. I found a bigger company. They did not come back the second time and the second company gave me a written guaranty, which these guys wouldn't do. Looks like these reviews are all phony to me. read more

I called The Bee Guys in a panic with a swarm of bees in my house. Sarah knew it was urgent and the Bee Guys were there within an hour. The bees had made a hive in the water heater vent and were looking for more exits in my house! The team was professional and did a fantastic job of bee proofing everything they could on the exterior. It's been three days and no bees trying to get in the house! I definitely recommend the Bee Guys for bee removal. read more

Shawn went out of his way to help me with an ongoing bee problem. After smoking the bees out on two or three separate occasions, the live bee issue was resolved but the hive remained inside the attic. Shawn came out and took a great deal of care to remove every last bit of hive so that the bees do not return. He was helpful, kind, and professional. I would specifically request for him to come out as he was very detailed in his work. read more

I heard a loud buzzing and spotted what I thought was a bee in the garage. I phoned around for a few quotes and this company was the cheapest. The lady who answered the phone was helpful and pleasant. One company I called wouldn't quote until they had seen the problem and another was almost twice the cost. I wanted someone out fast and to know the cost in advance, sight unseen. Within the hour someone was at my door. They identify the issue, described what they would do, and went ahead and did it. Fast and effective. read more

I called the "Bee Guys" company on Saturday afternoon, Sara answered the phone, understood our problem and said she would be here in one hour since she is based in Temecula. Arrived in exactly one hour, analyzed the situation and treated an area where some of the bees were swarming. Unfortunately a bigger bee hive problem at over 30 feet was developing at one of our end roof tile points that she could not treat because of the extreme height, but gave me excellent recommendations on who to call. Her service was fantastic and fast which is hard to find now days ! We would highly recommend the Bee Guys if you need the type of bee service that they provide! read more

We noticed a swarm at 2PM by 4PM The Bee Guys were at our house taking care of the situation. They gave us a quote on the phone and we were not charged a cent more. 2 weeks ago, we had bees on the house. They said there is a 30 day guarantee. The service was plugging a hole with a foam spray. They charged me $400. The bees came back, and I called again. They sent out someone, and because the bees are now entering from a different part of the house less than 15 feet away, they tech said it's not covered and costs another $400. I'd go with another bee company to save time, money, and get the service you are paying, which is bee removal. read more

I just had the exact same experience as Bob. Ted came over three weeks ago spent 15 mins vacuuming up bees pushed some pipe insulation in the gap which looks terrible and took off with $295. There were still a lot of bees in the area. Next week they are setting up by our front door. We called back several times till finally Ted came back today and wanted another $295 to vacuum them up. He said tough luck and that he didn't care then he drove off. Just awful. read more

Our bees were 25 feet in the air in one of our owl boxes on the property. It was completely FULL. We called a professional that was supposed to care about relocating them instead he just wanted to exterminate with the fear that they were Africanized. I couldn't go through with extermination even if they were Africanized. There are over a thousand species of bees buzzing around California. If we just exterminate in fear that they are Africanized then we are going to wipe out our biggest pollinators. I called The Bee Guys and they had Anthony out within 24 hours to relocate the bees that turned out to not be Africanized as the first guy had said. He had no fear even if they were Africanized. They've obviously dealt with that kind before because he explained exactly how the process would go if they were and if they were not. I would recommend The Bee Guys over ALL other companies. They were quick to respond, efficient, had a great price and above everything else they relocated the bees instead of killing them. Thank you for all that you did!!!! read more

A few days ago when I went to close my home office window curtain, I was greeted by several dozens of bees swarming just outside and needless to say I was pretty shook. Bees are essential, I like them and wish them no harm, I'm just not to thrilled when they decided to build a hive in the eave of my townhouse. So I looked up a removal company that would relocate the bees instead of eliminating them. After a quick browse of their informative website, I was able to determine what kind of hive and then called to make an appointment. Since the bees were swarming into the eave/inside roof of my second story, I was quoted $395 for removal which I accepted. The next day Thomas arrived right on time and he is wonderfully efficient, professional, personable and knowledgeable to say the least. We discussed the bees, when I first noticed them (literally a day before) and how he would go about safely removing them - then I let him do what he does best. About an hour (probably less) and Thomas was done! He mentioned he vacuumed about 12,000 Africanized bees from the hive which will be relocated. Because there was the presence of pollen in their hive, Thomas said this was considered a fairly mature hive of about 4 months in the works. 4 months! I was stunned! I could not believe that I hadn't noticed any activity whatsoever leading up to their little coachella swarm fest right outside my window. Thomas said to consider myself lucky as others notice an infestation when honey starts to seep from their walls! He had placed a mesh and then patched up the hive entrance off from the outside world so no bees could reenter and mentioned he sprayed the area with a vinegar/soap/water solution. Apparently bees lick surfaces they land on so this vinegar/soap solution obviously doesn't taste good to bees and would eventually drive the few remaining ones off out into the world elsewhere. Thomas said to watch the area for the next two weeks for any remaining activity which he would then have to return for a further inspection but it's now day 2 bee free and so far, so good! Thank you Thomas! read more

