The service was excellent, I love hot sauce or adding a little spice to my food and they forgot to provide me with the chili sauce and I asked for it kindly. They were so apologetic about the sauce. When I went there wasn't too many people but there was space for people to sit down and eat their food. The restaurant was clean. I also bought a strawberry Guava lemonade and it was so refreshing. The food size can be smaller than expected if you get noodles without meat or tofu. It is more like a takeout carton. With meat and tofu, it is a decent size and tasty too. Solid quick service spot serving noodle stir fries and salads. I opted for their popular sesame garlic noodle stir fry, that came with beef, mushrooms, broccoli, and a sesame garlic sauce. I thought every ingredient tasted fresh and not too oily or salty, but still had a good amount of umami, including the vegetables which were nicely seared and had good wok flavor. The noodles were a great Al Dente texture and maintained a nice bite, not soggy or overcooked which was my fear seeing how saucy they were. I would've liked it more if the noodles were more browned and fried into the sauce, but at least they were not soggy. For $14 the portion size is the only thing lacking, it is certainly only enough for one small meal/one person, I just wish I got a bit more as it was tasty, but can't complain about that too much. overall, great experience--food came out quickly, basic flavors that are hard to mess up so it tasted great, they had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and it seems they have a good point reward system. For the creat your own salad, I chose curly kale, spring mix, spinach, and arugula as my base. You have to order on their touch screen and a very helpful employee showed us how to personalize our orders. The food was fresh and well prepared and presented. I've been introduced to honeygrow by patronizing the Philly locations. And when I was in the north jersey area, I was extremely excited to find out the chain was also there! While in the area I've gone to this honey grow tons of times and I've gone even more since the pandemic started. This Hoboken location is right smack in the middle of the hot spot location in Hoboken and finding parking is nearly impossible. But since the pandemic, ordering to go makes life really easy. I've ordered on the app, received a text with the estimated completion time, arrived 15 min later and texted CURBSIDE, and they bring the food to my car fully masked. While I've tried all the sauces and fixings, my go to is the coconut curry with shrimp and rice noodles. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Prior to the pandemic I lost my wallet and this was one of the places I stopped and they were helpful in trying to help me recover it by reviewing their cameras and following up. read more

The dressing is super flavorful! I like that they label all of their ingredients that are vegan and gluten free, it's very helpful. In addition, we ordered via Uber eats during lunch time and it was delivered in under an hour (with our correct order). The not so good: Like other reviews mention, it's a little pricey especially in terms of their portion sizes. My fiancé's stir fry with double protein came out to be $22 which even with an extra protein side seems steep. Ordering via the app, I started with the Fruit & Granola option and swapped out a few things based on my preferences (hello chocolate chips - goodbye coconut!). For instance amounts are somewhat small for the price, especially with CYO salads and they would forget ingredients or entire items from the order. Tonight I ordered through DoorDash. The DashPass special ("garlic bread" stir fry which is whole wheat noodles, edamame, pineapple, chicken, garlic butter sauce, chili flakes) had only 2 pieces of pineapple, very little chicken, was very greasy but still did not taste like a garlic butter sauce at all. I had to add garlic myself to give it some flavor. Very bland. Paleo Salad (spinach, berries, walnuts, chicken) was fine, can't really mess up much if you have good ingredients, though the chicken tasted meh. I honestly think Honeygrow makes the best salads in Hoboken. Huge portion. A TON of ingredient options. Everything is fresh. Pretty affordable. I've always gone in and placed my order on the big touch screens and it's ready in like 15 minutes tops. My last order was during COVID so I placed my order via Yelp and opted for Curbside Pickup. I received a message saying that I'd get a text when my order was ready. Great in theory but after waiting outside for quite some time, I never got a message and ended up going in the store to check. My order was waiting on the table. Not the end of the world and I'll still 100% come back next time I want a delicious salad but still a little annoying. I usually go for the "Create Your Own" but they have some really great precrafted options, my favorite being the Make it Grain. (I'm just a sucker for roasted beets).
