Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else before you commit to this business. When you simply call for a quote, they make you bring your car in and charge you $60/$70 for the privilege of confirming the issue you're asking to get fixed, and then give you a massively padded quote to do the job. I went to Temecula European Auto Repair and had the job done right for over $600 less. read more

They would not honor a AAA promotion for a free 40 point vehicle maintenance inspection for which they are listed as a participating provider on AAA's website. They explained to me that you must purchase a service in order to receive this offer even though it clearly states that no purchase is necessary. They are certainly well within their right To choose not to participate in the offer. But if that is the case then they should take steps to remove themselves from this list of providers. I think this is on unbecoming of a AAA vetted business. Update: I see that they are no longer listed on there as a provider. So I guess that's good. Though in my opinion, a BETTER idea, would have been to go ahead and honor the offer as a method of great customer service and then I'd come back when I DID have a paid service I needed. But they didn't do that. And based on that I would not ever bring my vehicle there. Bear Brake and Alignment has my business as they are wonderful . (They are NOT listed on AAA but were willing to honor this offer "just because".. now THAT is great customer service ) read more

Quality 1 Auto Service - Auto Repair Near Me - Temecula, California

I just bought me a slightly used Porsche Panamera. The nearest dealer is 40mi away. I was pleasantly surprised to find these guys! Super friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. They solved my issues right away. They are everything you could ask for in a auto repair shop. I will be using these guys again and again!! read more

What a great repair shop. I'm so amazed by their service and their kindness. I always get my car done on time which is really important for me because I have to pick up kids in the afternoon. The work is always quality I never have to go back for anything or ever have to use my warranty which is ridiculously long compared to all other repair shops. Like who has a three-year warranty on auto repair everyone else I've ever talk to has a one-year warranty I am in happy with everything so far including loaner car is the car wash afterwards and the place is really clean and organized. read more

I took my Porsche here after it broke down in Big Bear and needed to be towed. I live out in San Diego, but needed to find a place in Temecula so that I could be under the 100 mile towing limit. I dropped off the car at Quality 1 on a Sunday (they have a drop-off box for keys and plenty of parking, which is nice). I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the owner on Sunday afternoon to let me know that they had moved the car inside and would be looking at it on Monday morning. I was expecting a huge bill - especially after hearing that they were doing a complimentary check of the entire car - but was amazed when they called me to say that the problem was just a radiator cap and no additional work needed to be done (granted, I had recently changed out by brakes and tires, but there always seems to be something that needs to be done). I'm sorry that I don't live closer - I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

They don't repair cars order than 98.....waste of time...should be mentioned on website. took in a 95 4runner for power steering pump. I had the pump so they wouldn't hike up price on pump too (been around the block)....didnt want to do the work...Didn't suggest another shop. Didn't seemed to worried about losing business. Small details speak volume........not sure how they claim 4.9 stars Good luck. read more

Sent in my car for broken transmission not only did they call me to give me different options on what to do and throughly explain the difference between buying a new one or a used one but now it's warranted for a year. Also I sent in my car three days before thanksgiving. It's the first of December and now I have it back. Thankyou for being effectively fast and being honest and sooooo nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! read more

I'm sad to give a local spot a poor review as we are a small community and having faith in one another is important. Sadly, after my last round here and the events surrounding it, I've lost my trust for Quality One. We've been going here for several years now and mainly for a 2006 Volvo. Older car, getting up in miles, definitely not anything fancy. Every time we go, the repairs are over two grand. Regardless of the issue...Hello, that will be $2,000. Or, $2500 or $3,000. Ok, I get it. It's a foreign car and some parts/repairs are going to cost more. But, I've owned other foreign cars and never, ever, did the bills run us up as much as this little 'ole Volvo Sedan has. I daresay we've nearly spent as much in repairs at Quality One as the car is worth, especially now! So, the question is, really?? Every time you take a foreign car in should it take up your entire car repair budget for a year? The final icing began when Jason called (after repairs already ran $2200) asking if we were going to have them repair our thermostat or not. Another company had repaired it recently, but Jason said they'd done an amateur job and it needed replaced, again. So. When I told him I needed to talk to the other business first. He responded, "Fine. But, you need to get your car picked up ASAP if we're not fixing the thermostat." That was before I learned we would drop over $2000 at his place as it currently stood. Really? It's that much of a pain to have to move my car in and out of your shop an extra day or so after you just charged me two freaking grand and several years of loyalty. Flash forward. Took the Volvo over to Big O on Winchester, who had done the thermostat in November. It cost us about $250 at the time. An extremely pleasant, polite new manager, Cody, (at Big O) informed me there was absolutely nothing wrong with our thermostat. And, kept the car on property for 2 days while we were out of town on business happily so, with a smile. I should note, Quality One was going to charge us almost double for the same thermostat that Big O Tires charged us in November THAT HAD NOTHING WRONG with it!! Shop around, People. Quality One, has only their pocketbook's best interest at heart. And, apparently have no issue doing unnecessary work to your car while charging double the going rate. Bye Bye to Jason. read more

