As a tourist about 35 mins away in Teaneck debated between this and another pizza place in this area. Kinda pricey but ordering online saves 20% so gave it a go on the whole pie of vodka pizza. Order said about 30 mins so it was perfect to drive down on time. Didn't realize this is a busy area but luckily found a street parking spot nearby and sent wife to go pick up:) Drove few blocks to the water front area to street park and dig into the fresh pizza. Looked fantastic but did not taste much vodka sauce at all. The cheese and dough was a bit bland so wished both ingredients could use a bit more salt. As I finished the first slice, I came to conclude that the pizza here was namesake, pure "quality". The mozzarella must be something special, not some generic salty thing off the shelf. Really enjoyed it even wishing it had a bit more salt to it to make it better. Ended up eating half the crust of the 2nd slice with all the cheese. Then ate the 3rd slice peeling off the cheese topping and leaving most of the crust behind to make it more savory. It did not have the full flavored taste of Brothers pizza that I love, but that works due to my cheap taste buds lol. Here, its a higher end pizza that seems to use very high quality mozzarella. With the less salty but superb quality mozzarella, perhaps the correct pizza to get here should have some salty toppings like pepperoni. I think a pepperoni might be amazing, getting the saltiness from pepperoni to add flavor to the high quality mozzarella.

Thank goodness for late night pizza. When you're bar crawling in Hoboken on Washington Street and start to feel the hunger kick in after 1AM, the last thing you want to worry about is finding food. Quality Pizza is conveniently open until 4AM on Friday and Saturday nights. As soon as we walked in, we could smell the aroma of fresh pizza pies. They offer your classic favorites like plain cheese and pepperoni, as well as specialty types like buffalo chicken and baked ziti. You can buy them by the slice or by pie (round or square). They also have options for personal pies. There's a decent amount of booths for indoor seating as well as tables and chairs for outdoor seating. The interior is nothing fancy; it's your typical pizza parlor vibe. We ordered one Spicy Pepperoni square slice, one Margherita square slice, and one Margherita regular slice (round pie). The employees warmed up our pizza and we got them within a few minutes. It's close to $5-$6 for each slice, which is steep in my opinion. You save 10% when you pay in cash. Our total for 3 slices and a bottled water was a little over $20. I could get a whole pie for that price. The Spicy Pepperoni slice was actually spicy, so I was happy about that. But there was way too much dough for me and it was overly crispy. The sauce and cheese were a bit bland and I definitely needed more of both. My +1 enjoyed the Margherita slices - the sauce, cheese, and fresh basil were all standard, but the crust was too bready. So the pizza was good, but nothing exceptionally great or memorable. It doesn't stand out from any other spots. The price point is what keeps me from returning here. It's just a convenient spot in the area due to the late night hours.

My companions and I needed a late night slice of pizza on a Saturday night in Hoboken. Quality Pizza to the rescue. First time visit and will return. The pizza slices were fast, hot, garlicky, and crunchy on the bottom. The pepperoni was, indeed, spicy. We all enjoyed our slices. Only negative is the price for the size of the slice -- almost $18 for 3 slices and we we were all still a bit hungry an hour later. I can usually get an entire pizza for that amount. It's a pizza joint, so not much in the way of service or ambiance, but that's not why you go. I will say that orders were taken quickly (they were adequately staffed, even at 9 pm) and pizza was heated and provided quickly for eat-in or takeout. Street parking only. Some indoor and outdoor seating available. Would go again, but will check out others in the area, too

$7 for two slices and a soda. You can't beat that in Hoboken these days. The pizza is really cheesy, crunchy crust and nice sweet sauce.

I am beyond ecstatic that I can now find amazing pizza here in Hoboken NJ on the other side of the river. They've perfected it - clean, welcoming, lots of deals and friendly service :-) Definitely come check them out. I especially recommend the spicy Roni! Garlic bread and vodka pizza are another favorite! They even have TVs in the back and a large space for parties. Open till 4 AM on the weekends for the late night crowd and 1 AM weekdays. Sam is incredible and has all things! Highly recommend you stop in and try them a wonderful addition to the Hoboken community.!!

