I don't write reviews at all really, but This was the best service I've ever received. Shang was such a huge help and really showed me some mercy by not charging me for a mistake I made. A little backstory, I ended up bringing my computer in to get it repaired because my cable management was trash and my CPU was overheating to the point that my computer would reboot. He was very accommodating and fixed the issue in a matter of a few hours. I take the computer home, play some games, get worried about my temperatures, and then have the bright idea to try and undervolt my CPU based on a few YouTube videos. My CPU ends up hitting those high temperatures and starts rebooting again. After wracking my brain all night and trying to fix it, I brought the computer back. Shang was very gracious and fixed it in a little over an hour and didn't charge me a dime! If you have any repair needs, this should be your go-to place! Don't look anywhere else! read more

We have been coming to Quality Plus Computers for a number of years. They do outstanding work, quickly and honestly. We appreciate Peter and his staff for helping us with our computer needs. This week my MacBook Pro decided to die. I had not backed up my computer for over a year and really needed some files from this dead computer. I had first taken it to the Apple Store and was informed they could not help with data recovery. Fortunately for us we have Quality Plus Computer in our community. Peter and his staff were able to obtain the information for my dead computer and put it on a removable hard drive. They are also able to replace the broken parts on the dead MacBook and will have it back to me sooner than the Apple Store. Came in here yesterday morning about 1030 am with my brand new gaming rig. NZXT 2070 super and an amd 3700x. I built it on friday but couldn't get passed the BIOS because I didnt have WINDOWS10. So i brought my rig to these guys and they completely finished my build and did some cable management. You guys dont know happy I was! The customer service here is unbeatable. This place is a miracle. My computer broke two places said that it was beyond repair one gave me a pamphlet that told me to basically try to get the data off it. My husband took my computer and brought it over to this amazing place. They not only got the data off my computer they put it in another machine exactly how I had it so I didn't have to spend hours recreating my computer. They were so nice, so reasonable, the owner spent tons of time with me. I am only sorry I wasted my time and went anywhere else. This place will work with you, they offer solutions, they are honest. Wow! Thank you, Quality Plus, for taking care of my computer yesterday! I waited a little too long to get a new computer, thinking my old one could hang one justtt a little bit longer.... but on a Monday morning, my laptop wouldn't turn on anymore. I was able to walk-in and drop off my laptop and in a few hours, Miguel & the team were able to restore my hard drive and retrieve all my data and work documents. I burn through a lot of computers between home, work, and a family of 6 and have tried other repair shops but nobody has ever shown more "Honest, High Quality, Fast Turn Around and Reliability" than Quality Plus Computer! Being a Christian-owned company is a plus for me but they don't just say it, they show it in their work. On more than one occasion have I gone in thinking something specific was wrong and ready to pay $$$ but they corrected me and showed I either didn't need it or nothing close to what I was expecting to spend and with my machines being high ticket MSI systems, I really don't care about the money as much as getting back to work! That hooked me as a loyal customer and have been bringing not just my computers but all my family computers to them sense. After working with them for years, why only now leave a review? I was just getting ready to go buy a computer and it dawned on me that they build customized computers as well and I know they won't gouge me and I'll still get everything I want in the PC so tomorrow I'll be heading over! "When you're trying to fulfill you're 2020 resolution and the junk food fairy decide to interfere...." Okay, so I was working from home and I had my green smoothie sitting right next to my MacBook... My MacBook got a healthier start by drinking my smoothie.. okay, well I accidentally knocked my smoothie and it spilled all over my keyboard & by the closure. I just took a fat L!! that was my breakfast and lunch *ugly crying inside* I tried not to freak out.. I called this spot and told them my issue. He said to bring it in ASAP. My MacBook keyboard light isn't as bright as before but I'm glad my MacBook turns on! Speakers, cursor pad, and keyboard works! I called over the phone for a quote on a keyboard repair for the Macbook 2017 pro (butterfly keyboard). One of the keys had become detached from the board and I called for a quote on it. The technician told me it was a relatively simple fix and gave me a solution that was much cheaper than bringing it in. Found my yelp account that I thought was inactive so thought I would leave a well deserved review! I brought my custom computer in because it had crashed suddenly and I didn't know what was wrong. Was greeted by Mike and Peter who initially said that the problem was the SSD drive and offered to fix it and upgrade, I agreed and picked it up the next week. Here is how they went above and beyond though, they called me back and said that the issue was the ram and not the hard drive, and replaced the ram for me, but told me I didn't have to upgrade my ssd to an m.2 if I did not want to. I decided not to because my files are all on my SSD. They could have easily charged me for the M.2 but they didn't, this goes to show you that they just want to help solve your problems.