I took my 2005 BMW, with a few problems, the window regulator had failed with the window in the down position, and was burning oil in some way. After getting a quote from the BMW dealership in Murrieta I thought no way could anyone be higher than them. While Quality 1 was not higher, they were pretty close to the cost at the dealership. I dropped off my BMW and was told they would preform a total car inspection (for $105), and they would let me know what needed to be repaired and how much the repairs would cost. I received a call and was told that the window regulator failed and that a new one was needed (no brainer), in addition to the regulator clips that secure the door panel on would need to be replaced, as most of them break during the removal process... OK I can buy that. Now to the burning oil, CCVV Crankcase Vent Valve were torn and needed to be replaced and that an induction cleaning would be needed to clear the oil from the exhaust manifold. Again I can buy that, that is what the BMW dealership said was the problem. In addition to those two fairly obvious problems, it appeared that i had a leaking seal somewhere in the front axle, and was told that i should have seen oil on the rims (I had never seen any oil, on the rim or in my drive way) however the employee insisted that I missed it or was clueless as to what oil on the rims or my drive way would look like. After everything was said and done the quote came out to a nice even $2200! After consulting with my bank (AKA my wife) we decided that we would fix the window and the rest would have to wait until we could afford to fix the remaining issues. I instructed the employee to just fix the window as we did not have the funds to complete all of the repairs, after explaining to the employee that money was tight and we could not afford to fix all of the problems, the attitude changed and I was treated as if I was below or not good enough have my vehicle there, he almost seemed confused that I didn't just have $2200 dollars sitting around to fork over to them. The employee then explained that the window alone was $730!! And the $105 for the "estimate" could NOT be applied towards this. WHAT?!! WOW $730 to get a window to roll up and down!!! Seems high to me! The employee informed me that the regulator could only be ordered straight from the manufacturer and would run $400 and the rest was clips and labor!! I told them to forget all of it and and that I would come and get the vehicle and would have to reconsider when we could fix any of it. When I picked up my vehicle to my shock the window was still down!!!!!!! How in the world could they have determined that the regulator was to blame if they had not taken the door apart....... If they had taken the door apart why would a company pull my door apart and then put it back together with the window down knowing that it was not going to be repaired.....COMMON COURTESY........not here. I took my vehicle to a company in Oceanside and had the window AND CCVV's fixed for a TOTAL of $716! The company in Oceanside informed me that there was no leak in the front axle.... If you need a true, honest and trust worthy mechanic go to Oceanside Motorsports. It's worth the drive from the Temecula area. Hands down! BOTTOM LINE DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO QUALITY 1. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!....... read more

I took my 2001 Volvo to Quality 1 Auto Service with two problems. My car felt like a spark plug was not firing correctly and the other issue was that when I drove my car around 45 mph, it shook horribly from side to side. It felt like it was somewhere in the front part of the car in the tire/wheel/axle area. When I left my car they told me they would do a complete checkup of my car which I did agree to. $2190 later, I picked up my car and was told that indeed a spark plug wasn't functioning properly which caused problems with a coil. There were many other issues they fixed too, such as the transmission fluid and a burnt out bulb. When I took my car for a drive, it continued to shake horribly from side to side in the front end. Thinking that it had been gone over thoroughly (for $2190 it should have really been inspected), I took it to a tire place to get the tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. Once they put it up on the rack, they saw that the two front axles were badly in need of repair. One, in fact, was completely split open. I can verify this because I asked to see the axle. No wonder my car was shaking violently! When I returned to Quality 1 Auto to ask why they didn't fix this issue and couldn't seem to see it on the rack (which looked pretty obvious to me), they told me that it was probably just a tire balancing problem or the missing spark plug and they really could not explain how they could have missed this type of thing other than they believed the tire place was just trying to sell me a part. They also couldn't explain how they could have taken it for a test drive and not noticed the violent shaking after they had repaired my car. After spending another $900 to get the two front axles replaced at the tire store as well as my tires balanced and aligned, my car finally works. I was looking for a good car mechanic when I went to Quality 1 and now I am still looking. read more

