Great work, reasonable pricing, friendly, professional. Have gone to them twice already. Once when I backed into a pole and dented my bumper and broke a tail light. I didn't use my insurance and they were really quick about getting it done--and done well; paint job was great. Most recently, I had to get the passenger side of my car fixed after getting hit by another car. Again, great job fixing the damage and painting it to look new. And they really went above and beyond. My car was super clean and shiny, my front lights were polished (so no haze) and they even touched up various scrapes/scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. Really happy with their work. Because I had to use a rental and I wasn't sure if all of it would be refunded, on good faith, they gave me my car as soon as it was ready even though they weren't done dealing with my insurance (I did check to make sure they got paid properly by my insurance). Went to have a fender bent out of my wheel well after a minor fender bender than rendered my car unable to drive due to my tire scraping the metal part of my front bumper. Was expecting a charge in excess of $200 dollars or so but was pleasantly surprised to have a gentleman by the name of Javier come out with tools to do the job in under 20 minutes. No charge. Paid absolutely nothing, even though I tried. He said when I need the full repair done, not just a quick fix, to come in and they do good work. Even if they didn't do good work, (which is doubtful due to the previous Yelp reviews), I will come back without a second thought for the full repair. What an amazing business! I had a careless run-in with a column in the parking garage and work, resulting in in an unsightly scrape and dent on the rear fender of my pick-up. I decided to get an estimate from Qualitek based on the stellar Yelp reviews and the fact that they are located close to home. I was pleasantly surprised when the estimate came in lower than I was expecting, so I dropped my trunk off a couple weeks later to get the work done. I could not be more pleased with the outcome! It was ready when promised and looks amazing---as good as new! They went the extra mile to also clean up the exhaust stains on my chrome bumper, and cleaned my vehicle inside and out! To top it all off, there used to be a slight rattling/buzzing sound when I ran the A/C and that's gone as well---I can only assume it was something they did. I hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Qualitek for it! read more

It was really just a simple paint job but the work performed on one of our vehicles was flawless. The gentlemen we dealt with were both very pleasant and everything was explained in detail. The estimate was accurate as there was no change in price when we paid the bill (unlike some body shops). In fact, they had the best price out of the three (3) shops I had quote us. To be thorough, I will say that we were told the job would take three (3) days and it ended up taking four (4); it happens. Luckily we weren't in a situation requiring a rental vehicle etc. Also, the shop called us when the vehicle was ready but we weren't able to answer. Being on our mobile phone, there was no Caller ID so we didn't know they'd called. The real issue here was that no voice mail was left. So we didn't know the car was ready until we called them several hours later. Would I use this shop again? Yes. In fact, I just got an estimate on another vehicle from them. read more

I would give Eddie and his team 10 stars if I could. They have worked on my car a few times now, and each time the car has left his shop looking brand new. Most recently, I had an accident that required work on the car and the other driver's insurance was a non reputable and difficult company to deal with. Eddie helped me through the process and returned my car back in pristine condition, with the added bonus of cleaning it inside and out! Another advantage was being able to drop the replacement rental right at the shop rather than dealing with returning it to the rental agency. So happy to have found this place! I brought in my 2003 Honda Civic (which is BADLY rusted due to living in PA) because the hood of my car was jammed stuck. Turns out the whole front latch mechanism was completely rusted. They gave us an estimate of about $300 to repair the mechanism as well as the cable that allows me to pop open the hood. My car is worth about $1000 so I was kind of hesitant to put more money into it. When I picked up my car it looked great! They literally did surgery on my ol car and even put the hood ejector latch back on (I had to use pliers to open it previously lol). They kept the price the same even though the work was double and had to purchase more parts. Seriously saved me money. I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to cars but they never made it seem like they were trying to trick me or make me pay for something I absolutely didn't need. My most recent experience with them came when my parked car suffered a hit-and-run while I was grocery shopping. Because the other driver was unidentified, I had to pay for all the repairs out of pocket. Wow! I had a fender bender that destroyed my front bumper. I took my car to 4 different shops for estimates. Qulitek beat them all, and in addition their shop is organized and clean. Their waiting room is really nice, like someone's home living room. I recently got into an automobile accident which left my brand new 2013 Mazda 3 front end damaged. The other person was at fault since he backed up into me. After researching for hours on the internet for a high quality body shop in Austin, TX I decided to let these guys do the repairs. It was highly recommended word of mouth from a trusted friend. It can be a very stressful time when and although my first thoughts were to bring it to a bigger more well known body shop I realized that most body shops in the area are more like factories with extreme mixed reviews some good and some really bad written in long detail. Many shops has some "dirt" on them but I couldn't really find anything on these guys. In addition, I saw a couple of 2013 best Austin body shop reviews that they appeared in. Also,I wanted a place that wasn't biased towards the insurance company and had more interest in customer service. I brought the car in and spoke with Eddie. I wanted to make sure that my car was going to be done correctly and to the best realistic post-accident condition possible. Eddie was honest with me and told me that all the factors involved in ensuring getting my car with high quality parts and high quality workmanship. I had a loaner vehicle and dropped off my car. I wanted it done right so i told him to take as much time needed. They quoted me a certain time for the repair work and they delivered as said. Eddie was my point of contact and I called a few times to check in on the and update the status. When I got my car back it was like new again. They even did some extra work and detailed the car.
