I hire Quality Movers based on the reviews from Yelp. I spoke with Jason, explained to him, twice, exactly what I needed to have done. It was a littled more complexed more and I wanted him to be certain what I needed.t Jason understood they had 4 to 5 hour window to move a 2 bedroom street level apartment to a storage bin that was roughly 15- 20 mins away. Then take a dresser, my office desk with a few boxes to Bowie. He agreed to do it. First, he did not show up on time, I had to call him to find out where he was. He is just starting out in business, to he has to pick up a uhaul truck. This particular morning, he was late for what ever reason which puts us behind schedule. Again, I remind him I needed him to be finished by a certain time. Finally he arrives with a truck that was too small. Instead of using the hand truck, to help him move the boxes, he and the partner move boxes one by one. They threw my furniture and boxes in the truck where my dresser was damaged. My boxes were damaged. Two hours later, I reminded Jason, I needed them to be finished NLT 1:00pm, he becomes frustrated and now he's trying to figure out what was important to take right now. i mentioned, he would have to come back to finish. Finally, we're heading to my storage bin, only to spend another 40 mins unloading the truck to get my dresser and desk with boxes to put on a pick up truck to take to Bowie. Please keep in mind, the uhaul truck is not being unloaded at this time to put the furniture in the storage bin. As we are on 495, I drop back behind the pick up truck to see that my desk is falling off the back of the truck. I called them to let them know that my desk is falling off and the legs are missing. Jason becomes arguementative when we arrive to Bowie, when I question the way they handled my furniture. Jason nd his team return to the storage bin before I do, I waited for over 1.5 hours.before I returned only to find, they still have not unloaded the truck. Jason and I are in a full on arguement. He is blaming me for him not being prepared for this move. Now, I because Jason never completed the job, I'm back hiring another movie company to get this right. Not until I informed Jason that I was going to contact the State of Maryland did he wasnt to help. Never received an actually confirmation until I told him I contacted the state and contacted the BBB. Afterwards, he continues to text me trying to make me feel bad about what i decided to do. I contacted Quality Movers when i was comparing prices. I spoke with Jason and he explained their rates and went over the rate with me in fine detail. I wasn't sure which day exactly we were moving so I was unsure of the date but knew definately I was going with Quality Movers because of the time they gave me and were just so professional over the phone.  I ended up getting busy in my schedule and forgot to contact them to schedule my move day. I however took my risk and called them at 9:30pm the night before I needed my move.  Greatly apologized to Jason several times and was hoping they had availability with such short notice. They checked their schedule and were able to get me in for the next day! Jason and his crew were at my location a little before the initial start time and were ready to start loading up the truck. Everything went extremely smooth. The guys worked great together, got all of my furniture and big items wrapped and protected and into the truck successfully. Arrived at my new home and the guys were eager yet again to start the offload.  These guys were on it! Had everything successfully offloaded and reassembled in my home in a very well time frame. I would definately hire again in any move I may have and will most certainly refer out to friends I know looking to move to use Quality Movers as their professional movers. I called Jason this morning when my other moving company didn't show. I was in a panic trying to find someone such short notice, but not pay much more than I had planned. I explained to him my situation and what happened and he insured me everything would work out and insured me he could be at my location within an hour to do my move. I was estatic that Jason was able to fit me in his schedule for today beings it was 9am in the morning and usually moves arent last minute decisions! Jason was knocking at my door 45 minutes after our conversation and his crew was ready to work. The guys came into my home looked at the items that were going to be moved got a plan within seconds and working just like that! Great teamwork and communication. I spoke with Jason and he insured me once again that everything would be able to be moved and this was nothing his crew couldn't handle. I have some pretty huge/old furniture pieces. The guys worked together and got all my items covered, wrapped, and carefully down the flight of stairs successfully. The guys successfully moved my items in a 3 hour time frame successfully!!! His rates was unbeatable and I actually ended up saving a little! I would definitely recommend Quality Movers to ANYONE who is looking to move or knows anyone needing moving services. Jason the owner is a terrible businessman he hired some guys off the street was two hours late pulled up with a uhaul I should have known right there he was full of it. They dragged they feet do not have no insurance and are not bonded they broke two TVs, two lamps, my $2500 dining room table, a gaming chair claims to pay for it and now is refusing to pick up the phone completely unprofessional along with his partner brandy who I gave away versions items to put of the kindness of my heart bringing they are now under fraud investigation after i tried to be civil now we are taking the legal route DO NOT be scammed by this man because a real company has insurance and does contracts I wish he did not scam my sister and com her with his cunning talk they have people that have no experience in moving and one guy told me he just came home from jail completely upset with this service and level of "Professionalism" read more

One thing I would like to say is that even though i had a few cut on my bed frame and dresser I really love the hospitality that they brought me. At First I thought they took one of my boxes because I didn't see my hangers at all lol. well after me going on a rage I had to apologize because i found the hangers smh i feel so bad because they set my furniture back up and he drove my uhual down to my location because I didn't have a tow dolly. so I would definitely recommend again. i pray and hope they can forgive me for my ignorance. read more

My mom was looking for someone with a reasonable price to come dispose of our old bedroom sets and assemble our new sets. We contacted Quality Movers not expecting them to be able to schedule in as fast as they were able to. Fortunately they were able to work us in their schedule and get us next day service. Which was fantastic! They came out had us show them exactly what was to be disposed of and then assembled our new furniture quickly. I called Jason the day of my move as I was unable to find anyone to help me move. He was able to be at my location within an hour and loaded my apartment within an hour and a half and moved me locally and had the entire job done within 3 hours. His team moved at an incredible pace and was very careful with my items. He has great prices along with a fast response and great service. Quality movers was very respectful and helped us so much!! Very nice people, very caring. We had the stuff that needed packed, packed and they placed my belongings in the truck very carefully so that things would not get damaged or shift while driving. We were very happy with Quality Movers. Used them twice. Once in May to move from our house in Gaithersburg to an apartment in Cadence at Crown. And again in September when we moved from our apartment to South Carolina. We rented a truck to drive down there but decided we would have Jason move our things from our 4th floor apt to the truck and pack it properly for our 9 hour journey. We had no damage. He did a great job in both moves, as did his helpers. read more

I had contacted Jason looking for help moving one item. A very large and heavy item. I explained i had just bought it and was flexible with timing as i realize you cant always call same day for scheduling. However Jason was able to help tremendously and get the job done same day. It was just a small job - furniture from one apartment into another. But I am so happy I have found the company! I got the first quote just within 2 hours! And the price was more than fair! The office team was very flexible as we attempted to close on our new house by accommodating us with a variety of dates and times. Quality Movers were great. They showed up on time and were ready to work as soon as they arrived. They also were able to move everything I needed them to in one trip and it took about two hours.