Took my truck in for diagnostic for fueling issue . explained to the mechanic everything that was going on with the truck . Calls me back a couple days later and tells me the exact same thing I explained to him . Took it to them so they can perform every test possible to pinpoint the exact issue since they claim to be one of the best diesel mechanics around and all i got was a guess of what it could be .and if it wasn't that then the motor was bad . After that they recommended to change out some parts using their own parts supplier which was more then double what the dealership parts cost . At that point I Decided to pick up the truck and take it elsewhere and mechanic parked the truck in a tough spot to pull out . Asked for assistance and used starting fluid to start truck and mechanic dumped about half a can of starting fluid into the motor and motor locked up due to excessive amount of starting fluid being sprayed into it . After that mechanic refused to help get the truck out of spot and his reason was because he might have customers coming into the front office . All this happened after I paid around $240for a diagnostic, making it seem like we weren't a paying customer . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! read more

If I could give a negative review here I would. Took my car in to have the BSD System looked at which is still under warranty (light came on). Carlos told me I had a collision so it was no longer covered under warranty and offered to replace and fix it for $2000. Argued with me when I said I had not been in any accident or collision. Took pictures of scratches on the bumper that were most likely caused by a grocery cart as his proof. He stated that the BSD's were off per the calibration test. Therefore he could do nothing more for me. Forward two days later took car to different Hyundai service center who actually put car on calibration test and fixed it with NO PROBLEM TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! read more

We've been taking our 2003 Toyota Avalon to Quality 1 for many years. The darned car won't give us an excuse to buy a new one. and I'm suspecting that the regular maintenance and minor repairs that this shop has provided have gone a long way towards keeping our elderly auto in great shape. Well, I had previously given Scott and Quality 1 (European Autowerks) a 5-Star rating for maintaining my 2005 Jaguar XKR. That has changed. Sometime in September of 2018, I was experiencing intermittent error codes and took it to Scott for diagnosis and repair. Sometime in November 2018 Scott said I needed to repair my ECU but he had to remove the unit and send it back east. I retrieved my JAG and arranged to bring it back over after the holidays. On February 28, 2019 I took the car back over to begin the work and paid a little over $1600 deposit on the estimate of $2098.70. It is now January 27, 2020 and I still do not have my car back. Scott has had the ECU out, the BCM out, the Security Control Module out, and the ABS module out, the car has been to three shops, other than Quality 1, and two of the shops were taken there without my knowledge or permission before delivery. He currently has the car at Audio Evolution, who I love, to repair the interior dash and electronics damaged during his repair--to date there does not seem to be a meeting-of-the-minds (how much work and payment) and the car is still there. The severity resulted with a Notice of Violation of Consumer Legal Remedies Act back in November (response due by December 7, 2019) with no action and a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair. This has gone way beyond ridiculous and Scott has no right representing that his shop has the ability and equipment to diagnose and repair today's sophisticated computerized electronics. If I ever get my Jaguar back, it will never go back to Quality 1 for anything! Tom's Foreign Autohouse is the place I wish I had discovered back when I got my car back from Scott in November 2018. This has been a nightmare! read more

For Sprinter owners with Mercedes diesel engines: I bought a 10-year-old Sprinter-based RV and drove it here from Florida without having a pre-purchase inspection. Although nervous about what might be discovered, I took it to Quality 1 based on their reputation, professional YouTube videos, and their experience servicing Sprinter fleets. Their inspection was thorough and included test drive, visual inspection, fluid checks, engine, and all computer monitors. They turned up several areas needing immediate servicing for safety and maintenance of my investment. They were also able to advise me that the monitors indicated it would pass smog, which was a relief to me (and it did.) Add in clear communication from Scott and Jason, extra effort from the mechanics to work late so all would be taken care of by the next morning, helpful printouts, and no surprises in the invoice, to make a satisfying experience for me, with new confidence in using this awesome vehicle for my family and I, and well worth the drive from Vista to Temecula! read more

Great Service. Scott Knows how to fix anything. He is really reasonable and understanding.