Best pizza we've ever had!! The grandma and the mushroom slices are to die for everything here is amazing and homemade!!the people here are super kind also!! The Ambiance is super chill and relaxing

We stopped in for a quick slice of pizza around lunch time. The service was extremely fast and the employees were very nice! You also received a discount if you used cash, which was a nice perk! I had one margarita slice and it was very good! The sauce had great flavor and the basil was very fresh. I would definitely come back in to try other slices here!

Ordered the spicy pep square pie for pickup Friday night via the Slice app. I like that the app had 20 off and no fees, since their prices are kinda high as is. The inside of the place is like any other casual pizza joint - nothing special and no reason to dine in. The pizza was pretty good. There was a ton of pepperoni and the right amount of sauce to balance out the thicker crust. We were fans and would be down to try another pie from them again.

The space was not large, but they really made the most of it, offering a decent number of tables with reasonable space between them. My friend and I were quickly seated and immediately greeted by a charming server that opened our bottle of wine (it's BYO) and offered us still or sparkling water. I had read in other reviews that you had to pay for water, so I was not surprised by the $6 bottle of Saratoga that wound up on our bill. In addition to our engaging server and the happening atmosphere, the food was similarly incredible. We decided to order a load of things to share, so that we could try a greater variety. We started with two appetizers that were seasonal Spring additions to the menu. The Hamachi Crudo included five thickly-sliced, tender pieces of Japanese yellowtail sitting in a broth of rhubarb aguachile and topped with white strawberries and basil seeds. It was an unique blend that we would not have expected to work, but boy was it delicious! The sweet toppings infused a load of flavor into an otherwise mild fish. We also enjoyed the Fava-mole, a creamy puree of fava beans studded with balls of hand-pulled mozzarella and pea tendrils, all drizzled with zesty ramp oil. I had not been sure what to expect from the dish, but it offered fresh, bright garden flavors. We also decided to share a pasta course and an entree. The Fettuccini was tossed with spring truffles and maitakes in a light, yet heavily aromatic, wild mushroom cream sauce. It was one of the best dishes I had had in quite some time. Then, as we were waiting on our seafood entree, we received a second pasta, courtesy of the Chef. I had mentioned that I had heard rave reviews about Flour from a server at Heirloom Kitchen, a top NJ restaurant. Apparently, our waiter had let the Chef know about that glowing praise, and the kitchen further verified that positivity with the generous gesture. In fact, they wound up sending out the Linguine with white clam sauce, razor clams, and wild ramps, the other dish about which I had been most curious anyway. Well, it was another winner! It was garlicky, herbaceous, and rich with flavors of the sea. Speaking of seafood, we next received the Branzino 'Bahn mi', a perfectly cooked piece of Mediterranean sea bass with Vietnamese sausage and pickled vegetables. The branzino's crispy skin and flaky, moist interior were excellent, and we loved all of the other smoky and briny flavors on the plate. After all of that excellent food, we would have loved to try one of their appealing desserts, but we were just too full. Between the ambiance, welcoming vibe, and delicious cuisine, our Flour experience was simply divine! It has now became one of my favorite restaurants in the area, and I cannot wait to try their pizza at some point as well.

Although we came at presumably off peak (5:30), the service and attention to detail was a miss. I can't imagine how much more it could fall off during peak hours. In terms of the dishes, great execution. The toast and spicy-ish salad were great. Just wish the salad had a bit more of a punch or zing to meet the name. The pasta dishes were pretty great as well. I recommend the Mexican street corn as well as the mushroom linguine dish. The mafaldine missed the mark and needed a bit more citrus and a bit more peppercorn. The dessert was okay. Tasted more like corn bread than olive oil cake. The olive oil used seemed to not be earthy or robust enough to punch through. Overall, worth a try. May have been an off day, but I'd still be picky on what dishes make sense to actually try.
