    Sloppy polish.

Three stars are for affordability, how nice everyone was, and the relaxing nature of the pedicure. However, the polish was just terribly applied. It looks like my little cousin did it. Apologies in advance because toe pics are kinda gross but gotta show receipts. The nail polishes on the wall all look old and crusty, and as the older woman was painting my toes she had to add polish thinner to the bottle- if they buy some new polish, maybe it won't be so difficult to apply and the manicures and pedicures will look like professional jobs. I could have done much better at home and now I have to try to clean it up myself. But everyone is really nice!

I'm highly recommend this place. The lady helped me pick a beautiful color and did amazing job. The best manicure I had in Gainesville.

I Love Queen nails, went back again today and they never disappoint. Henry did a great job removing my old acrylic nails and giving me a pretty pink gel manicure. He always takes his time to make sure he doesn't damage your nails. Can't wait to go back next week to get a pedicure done.

Very satisfied with my shellac mani from today

Let me start by saying my manicurist was awsome. He is one of the owers and really takes his time to clean and prep the nails properly. I got shellac. He was great and my fingernails look great. His daughter did my friends nails and hers turned out just as great. This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for the new girl who made my pedicure experience pretty painful. She cut my cuticles way too close to my actual skin so that the rest of the time all the products she used burned horribly. I would also add that they are very clean. Unlike other places I've been to (looking at you Tammi nails) the equipment and work stations were clean. And my manicurist washed his hands before starting my nails. I will definitely be returning again just asking that this new girl not do my toes.

Light pink shellac with a little glitter; done by Angela.

I recently got married and decided to get pink and white acrylics. Four weeks later I remebered why I dislike acrylics; they destroy your nails. I looked through many reviews and found Queen's Nails. Angela was my tech and she did an amazing job! This is how a nail salon should be, customer centered and customer driven. Angela took her time doing my nails and suggested shellac; a much better option than acrylics. She is very knowledgable about her profession and very friendly. If you want your nails done correctly go here! I will definately go back and bring my friends with me.

I went to Queen nails this weekend based upon the reviews that I have seen on yelp. I had a full set done which cost me $45, and when they were done they looked beautiful. But here I am three days later and four of the nails have already lifted. This is not worth $45. I am sad to say I will not be going back because as far as I'm concerned this is the worst set I have ever had. None have ever lifted as quickly as this set has.

The nails I got done. The gel they use is very expensive and very good. He's careful to make sure he doesn't damage your nails.

Great job. I was from out of town and found this salon on yelp. They are very meticulous, I will return when I get back to Gainesville.

Beware of toe infections and inconsistent pedicures!…read more I went to this salon for the first time last month. I walked in and was sat in a chair immediately. They then proceeded to make me wait for over an hour, even though they said 15-20 minutes for the wait-time. I spent $70 on a pedicure. It was their deluxe spa pedicure, which includes callus removal, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, etc. I also opted for gel polish, so this pedicure was $60 before the tip I left. I never mind paying for something that's worth the cost. I was very happy with the results. The massages were amazing and my toes looked great! Fast forward to 3 days ago when I went back for another pedicure. Despite how long they made me wait the first time, I wanted the same great massage and polish result so I chose to go back. The manager even recognized that I came back and thanked me, even though I had to wait the first time. I only had to wait a few minutes and picked the exact same pedicure as last time; I had a different tech though. He asked if I wanted him to help with my ingrown toenails and I agreed. I understand it's risky, but I trusted him. 3 of my toes are now purple and infected; one of them wasn't even one of the ones with the ingrown...he just clipped the cuticles too much. Also...he didn't do half the things that were done the first time that are listed on their menu and supposed to be done. He barely massaged my legs/feet and didn't do the hot stones at all. Yes, I paid just as much. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Shame on this salon for charging what they do and not delivering consistent service where someone pays for it!!! ESPECIALLY when everything that is supposed to be included is written on the service menu!
