My toenails were not done correctly, the filer that they used was not that strong and I asked twice to correct one toe. The woman doing my nails seems as though she was rushing because she had other guest waiting, which I understand but the work is just not done well. As seen in the image, my toes do not look the same. I came in asking for an extension on my toes because I had to cut them but I actually have to fix these at home. This was overpriced ($72) and I'm not happy with the results. I would not recommend this place. My toes actually look so bad. read more

They did a great job with our dazzle dry nails (kid and I). She got a french manicure and I got one color (ballerina). Dazzle dry is less toxic but it lasts several days. The parking is not the best but there is some street parking. The prices are decent and if you check in with yelp there is a coupon for $35 mani/pedi. I got a gel manicure and color change on my toes. My banged my big toe and broke the nail, I asked if they could put a fake on to match my right foot and they kept telling me it will grow back and that kind of upset me cause just do what I asked or say you don't know how or you don't do it. I could have went somewhere else. Everything else went smoothly, they have lots of colors to pick from. Nice ones too. I had Mandy, no lie she hooked up my manicure. I'm not mad, she shaped then nicely and did a good job on the polish. I will be going back, I like the job they did and it's worth giving them another chance. This is how I went to a business meeting in New York after spending more that $100 on nails. For sure, nothing like a queen. 3 days after the salon the low quality nail extention they gave me fell off and another nail chipped. When I rant to fix it before my trip at 12 they said that they cannot fix it till evening. It was a 10 minutes fix and I could not wait till evening. I had to drive to New York. What a shame. I have such an incredible experience every time I visit this nail salon. The nail techs are incredibly thorough, making sure they do their best to do my nails well and exactly how I want them! Jenny is a god send as she completes a full dip manicure in under an hour and it is FLAWLESS. My last dip manicure lasted around 4 weeks without any flaws other than being grown out! I went here for the first time today and loved it. Jenny did my mani/pedi. I called ahead and they got me right in. When I walked in the door, the 3 girls said hi to me and were very friendly. I had the first appointment at 9:30am and they had just turned the AC on, but it cooled the room very quickly. They had a nice selection of polishes although I did bring my own. I loved the massage she gave me and she did a great job cleaning my nails. Also, the chair was a massage chair. I can't wait to try the Deluxe Pedicure next time! It took her exactly 1hr to do my nails plus about 15mins dry time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back! One of the only places in Waltham that offers Crystal Gel, so I went because my mom wanted to go. I asked if they could do a design, and a woman told me yes. While she was painting my nails, I expressed that I disliked the design. She told me that it was because my nails are too short. It would've been fine if she couldn't have done it, but I would've liked to have been told. I then noticed that the gel they used was super thin after two coats, and I could see through it. All for $30! The gel manicure was the most meticulous and well done I've ever had. Lynn took extreme care. It took longer than most manicures but the results were worth it. A friend and I went here for our first-ever pedicures. Cleanliness was important to us & this place seemed extremely clean - the stylists wore gloves and masks, and all the surfaces were clean. They were courteous & polite, took their time & did a good job. Nice environment with comfy massaging chairs too. Only criticism we would give is that they left us alone a little too long at the drying stage - the dryer turned off, we sat there for a while unsure what to do (we had told them it was our 1st time), and eventually they told us to put the dryer back on for another cycle. Again when that ended they weren't really checking up on us. So just a little more attention to the end of the process and this would be worth five stars. $25.00 for the pedicure, easy parking in public lot around the corner. read more

Walked in here randomly yesterday. Small place but they sat me for a mani/pedi right away. The owner here is so sweet and nice, and really pays attention to her customers... I heard her asking about peoples kids and she wished all the mom's a Happy Mothers Day as they left. They spend a long time on the pedicure with the scrubbing and massaging - other places always rush through that. The manicure was just as good. They keep up with their competition with the same price of $35 for both. I don't live in Waltham, but I would make the trip for this place. Although this place was very clean, and the people that work there were very kind (and talkative, which I appreciate), I felt the work they did wasn't great - I have polish all over my fingers, and the polish was put on very thick - and I changed hands 3 times... all for a pedicure and manicure. I prefer to have just one person helping me. I'm not vastly disappointed, my nails look nice but I'd rather drive out to Arlington to my old salon before returning here. DO NOT COME HERE. First off the lady told me she can't do my nails long because they will break fast and doesn't want me to come back complaining, then charged me $70 for short nails and they broke 3 days later. Did not file correctly. (I could obviously tell when I took the rest of the acrylics off). She also basically had me deal with the burning pain of gel in the drying light. Which hurt very bad for couples seconds. This was the worst nail experience ever, please don't support this business at all. read more

The owners/staff were very nice and friendly. My manicure seemed to be done very well and they paid a lot attention to detail but the polish was so goopy that it chipped off the next day. I was very disappointed especially since they are the most expensive on Main in Waltham. For less money go somewhere better down the street.
