When we moved here in 2013, we contracted with Doug's company to paint the entire interior and to install crown moulding in four rooms of our newly purchased home. The work was meticulously completed at a fair price and within the time frame we had established for moving in. We appreciated his daily walk-throughs to assess progress and the quality of the work. Two years ago we had a fence replaced and hired his company once again to stain both sides of the newly constructed fence. Most recently we hired Consolidated Painting again to paint our garage doors and to paint our side of the newly constructed good neighbor fence. Because of his attention to detail, reasonable bids, and follow through, his company is our go-to painting contractor for our needs inside and outside our home.

On October 5, 2020 his helper, Curtis, applied a mold and mildew inhibitor, then pressure washed and primed. He also rolled on a product on the cracking trim peaks to help seal it before priming. Doug also suggested a really nice accent color that he had on hand for my chimney heat deflector which I ended up loving and had him use it for the trim on all the peaks. He's very personable and told me that if there was anything that needed to be touched up, missed areas fixed, or if I wasn't happy with the color, to let him know and he would gladly come back to make things right. He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Consolidated Painting! Sorry I didn't get before and after pictures to share.

Not only was his price most competitive, he was the most courteous, and the most professional. He had all his paperwork ready, including a copy of his liability insurance, for our very first in person meeting. I was really impressed and felt like I was dealing with someone that truly cared about getting my business. Another huge plus to hiring Rob is that he comes with a team of 5 outstanding painters that can get even big jobs done quickly. Each and every one of them was kind and considerate, and handled my nitpickyness beautifully. I am not an easy customer and they really did their best to take care of everything I asked. My house is 2600 sq. ft and they were able to get the entire exterior painted in 2 days. All the other painters I contacted quoted me more money and more time, at least 4-5 days. I am attaching before and after photos. I am extremely pleased with my "new" house and I would highly recommend Rob and his team to you. I did your homework for you, call Rob and get a quote today.
