It's a smaller company, so they're more invested in the work. After looking at a few companies we hired Andre for a job to stain our deck. Our deck gets beat up from the summer sun here and it requires to have our deck sanded down and stained. Andre was incredibly responsive to our requests and questions and we were able to get a quote fairly quickly as well as have the job done in a very timely manner. His team did a great job making sure to carefully cover everything below our deck with paint tarps, so that nothing got on any of our furniture below, the ground, etc. Our deck looks beautiful again and we can't wait to enjoy it. I was referred to this company by one of my other contractor but I am deeply disappointed in the outcome. I called and texted numerous times requesting that they fix this mess but he kept telling me that he is waiting for the store to give discount and then he can come and redo the work but that I will have to purchase the material. Of note that I already paid this guy in full and he did what ever he wanted to do. Please stay away. You may not even get a receipt after you pay u less you have the time to be calling every single day then you can get your receipt after two weeks or more. Once you pa, the attitude changes. During the process of getting several quotes you would be surprised how many might not spray, roll, spray and with having our home being stucco it was very important. Many painters would charge very high with even using Behr paint and know Kelley Moore is one of the best. We were provided with information that was important to a homeowner who may not know all of the in's and out's of the painting business. They educated me on top of the line paints and Kelley Moore Acralyshield which is the best. Me and my husband wanted our home paint job to last years and years. I provided before and after photos of our home to show what non quality paint looks like compared to excellent paint. The old color looked watered down and was a terrible touch up job by prior painter. I explained to Andrey my color scheme and he helped me with color selection. They had a large enough team, i left for work and they were done by the time i got off and i couldn't stop staring at my home to believe it is mine for being so beautiful. OP Painting contacted me the same day and came to review the work and supplied the quote that afternoon. Upon accepting the quote they were on site working 2 days later. So my experience with OP Painting was uncomfortable to say the least. There were a few hiccups at first- they were suppose to come the day before but never showed up. I called and they apologized for not letting me know that they were unable to come that day since their previous project wasn't completed on time. I was understanding since mistakes happen. They promised to come the following day. Which they did! They came to the house right on time. Okay, so again, no big deal. Then, half way through the project, they ran out of paint. They said one gallon per room was enough but then the walls needed two coats so they needed another gallon per room. Again, no problem, I went and got more paint. Okay, things got awkward and uncomfortable at the end. Andrey had quoted me that the cost of the project was $250 per bedroom. We needed two small rooms painted so the total was suppose to be $500. He told me these prices over the phone twice- first when I first asked for a quote and the second time I confirmed with him the day before they started painting. Well, when it was time for payment, his brother texted me asking, "how much my brother told you when he talked to you." I thought that was a strange question since we discussed the price twice. I told him $250. He relied "I just talked to him and he said $300 a room." Okay, this is uncomfortable. I already got $500 out to pay them and I called my husband in a panic since I didn't know what to do!! I was heading back to the house with my small children. Talk about an awkward situation. I didn't want to argue with this men since I don't know them at all and I'm alone with my children. I got additional money out of an ATM before heading to the house. When I got there, they were finished. I went to check their work. It was terrible. I pointed out how the paint along the baseboard was crooked. He told me that wasn't his fault. It was because of the the chalking of the baseboard. And it was also crooked along the ceiling. Then I saw paint on the baseboard. He fixed that and nothing else. I honestly wanted them out of there as quickly as possible at this point. I gave them the $600 they requested and that was that. Now I'm writing to you. Do not use these painters. If you do use them, get their quote in writing and then expect mistakes. Also, there was additional paint along my hallway as well. They sprayed the paint on and it left a mess on my hallway floor and walls. I was able to get it most of it out with a white eraser sponge. read more

Initially, we had planned to paint our house ourselves. However, our stucco had never been painted before and there were a lot of patch work needed to be done. Enter OP Painting. I cannot say enough great things about Andrey and OP Painting. I called Andrey and received a quote on Sunday to paint the entire exterior of our house, and here we are 5 days later (Friday) and the entire house is finished. Contacted this company to come give a quote for painting the exterior of our home. Communication was excellent and set a time and day, Monday 3/12 @ 12pm, to meet to obtain the necessary information and discuss the job. Took the day off of work and they never showed. Contacted them via Yelp messaging, of which I still have the messages and all replies, so don't think about calling this fake truth as you did previously only to find out that he was to busy to make it and wanted to come the next day. I have no issues with rescheduling normally but when you don't even have the common courtesy and customer service to call or send a text, as you had my cell number, to do so is where my problem comes into play.