We had a 9:00AM appointment for an estimate. We get our vehicle checked in right at 9:00AM and leave it. No call by 3:00PM. So we call and they told us they still had to test drive it and they would call us soon. 5:00PM comes around(we didn't realize the shop closes at 5:00PM) we get their answering machine. We go down to shop and yes they are absolutely closed and with our vehicle which we did not authorize to be kept overnight!!! We head there first thing in the morning when they open. No apologies for non communication or keeping our car without our permission overnight. They couldn't even diagnose the problem so we are out $59 for nothing. Then they claim that the brakes are bad and that the vehicle needs new brake pads, etc. We take our vehicle directly to dealership. They diagnose the problem and check our brakes. Our brakes are absolutely fine. Your service is terrible, and dishonest. Couldn't diagnose a rattle, but tried to rip us off for new brakes that the car does not need. Never again! Do not trust this place with your vehicle! They will try to RIP YOU OFF!! read more

Found this shop in the web and read a few reviews (should've read more) so I took my car there to save money versus a dealer. Strange experience here. Not going to accuse anyone of anything, but red flags caused me to walk away and do a little research. I'm glad I did. Went in for an oil change and condition inspection. Was quoted $40. Sounded reasonable. When I returned, I was told that my brake fluid, transmission fluid and Power steering fluid needed to be changed. New quote: $360. The Brake fluid and Trans fluid had been changed less than 8,000 miles previous. So I declined those services. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he couldn't have known the vehicle's history and may have been going by what the mechanic had told him. What could he know from just looking in a reservoir or at a dipstick? Honest mistake? Maybe. They showed me pictures of fluid samples from my car. To my eyes, all the colors and clarities looked good. Red flags went up when he said the power steering fluid was "crystallizing" and it would be "like sand" in my PS pump. I'd never heard of such a thing. I thought maybe I'm going to learn something new about PS fluid, but I was skeptical enough to decline that, too. I paid the 40 and left. I checked the owners manual for the recommended change interval for PS fluid (ATF Dexron II or III). There was none. I checked online for any references to PS fluid "crystallizing." There were none. I called the dealer and asked the service tech when they recommend changing the PS fluid. He said they don't have a set recommendation to change the PS fluid. "Just top it up when it's low" or "change it if you replace any components." I asked the tech about "crystallization" of the PS Fluid. He chuckled. He asked where I'd heard that. I'm trying real hard to believe that I was not being up-sold on unnecessary work. I'm trying real hard to believe it was all a misunderstanding. I'm trying real hard to find a different shop. read more

A terrific place to get my car worked on. i love these guys. They are fast and efficent and they know their stuff.

Horrible horrible horrible !!! My 2007 C230 Mercedes was brought in for a check engine light service. I paid close to $900 for a simple transmission fluid flush to find out that it only cost $300 at a Mercedes dealership. Also the engine light came back only 60 miles after they fixed it, called them on the phone and I was told that anything could have happened during that 60 miles drive that they're not reliable for it. I finally brought the car to the dealership, found out the real reason for the engine light was because of a busted thermal conductor plate inside the transmission. That cost $500. Anyhow, they charge a fortune and have no idea what they're doing. Don't go here.... read more

I brought our ML in to have a window fixed. This car has always been serviced at the dealership and since we do not drive this car that much anymore I wanted to try another service professionally. This review is in no way a reflection of their overall service, they did repair the window. However their customer service was not up to standards. The top to the inspection port/tube for the MLs' transmission was broken off, because they chose to inspect the transmission fluid. I found that this top was missing when I brought the car home and inspected it. Things break, however it would have been nice to be told. They did replace it. Nonetheless I would have expected a call back from them as soon as their facility opened at 8:00 to reassure me that they received my voice message from the day before confirming that this missing part would be been taken care. I had to contact them twice. If they really want to prove to the consumer that they are a valued customer, they would have delivered the part to my house or office and installed it. I had to take time from work and drive to their facility, to have a part replaced that they broke. Then when the car was delivered after the window service, it was supposedly washed. There were more water spots on the car then if I would have parked it in the sprinklers. And the interior was filthy. A greasy boot print was on the front mat, there were greasy hand/finger prints all over the rear door and some sort of heavy grease spots on the interior door panel and there is still heavy black grease on the lower valence of the car. So if they want to compete in the European market, they are really going to have to improve their customer service. With all the extra cleaning of the car and the time it took to go back to have the little top replaced, that they broke off, there was no savings by not going to the dealership. And I would have received a loaner car. read more

