Let's get straight to the point, the ordering isn't straight forward and it doesn't accept Apple Pay, okay stop your whining and being a little girl/boy. Their establishment/their rules get over it lol. Just pay with card. Vegetarian Thanksgiving anyone?! Uber Eats had a buy one, get one on Quality Greens apps. Being indecisive, I ordered one of each (except for the lemon broccoli). I'll try that next time. Kale Caesar -10/10 Roasted Sweet Potatoes - 10/10 Maple - Sriracha Brussels Sprouts - 10/10 Moroccan Beets - 9/10 3 bean ceviche - 9/10 Mac & cheese - 8/10 Each dish was seasoned well and unique. Nothing was overall salty or undercooked. This is slow cooking at its best. The roasted sweet potatoes (GF V) were blossoming with sweetness. Although they may look a bit shabby on the outside, I ate an entire side of this in one sitting. It's clearly addictive. The Simple Caesar (GF) is a kale salad modestly dressed and dripping with Parmesan flavor. The added Parmesan crisps and a crunchy texture to this which will also have you eating a full side in one sitting. This is so good! Moroccan Beets (V GF) - As this these are marinated in Ras el hanut, I was expecting these to be slightly more spicy, but the sweetness of the beets mixed well with the holiday spices. This really helped take the heat away from the Maple-Sriracha Brussels Sprouts (V GF). These Brussels Sprouts are spicier than expected but that really wake up the roasted Brussels sprout flavor. I think this is one of the more inventive flavor combinations I've had in some time. The Three Bean Ceviche (V GF) was fresh and reminded me of a dish I often make at home. The raw tomatoes, onions, and cilantro shine through the lime vinaigrette. I'd add more green onions and probably some chili lime zest to make this perfect. The Macaroni & Cheese was my least favorite item. It's creamy and filling, but I'd recommend including some paprika or black pepper to make it exciting. What a great experience with their catering services! Used them for a business lunch and everyone was super impressed, as was I. Delivery was timely, presentation was beautiful, but most importantly, you can see and taste the quality in the food! Ordered beef, chicken, kale salad, macaroni and cheese, brown rice, brussels, and sweet potatoes. Everything was vibrant! And delicious. My favorite were the Brussels sprouts... I'm not sure what velvety sauce that they used, but they were roasted to perfection and full of flavor. I could eat that alone. The kale salad Caesar had a very strong apple cider vinegar taste and was not good at all which is sad because most kale salads are at least decent. It also tastes nothing like a Caesar at all. I couldn't eat the kale salad past one bite. The mac n cheese was creamy and had decent flavor so this was the best part of the meal. The maple sriracha Brussels sprouts fell short and weren't crispy and caramelized like you would expect them to be. The flavor was good but they were soggy. Owner Steve kept making excuses and blaming Uber Eats, when it's his fault for hiring incompetent staff. I absolutely adore Quality Greens, and wish there was one closer to me in Weehawken, because I would eat here twice a week. The concept for the restaurant is very unique. It's a fast-casual, lunch line style experience (think Chipotle or Cava) but what separates this from the competition is the food. Their slogan is 'fast fine dining,' and honestly, Quality Greens lives up to that. The food is delicious and healthy. It's definitely on the more expensive side, but you are paying for homecooked food. In fact, you can go in and see that there are actual people in the kitchen grilling the steak, mixing the mac and cheese, etc. The Chef's Plates are my favorite. I usually skip the greens and grains and opt for an entrée with just two sides. The menu is seasonal, so the sides do swap out from time to time. My favorites (the available) are the mac and cheese, the carrot fries (which are really more like roasted carrots, but they are still excellent), and the braised kale. For proteins, the steak and (believe it or not) the salmon are excellent. The chicken is actually a little bland to me, but that is my personal preference. I always order extra sides so I have some leftovers for the week. Every time I have a doctor's appointment, I pop in to QG for dinner. Never been disappointed! Just for the record - I always pick up here, so I can't really say anything about the delivery. read more

Finally had a chance to check out this new Hoboken spot. Quality Greens Kitchen offers lunch and dinner, from salads to full meal plates. The restaurant is very large with lofted ceilings. There are about 30 tables comfortably spaced. Seriously, they could have squeezed in another twenty tables, so if you go on the off hours, it's about as relaxed a casual dining set up as you'll get. It's a cafeteria line set up and you can see everything going on in the kitchen. The offerings are basically two categories. First, salads that start at $7 with a wide variety of included toppings and extra-cost options. The other, a Chef's Plate consisting of a protein, rice or quinoa, and two sides and starts at $11.50. I went for the Chef's plate with salmon ($13.50), brown rice, brussel sprouts, and mac&cheese (I know, cheater!). The salmon was a modest portion, about 1/4 lb, skin-on filet that was cooked nicely. I'm glad I got the tztaziki on the side because I didn't care for it. The brussel sprouts were excellent, roasted and charred with a splash of sweet and spice. The mac & cheese was good but needed a little salt and pepper to pick it up. The brown rice was cooked perfect. The lemon juice soda for $2.50, well, I know it's a healthy place, but honestly a Diet Coke would have been just fine. About $17 for everything.