I'm shocked to see all these negative reviews, I had a fantastic experience with the Bee Guys: They were prompt, courteous, honest and up front about the pricing, and most importantly, they took care of the bee problem. I noticed a hive of bees in our palm tree, about 25 feet up. I originally had a tech from another bee removal company (I won't name his business) at came by to look at the problem. He me over the phone that it would be in the low $100's, but once he was there he said it would be $600-$800 because he'd need to build a scaffolding structure to get to the bees. He also tried to tell me that it wasn't a hive and that it was a swarm that would go away on its own--it had been there for two weeks and I was sick of all the bees and bee carcasses in my yard. I told the first guy to take a hike and called The Bee Guys. I explained the situation to them and they assured me it would be $180 to remove the bees. They gave me an exact time to expect the techs. About 15 minutes before the appointed time, Anthony called, said he was en route and he'd be there in a few minutes. He arrived right on time. Once he was there, he assessed the situation, told me there was a hive there and that he would take care of it, for the quoted price of $180. He swiftly took care of the bees, cleaned up the yard and even cut down a few extra seed pods on the palm tree were attracting bees. Additionally, he spayed a vinegar based be repellant on the hive tree and several others nearby to keep them from coming back. In short, The Bee Guys were totally professional, completely honest about their pricing and super efficient in removing the bees. I highly recommend the Bee Guys, especially Anthony. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I ever have a bee problem again. read more

I had a great experience with The Bee Guys. I was able to fully describe the situation over the phone and they gave me a quote, and that's what it cost. I had already been warned of the possibility of a delay by their office when I booked the appointment, but their guy also called me to let me know he'd be a little late due to excess time needed at preceding job. It turned out to be very little, and he called again when he was able to estimate his arrival. He arrived exactly on time, and he was pleasant, efficient, and thorough! The job required removing & reinstalling a fence panel, which was done perfectly. I also appreciated the picture he took once he opened the space up - rather astounding. I like the idea that they 're-home' these bees. We need them around, however, just not in our backyard fence where my grandson plays! read more

I'm also surprised by the negative reviews. I discovered bees in my chimney on a Friday evening at 5:30pm just before I had to pick my dog up from a serious surgery. I called my regular pest control guy, and they were about to close. I called the Bee Guys next and they had someone out at my place within an hour. The guy texted en route to say he might be a few minutes late. They quoted me a price of $395 on the phone and that's what I was charged. The guy worked until 8pm to get the bees out of my chimney and screen it off. They have a 30 day guarantee. Expensive, but worth it when you have a bee infestation. read more

Called them on a Monday morning and they arrived the same day that afternoon. After being told it would be $295.00 for treatment and removal, once at my home was told it would be $1050.00 total since it required removal of roof tiles, cutting a hole in the roof, and retrieving beehive that way. When I stated It would be less intrusive and destructive to access beehive from inside house was actually told they "don't like messing with drywall". In retrospect, it's all about coming to your house and making a sales pitch for the costliest solution. I was able to punch through the round screen covers under the eaves of our house, removed the wax nest with a clotheshanger, removed a ton of dead bees from inside the vent, and am about to place new mesh screen to keep bees out. I do believe they provide a valuable service. At $295.00, I think it's worth every penny as I can't imagine trying to tackle this kind of job on your own. But I don't appreciate bein treated like an idiot when they try to sell you a product that is totally unnecessary. read more

After being jerked around by another company for two solid days I was SCRAMBLING to find someone to humanely remove the bees that had decided to move into my condo's chimney. I made an appointment and Cooper was ON IT. He explained quickly what he'd be doing and was the perfect blend of knowledgeable and friendly with a can-do attitude. He confirmed that the flat rate I'd been given on the phone was exactly what I'd pay and not a cent more. He got everything taken care of in exactly one hour (which is what he had estimated) and I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. read more

I was very impressed with this company from the first phone call right thru to Anthony showing up and solving my bee problem. Earlier this year I was attacked by what I thought were yellow jackets. This hive was in the far back of my property down an embankment. they got me about 7 times but I was able to get covered quickly before they stung me even more. My wife called the Bee Guys. Thanks Ted. read more

Overall I they are great service company. What I have a complaint about is their lack of transparency in pricing. I have had 2 different services at extremely different pricing. I sent 2 e-mails to Lisa about a reduction in price for the second service. I have not heard anything from her. She doesn't even reply with an apology or an explanation. I am disappointed by the lack of communication. Again good service, but I am concerned about equitable pricing. read more

We had 40,000 bees build a hive in our barn owl box (it happens fast!) and I could not get a call back from other one-man-show bee removal services due to the high demand super bloom season. One of the advantages of this company is that they have multiple techs available for quicker response time. They came next day. Thomas was super friendly and did a thorough job, removing all the residual wax (apparently new swarms are attracted to left over wax). He saved a small piece of the comb for my kids and the rest of the hive was saved and taken directly to a bee farm in Temecula. I remember seeing a review here about how disappointed she was to see dead bees left over after the removal. Yes, there will be some dead bees. It's impossible to remove tens of thousands of bees without some casualties. Also bees who are out getting pollen while the hive is being removed will come back to a missing hive and likely die. Also be aware that pricing varies based on where the hive is located. A lot of these companies have google ads promoting a low price removal, but that's for the easiest type of removal. I was a bit shocked that our quote was double the advertised price, but honestly after seeing what Thomas had to do and how many times he got stung, I thought the cost was pretty fair! read more