I noticed a coolant leak at the right front area of the engine compartment and it was getting worse. I just relocated to the Temecula, Pala area and decided not to take a chance and with some research. Five shops I spoke to on the phone and the best line-of-BS came from Jason and his staff at QUALITY 1 AUTO SERVICE. I fell for it. I had AAA flatbed my suburban over the next morning as advised by Jason and he said he would have no problem getting to it this Friday morning-because Jason said it should be "No Problem". It wasn't until after 2:00 that same day (Friday) he called and said he just had some guys cleared their other jobs and they were going to check it out. He says he has to do a pressure test to see where the leak is and quoted me $120-$130 pressure test fee. I assumed that fee or a portion of would be credited toward the actual repair-BAD ASSUMPTION ON MY PART. Turns out they could repair this PROBLEM until Monday-MUST HAVE BEEN A BIGGER JOB THEN I THOUGHT. He was very casual that I would be without a vehicle all weekend even though he told me he could get me a vehicle to use while mine was in their shop. NEVER FOLLOWED THRU WITH RENTAL JUST HUNG UP AND WENT ON WITH HIS WEEKEND. Received call Monday that repair was complete and the invoice was well over $300. When I got home I called my mechanic in San Diego and explained symptoms and he told me were to look. I popped the hood, looked to the left of the motor and about 18"down into the compartment there was a shiny new "Y" fitting (Plastic looking no bigger than an eye glass lens in diameter). A part that costs under $10 and was in obviously easy to access and replace COST ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Jason said they are a AAA facility and would provide a AAA discount and are a NAPA authorized facility. THEY PROVIDED NO DISCOUNT OR NO CREDIT FROM THE "PRESSURE TEST". I was looking at a 2006 Range Rover in Temecula online that I intended to purchase. I live in Canada so an internet search brought up Quality1. Their ad claimed them to be 'Land Rover specialists'. I made arrangements for a pre-purchase inspection. I informed owner Scott Travers I was from out of country and had not seen the vehicle in person. I had the owner drop the RR off and spoke with Scott afterwards for a synopsis of the inspection as he was unable to provide me a copy due to 'technical problems' on his end. I trusted his work and authorized approx. $900 of repairs. With no copy of the inspection I was left to assume an extensive inspection had been done as nothing other than the repairs I authorized was mentioned as needing attention. The owner of the RR was shocked at the estimate and suggested I use someone else who would be $3-400 less. I knew Scott had ordered the parts and honoured my agreement to have Quality1 do the repairs. I arrived in San Diego the next day. The owner had picked up the RR and was given a copy of the inspection despite the fact I paid for it. So the owner got the inspection I paid for but I never did, not even upon picking up the vehicle. Upon seeing the RR in person for the first time it was clear the paint would need a thorough polishing as well as some very obvious scratches not clear in the pictures. Immediately I also noticed one of the tires had a 12 inch long crack along it's sidewall. Scott had mentioned one tire would need to be replaced and I imagined this was it. It turned out later that he completely missed this clear problem and had noted another of the tires for wear. A requirement in Canada is that headlights are automatically activated during the daytime and so I was assured this would be done. (It wasn't and I had to pay for it in Canada) At this point I was already becoming disappointed that more than one thing was obviously missed by the inspection. I purchased the vehicle and went by Quality1 to express my disappointment in their service, get the inspection and get them to take care of the daytime lights. They couldn't find the inspection report for me and started to work on the lights(still never fixed the lights). Scott said they don't check the paint and I asked how hard it could have been to simply mention to me the state of the paint as he knew I was unable to see it in person. He stated they don't check paint(something I couldn't know with no information of the inspection nor a completed copy but how hard could it be!) and that he ASSUMED I knew what it was like because the OWNER told him he sent me many pictures(clearly not the same as seeing it in person and who takes the owner's word for it?!?). Scott never confirmed that matter with myself. I drove 24 hours home and removed the wheels for repainting. It became clear there was something wrong with the lug nuts. They were completely locked in place, impossible to remove by hand. In finally removing them they were destroyed as the outer nut cover was slightly rotated, requiring the tire iron to be hammered on to fit. Quality1 had just replaced the rear brakes days earlier. Again I spoke to Scott about this and he said that they shouldn't be able to be removed by hand(?!?) I guess RR's are the only passenger vehicle on the planet that the driver can never replace his own flat. Scott used that excuse to evade responsibility. But that led to another problem. I then discovered 2 tires, not one, were in dangerous condition. I informed Scott he should bear responsibility for the cost of replacing the tire that his inspection made no note of as I could have used that information to negotiate a lower price. Again Scott's inability to comprehend simple points was stunning. His response was that the tire would have to be replaced anyway so he's not responsible for it(?!?). Scott eventually stopped accepting any communication from me, claiming I was aggressive and abusive. That's apparently his way of avoiding facing the fact he couldn't intelligently counter any of my points. He said his lawyer informed him to stop phone communication but then refused to provide his lawyer's name. He eventually said he will no longer work with international customers as if that was the problem... If your vehicle is any more complicated than a Ford Fiesta, I wouldn't take it to Quality1. If the job isn't done right or there are any complications, don't expect Scott Travers and Quality1 to accept any responsibility no matter how clear their negligence. I gave Scott opportunity to avoid this negative review by taking proper responsibility for the trouble he caused me but he only refunded the $110 for the inspection. He believes that if he poorly inspects your vehicle his responsibility extends no further than returning the cost of the inspection. He's not the brightest bulb nor the most honorable. Avoid this shop like the plague. read more

