We stopped by to try the restaurant after an event. Plenty of parking but the front entrance was a bit confusing. The waitress was really nice. Let us substitute lo mein. The food was good. Kinda of bland ish. A very huge space.

I've been coming to Quan's kitchen in Hanover since it opened. (I live almost an hour away) The owner served my family and explained his business concept. More authentic food, less breading than his competitors, and good service. I have never been disappointed here.

This place is usually pretty good. I got the ginger scallion chicken with hoisin and I didn't taste the ginger or hoisin. The chicken was so soft that I didn't really need a knife. The service was great as usual and they have plenty of seating for everyone. Good Asian spot

Food is always fresh and delicious. Not greasy or heavy like more traditional take out places. Friendly staff, too.

No flavor in the chicken fried rice even after adding salt and soy sauce...Peking ravioli was tasteless as well.

They have some good draft beer options, but it could be colder. We tried the Korean wings for an appetizer and shared the plate between the five of us. The bread service is excellent with crusty type bread and it's served with green oil and yellow olive oil and cheese dipping sauce, a must-try. So far i have always gone with the chili seared yellow noodles either with chicken, shrimp or just noodles and it is spicy as it has some red peppers in it but it is excellent, served with chop sticks if you prefer to use them. I would not recommend the salads there, my wife hasn't been happy with them compared to other restaurant offerings. Reservations are recommended and watch the hours because they close after lunch at 3pm and re-open for dinner at 5pm. The menu is varied but I am always laser-focused on the yellow noodles for good reason. Service has been good and attentive.

When the menu changes we tend to get excited about trying new things but often the changes just are not that big. Would love to have a sandwich or two added for those nights when we just aren't that hungry. Perhaps a bar menu with some limited lighter fare selections would suffice. Talented kitchen staff are certainly capable of offering some special dishes some evenings. Still giving Square very high ratings for food, staff, and ambiance.

The place is order at the counter and online with table seating inside and smaller table seating outside. The food menu offerings include pizza, calzones, salads, subs, paninis, pasta, burgers, sushi, poke bowls, fries, onion rings, fried calamari, chicken dumplings, meatballs, wings, chicken fingers, street tacos, mozzarella sticks, kids menu, cooler drinks (Coke & Pepsi), and baklava. The pricing seems pretty reasonable. Before going inside, I checked out their online ordering platforms, Toast (in-store menu prices) and DoorDash (higher prices/a few deals). I almost ordered the Haven roll on DD (BOGO), but I decided instead to order on Toast. I ordered the Baked Poblano Peppers ($9 plus tax) and the Bolognese ($14 plus tax) served with garlic bread. The estimated order time on Toast was 15 minutes, but my order was ready & packed in 25 minutes since my items required more prep time. I actually enjoyed some of my hot food at an outside table despite the wind. The portions were generous. The 2 baked stuffed poblano peppers with stuffed with a sweet ricotta & sausage mix with spinach and smothered in a savory tomato sauce, sort of like lasagna, but with peppers instead of noodles. The Bolognese was packed heavy into a foil container with pappardelle noodles, slow cooked meat, carrots, celery, herbs, in a rich creamy tomato sauce. The hot baked garlic bread was buttery. I repacked my food when I enjoyed enough and enjoyed the rest of the food the next evening.

I went with a friend for lunch yesterday (Thursday), and after trying pretty much all of the major restaurants in the Hingham/JNorwell/Cohasset area, this restaurant was clearly at the top of my list. We were served the Wagyu Beef Sliders and the Bacon & Carmelized Onion Arancini for appetizers, and the Pulitzer Short Rib Burger and Norwell Hot Chicken Sandwich for entrees. I say that we were "served" those things because we actually ordered the Bavarian Pretzels and not the Wagyu Beef Sliders, but because the sliders were so delicious, we figured that we'll try the pretzels on the next go around. All four of our dishes were absolutely fantastic. The sliders and arancini were absolutely top-notch. I've had so many average arancini that I forgot what it's like when cooked at a high-level. It's as good as any I've had anywhere. And the Pulitzer Burger is now my favorite burger ever. Just the right amount of char on the outside with the inside a perfect medium. The chicken was moist with fantastic seasoning. The unexpected surprise were the fries. The fries here are outstanding. And they achieve something that I've never seen anywhere else: their fries are "pillowy". They are crispy on the outside, but the inside is remarkably moist and fluffy. I'd have to categorize these as steak fries, but steak fries are usually a bit denser. Service was terrific, and the decor of the place is not "dated", as another reviewer commented. The place was clearly built to give off a classic and intimate vibe. I didn't try any of the fish offerings this time, but I plan on returning and checking them out. It blows my mind that I never heard of this place until a few days ago.

Unfortunately, the service felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. Our waitress was responsive when she was at the table, but she tended to disappear for long periods of time. As for the food, it was honestly just average. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and I'm sad to report it was a disappointment. The hollandaise was cold, the eggs were over-poached, the English muffin only was toasted on one side and the hash browns lacked flavor. Even the coffee I ordered with my meal arrived lukewarm. Surprisingly, the best part of the experience was the Bloody Mary I had at the start of the meal. Maybe the the food would be better during lunch or dinner service. I might give them another try in the future and hope for a better experience.

The restaurant has plenty of other locations as well. We chose this location because we frequent the Showcase Cinema here almost weekly. To find a restaurant that has good food and great service makes our life that much easier especially when its located in the same mall as your movie. They also offer a great gluten-free menu. The weekends are always busy here. We came here aroundf 430 since we were seeing a 6pm film. We sat at the bar along with a few other couples. We had a friendly bartender approach us right away asking what we wanted to drink. I had one of their signature dirty martinis and my hubby had a beer. They make great dirty martinis! We then shared their Evviva salad which was just ok this time and their Buff Chicken Pizza. The pizza was delish and came out nice and hot. Since we couldn't resist a dessert we opted for their Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake. Boy, was it everything I had hoped for and more. Down to the very last bite! So grab your partner and head down to Evviva Trattoria for dinner and a movie. One thing to order is their house-made potato chips with 2 dips. Since we had to scurry off to the movie we got these to go and ate them the next day. WOW, they are highly addictive. Trust me when I say this, You need to try them! Cheers to happy eating~
