I strongly recommend this company. They were very responsive to my initial inquiries and gave me a fair price that worked on my schedule. I have a newborn baby and they came wearing masks, which is something important to me. In addition, it was raining heavily and they offered to remove their shoes, which I gladly took them up on since I have hardwood floors. I had a bed with headboard, mattress, and box spring and a dresser removed. I disassembled the bed to make it easier for them to transport and not waste time. These guys were amazing. First, they quoted me a great price but then after I found a lower quote, they came down to an even a lower rate. Not all places will do that and I wouldn't have been mad if they didn't. However, they did and it shows how much they are willing to have great customer service. They showed up on time, got right to work, and had everything moved out and on the trailer (it required multiple trips on the trailer). I had much more than the pictures even show. They were friendly, prompt, careful (wore masks and properly social distanced), and everything. I will refer them to anyone who needs this work and will sing their praises. Daryl and a helper arrived Friday on time, was very diligent with verifying what he was hauling as to not take something he shouldn't have, and was done very quickly. We had an EXTREMELY positive experience with Loony's. They gave us a very fair quote for building waste/garbage removal, then arrived the next day right on schedule. The guys came wearing protective gear, were super nice and incredibly helpful figuring out how to sort out the huge mess we had accumulated from our basement renovation. They were supposed to start at 10 AM and I called them at 12 PM and they did not get there until 3 PM, stating I never confirmed which is untrue. They did not have a moving truck as promised and used trucks and SUV's to move a 3 bedroom house and they did not finish until 3 AM. They came back the next day and were paid to put furniture together and had my sleep number machine which never should have happened. They damaged my brand new cherry bedroom furniture and it took 2 months for them to finally come out after going back and forth and them not showing up 2 times. They did some patching finally but never responded to the follow up to touch up my furniture that was promised. I moved at the end of February 2021 and it is now September 2021 and I have messaged them 4 times in the last 6 weeks to complete the repairs. I had to hire someone to fix my furniture as all my trust in them was gone. Very disappointed in their services. They just don't show, make excuses and have poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone, it is nothing but a nightmare. read more
