Like the frozen store bought dumplings... not good

I was excited for the dumplings cause the photo reviews looked like the real, thick good kind but super disappointed cause they are completely different like the frozen store bought dumpling... not good at all. the chicken and broccoli is 85% broccoli ...

Typical Chinese take out. I called to place an order for pick up and they told me to come in ten minutes. So I did that, but still had to wait another 15 minutes. Even so, I'd still come back if I'm craving some greasy takeout food. You can't beat the price of the lunch special ($6.50), and the portions are huge!

I wasn't sure what to get from a long menu which had a decent amount of items marked as spicy. I often get ribs as a bellwether, and these weren't great. Ribs have to be pre-cooked for expediency but these were too obvious about it. The ribs and sauce merged to form a concoction that was tasty but didn't have enough of a meaty, fibery feeling. The entree was more successful. The mixed vegetables in curry sauce were fresh and crunchy.

I ordered delivery, it arrived less than 40 minutes. The food was good, I really liked the boneless ribs and teriyaki steak. I would order from them again

    All this for $12!

I got food delivered from here a while back and ordered the fried chicken and a lunch special of chicken in garlic sauce. The lunch came with a large cup of soup and brown rice(or whichever rice you opt for). The portions are huge for the really low prices but I was not a fan of my chicken dish. The chicken lunch special turned out to be a veggie dish with a couple small pieces of chicken thrown in.I kept digging with my fork to find the chicken(I hate veggies) but I gave up when I realized that there wasn't any hidden chicken to find in there!Overall,my dish lacked flavour and was rather bland but the fried chicken and soup were decent. Next time I crave Chinese,I would probably opt for a different dish and skip the lunch specials if I order from here!

Just save your money and go to another Chinese restaurant. I ordered chicken wings and French fries and the quality of the food was just downright disappointing. The fries were burnt and literally you could just about press the grease out of them. The wings skin was super oily, kind of like they fried them before the oil was even hot. Like the only taste you're getting is hot used oil. Definitely will not be coming here again. The portions are not worth it for the price as well. 18$ for 8 rubbery wings and burnt grease fries? ‍

Good Food and a great value. Finally a Chinese restaurant in Hoboken that's worth frequenting.

Decently tasty with cheap prices with large quantities. All the other restaurants is the area are unreasonably priced.

I found this spot while visiting a friend in the area and was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing for good food, with most dishes and combinations costing less the $9. However, the portion sizes have become smaller over the last 2 years, with them ditching the traditional styrofoam platter for plastic containers that are at least 20% smaller. So far, every dish I had tasted good from General Tso's for $9 to the fried Chicken with rice for $8, and the chicken lo mein for $6. Just note that the sauce on items like General Tso's or Orange Chicken is quite sweet, but still not overwhelmingly so like other restaurants tend to be. It is not a fancy spot. There are just a few tables to dine in if you like, but I would recommend going if you don't want to eat with the occasional weirdo that stops by. Unlike many Chinese restaurants, the server taking orders did greet meet me when I entered and was short but polite. He even politely explained the total when I inquired because tax is not included in the price - for some strange reason I've had others get a little annoyed by that question. So, thumbs up on that. It is located in a busy residential area. So, if you are driving, parking is not easy to find. Your best bet is to find somewhere to temporarily pull over, then run in and grab your food. Overall, this is currently one of my few preferred Chinese spots in North Jersey. Whenever I'm in the area and want Chinese, this is the only place I trust for a tasty and decent-sized meal at a fair price.

I have yet to find a Chinese takeout spot that is consistent and hits the spot. Po Wong is the closest I've come to that (still not my preferred but they do the job). I got the Chicken w Broccoli which was a bit too saucy and the flavor was a bit off. The portion was solid and the chicken was cooked well, but it needed more salt and seasoning. The broccoli was fresh and tasty, but was loaded in this sauce which took away from it. The Vegetable Fried Rice is so good! Some of the best I've had and I like that their fried rice has a brown tint to it (most places I see nowadays are yellow). The Fried Yellow Banana was sweet, well-fried, and greasy. It's a nice appetizer to share and super cheap for what you're getting. There are some hits & misses on the menu. I haven't yet found the right order that is consistently good but it did the job!
