I have been a customer of Queen Nails for years. When I first went to Queen Nails I was happy with my current nail tech. I told Kelly I did not like the drill on my nails and would not switch. I gave her and her shop a chance and I am super happy I made the change. The staff is very professional and kind. I love that Kelly is able to create difficult and unique designs even with shellac. Very unprofessional and rude. They don't care about return customers. They will have you waiting between 3 to 4 hours . When you call to schedule appointments, they claim the are not taking appointments, yet people walk in and jump in front of you. Very rude, Kelly is rude also. My hands sat in acetone for 45 minutes to remove powder and I expressed my concern and it was dismissed as if I was being difficult when all I asked was if they could use the nail drill to get the little powder left on my nails off. Came in this morning not too long after they open for an estimate on a nail design I was asked to sit down 30 minutes fly by I'm still patiently waiting for the ladies to get out of the back then another customer comes in asking for a pedicure and they automatically start on her. Let me tell you! This place is something like my little secret spot, lol..it is so nice to go to a nail shop that's not always extremely crowded; the ladies know what I mean. Everybody in there is super nice & professional yet still down to earth! The prices are perfect, the place is always clean, they offer beverages (even wine), and (last but surely not least) my nail tech VAN is the best!! My sisters raved about danny and kelly after their first experience here. I'm very faithful to the places I frequent, so I was happy for them but I wasn't leaving my nail place. This was my first time here. They didn't put the right color. Then the owner offer me to come back and they will fix it. I come back Friday which is today. They did a good work and they use good products. But unfortunately Tracy is really rude and I will not come back. I have never been treat it like this before. I was referred here by my co-worker to get the solar powder nails. When I got there everything seemed to be going well...I went ahead and got a pedicure and then Danny came and told me he was sick and didn't feel well so he was leaving ; I said ok. 10 minutes later a customer comes in and asks to get a overlay and he comes and does her nails for her...? I was fuming so I just let it slide. After my pedicure was done and after I let my feet dry I left and no one even said "thank you have a good day" Very rude staff and I will not be going here again. read more

Great place to get your nails and pedicure. Not like all other places that make you feel uncomfortable everyone is very nice and polite. Kelly is my nail technician, she's very conscious, clean and quick. Try calling or stop by they get busy good work done here. Update: 2 years later I've went back several times with and without an appointment. Most of my appointments something happened to where I have to sit and wait there were times I was there 3 hours always been patient and still tipped. My last two experiences I had an appointment and Kelly had me waiting an hour to tell me another hour later that she had to fix a customer Nails and laughed in my face that one of her other nail technician screwed up after being there 4 hours I was given a free visit but that wasn't good enough I wanted to give the card away but said I'll give them another try. Went back after calling to schedule for Kelly I was to told to come a 9am on a Saturday walk-ins no appointments I'm there for Kelly they called her spoke in their language the whole time I was there to tell me she coming then to say after getting my feet wet to start my pedicure to say she have an appointment at 10am. Kelly is overrated she is good but there's other nail technician all over. I will drive to pearland pay a little more to get my nails done from now on this way everyone is trained to do nails if one tech owner is not available, I'll find someone else. So I'm taking my business elsewhere due to my recent experiences, I referred quite a few people here and they already left for the same reasons as well and was treated unfairly and listening to them speak in their language looking at me, not sure what was being said that's where we get left out. They can be talking about us right in our face and we don't know while they are laughing at the same time. Each time Kelly know I never complained my last experience wasn't the first she always had me there 3 plus hours and thought it was funny, who sit in a nail shop 3 plus hours I would do it just to patronize her establishment each time I waited for her services not worth it after she treated me so unfairly, she's very nice, staff is very nice but not professional and didn't take my times there in consideration. I'm disappointed because I really like her work. This is not to run anyone away this is my personal experience and opinion if you get her she's very good at her workArt and what you pay for, my prayer her business will continually be blessed and she learn how to treat her customers that was and are committed to her establishment, that's how she get new business as well by word of mouth and her returning customers showing off her skills when you lose customers that more new clients you lose. Again, the card was given was after several previous experiences that particular evening I was there from 5:30 an appointment to closing when I couldn't wait, still didn't get my nails done after that wait when Kelly had to redo someone nails on my appointment. The last visit was the last I thought she would make it right since I didn't show up for a while and wanted to give the place another try, needless to say it didn't happen. I seeking a place that will appreciate customers that refer new clients and appreciate patronizing their establishment. I noticed most reviews were 2 years or more including mines.. this update is long overdo just disappointed I had to go here now needing to find another nail tech no one should have to go through this if you conduct your schedule correct if you cannot accommodate your clientele you should train someone that provide the same services and design like you on standby I've experienced other techs there no names.. they don't service the way you do. read more

I get my nails done all the time and I've tried a few places in this area and this one was the best. I got a refill and a pedicure. They had a million different polishes, gels and powder to chose from. I also like that they had GOOD quality polishes (Opi, Essie etc). The lady that did my pedicure was amazing it was perfect she even offered me something to drink, and a warm pillow for my shoulders. The technician that did my nails knew exactly what she was doing and shaped my nails perfectly. The shop was very clean and everyone working was friendly and accommodating. Love this place read more

I've been coming here for several years. This time must have gotten a new girl because it was one of the worst services I've ever gotten. She was very hard on the toes and it was to the point she cut my skin. I noticed blood and when I point it out she just said it was from the buffing of the nail. I have been here on more than one occasion and on all occasions the service was bad. I tried shellac here and it peeled off the NEXT DAy tried to go back but they were closed. Went back and got acrylic done it lifted and chipped after 5 days and the color didnt last. The last time i went i got a pedicure was talked into a manicure with a short thin overlay. That chipped and peeled off as well. For everyone who likes nothing but designs and junk nails and etc this place is deifnitely for you. They do well with that. It was very relaxing. My guy took his time with me and massaged me well even though I walked in at 7:30 (they close at 8PM). The staff are very friendly people and the prices are affordable.