About 1 month ago, my husband broke down coming home from San Diego in our 2010 Jaguar and he got it towed to our usual mechanic at Ramona Tires. They could not determine the problem because they did not have the tools to work on the car. They did not charge us and had it for a day. So, my husband did some research and found this place. We had the car towed to Quality 1 and they were nice. They ended up rebooting our computer and said that it was fine, if the problem happened again bring it back. When the car broke down, white smoke and what smelled like gas? was shooting out of the tail pipe. Quality 1 said they could not get the car to do the same thing when they had it so we thought it was fixed. Last night the exact same problem happened and we had to wait for about 1.5 hours for a tow and had it towed back. I figured it would be no problem and today my husband was told that we had to pay for another diagnostic service and that it was a different problem. I called Scott because it was the same white smoke when the car shut down as before and was wondering why we had to pay for another diagnostic, while he did explain to me that the first time they could not get the car to experience the same symptoms so they could not determine what was wrong. But I believe that this was bad customer service. If I dropped it off with them, then I am obviously going to pay for the repairs but why should i pay another $89 for a diagnostic. So, Scott did agree that we would not have to pay the diagnostic. Not but 5 minutes later Jason called and talked to my husband and said we would be charged. Not sure if Jason and Scott communicated with each other. I talked to my husband and explained what Scott and I had talked about so he called Jason back, who was this time extremely rude. He stated that we were a "headache" and would he be dealing with me or my husband. WTF does it matter? I looked at all these reviews and thought that we would be treated as good as we are at Ramona Tires (off Temecula Parkway) and I find out that this place just wants to nickle and dime you. Jason told my husband he is not working on the car and pulling off the lot. I am not trying to be cheap but when I come and am looking for a repair and it is not done or can't be done the first time, i don't think I should be charged just for them to figure out what is really wrong. I would not recommend going to this place. BTW - I have now paid out of pocket for another tow and a diagnostic that didn't help. Plus, my time - we broke down in commuter traffic at 5:30pm and did not get home until 10. read more

They charged me $1300 for shoddy, incomplete work. I'm glad I have other options for car repair in the area. The customer service was good, though I'd have preferred to actually get the work done that I paid for. read more

Thank you to Quality 1 Auto. I brought my son's car in for service and it needs a lot of stuff done including rear struts, rear brakes and transmission work. Thanks to Jim the service manager for his guidance. I have talked to him at least 5 times to try to figure out what all we need to do right now, Jim has been very patient with all my questions and helping reach a final decision. Well at least my sweet little darling looks cool in his sage green Lexus IS250 at SDSU. I mean isn't that what is important. LOL. Scott and his team do a fantastic job!! read more

More expensive than the dealer. Their labor rates and amount of time they charge to do repairs is significantly higher than other places in town. I will never take a vehicle to this place again. read more

Not a quality choice, beware. There are MUCH better options in Temecula and Murrieta.
