Some of the best delivery in Bellingham! This place is my go-to for delivery in Bellingham. The food is very cheap with huge portion sizes. Of course it isn't the most authentic Chinese food, but it definitely hits the spot when you are craving something greasy. read more

Not the best Chinese food, but it's cheap, big, and they deliver... stuck studying for finals? This place will help! Pros? -Delivery -Inexpensive -Hot and fresh Cons? -Bland flavors -Some things are good, some aren't read more

First off, the people who work here are very nice. They are friendly and happy to be working there. The food is the real reason for this website tho. For a former college kid the food was great. Cheap quick and pretty good. The food is consistent too. It's always good. For a quick meal this is the place to go. However, I have had much better food from other places yet I still come back every time. read more

Volume wise, this place is a winner! Flavor wise, it's pretty good. Can't complain either way because it's still a good thing to have! Hard to find a Seattle equivalent that's not Panda Express. So it's a must to visit when I come up!! read more

Delicious food! My favorites are their veggie noodles and pineapple chicken, yum!! Fantastic prices (best price for Chinese food in Bellingham, in my opinion) and large portions. Get a meal for one (noodles, meat, etc) or just an order of a specific dish...all their options are on their online menu. Free delivery (with $15+ purchase), open every day of the week with extensive hours. My suggestion is to call ahead and carry out OR get it delivered. The restaurant itself is a little cold and barren. But don't let that keep you from giving this place a try. read more

This Chinese restaurant (US style) is a student feedbag special! I feel like every post-secondary institution needs to have something like this close by for the students to order a MASSIVE AMOUNT of delivery food. This place is your usual Americanized Chinese food. Small price tag, food exactly as you would expect. You won't be totally in awe of the quality but in a pinch, this place delivers. TASTE THE VALUE! read more

I forget but it is a great restaurant, very fast to get the food, nice people...fortune cookies on request! Delicious love QQ Li's

My friend and I called one evening to order take out, and whoever answered the phone was literally yelling at us. We tried ordering and then we were hung up on. Not likely to try them after that. read more

Honestly just not that good. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken and my girlfriend got the Shrimp Curry. First off they came in those black plastic rectangle take out boxes, which for some reason just somehow makes all takeout ive had way worse. The food itself was very meh, very below average, would have been happier if I had just gotten it from Panda Express. The Shrimp Curry was more like 3 shrimp and a shitton of vegetables in curry water. From what she told me, the shrimp itself was pretty good, but the ratio of shrimp to veggies was like 1:10. But like honestly, theres way better chinese joints here in town. Im glad that I finally got around to trying this place, but i dont ever see myself getting food from here again. Honestly I just want to warn other people to try your options, theres better quality stuff out there in this town. read more

Ordered lunch for 4 and we all didn't like it, had no flavor but the fortune cookies were delicious.

QQLi's one of the sweetest little gems in Bellingham, walking distance from WWU, it features a couple of very good vegetarian options and friendly service. If you eat at their on campus location the dishes rotate based on the day, but at their brick and mortar store they have everything all the time. They even provide biodegradable packaging on request. read more

Ok, based on the other yelp reviews we thought we would try it out. first off. Eating in, or out, your gonna get your food in a foam take out box. The food was nothing to brag about. Rather bland. My tip to them is that if your going to have people write reviews for you on yelp then you better have the goods to back it up. Not the case here. Its obvious that either the past reviews have never had good Chinese, or they are friends with the owners. read more

I used to love you Day in and day out I ate your Tso's and beef But soon there was less meat and heat Replaced with MSG and breading I used to love you But my head is with Indian Grill now read more

Updated review. I left a 5 star review 3 years ago and now I'm dropping it to a 2. Every time I have come in the pineapple/sweet and sour chicken is just disgusting. The chow mien is bland and rice is dry and tasteless. read more

First time calling for delivery and I'm not even kidding, I was told that they would call me back. I couldn't and still can't believe it! What kind of place says they'll call you back?! I ended up calling back and asked to speak to someone else and instead they tried to sell me pineapple chicken and when I declined and asked to speak to someone else, they said to call back in ten minutes! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER! read more

I ate on the vendors row location frequently when I attended WWU and also at the the physical location when it first opened. I graduated a few years ago and visited Bham recently and ate QQ Li's again. The food has the same consistency which brought me back to my college days. Great price/portion for an asian joint in bham considering everything in my opinion is overpriced up there. The food is good and very dense. I feel rediculously full after eating here but it's a good pregame before big mama's at Jalepinos! Love this place. read more

I've only been to their Vendors Row location on campus, but they have a nice, decently large portion of food and rice in a convenient location for college kids. They have daily specials as well as blue book coupons for free soda with purchase, etc. A great deal for lunch. I recommend the pineapple chicken. read more

I've always loved QQ Li's!! Both the Vendor's Row location and the regular location on 32nd have been good to me for the last 4 years. The food is delicious and filling, and for a great price. I especially love their Tofu Garlic! I have noticed what you get isn't always terribly consistent (i.e. it might be particularly spicy one time, maybe not so much another, etc) but I always enjoy it. I will note though, I have heard some people claim their stomach's hurt, stuff like that, after eating QQ's but I've never experienced that. QQ Li's will continue to be my go-to spot for delicious takeout!! Also - the owner, who is pretty much always at the vendor's row location, is super sweet and kind! Very cool to see her out and about working so hard and serving her food! read more

Decent cheap Chinese food it was good not the best I've ever had but good. My cousin got the Mongolian beef wich tasted great, really enjoyed the crab Rangoon also, my chicken and broccoli was pretty bland but good. Portion size is great. Didn't take too long to get our food to us. I would go back. read more

Love Chinese food. Unfortunately I ordered to-go I should have stayed and ate lunch there, because after eating there I got so sick and my co-workers told me I should have read the reviews because THEY dislike the food and service. But I didn't expect I was going to get nauseas. Next time I try a new restaurant I should eat in so, I can speak to a manager if this happens again. But will not be visiting this Chinese restaurant that's for sure. read more

Small, uncomfortable setting (don't dine in). Food was okay, but just. Service was fast, but the guy was extremely hard to understand. Probably just me, though. Would I go back... no. read more

Typical Chinese food. Nothing too special. When I'm craving greasey food that I might regret later you'll find me here. Overall friendly service and I like the Milktea here. read more

Used to love their hot and sour soup, but not anymore. Called in an order and before I had time to pick it up I was being harassed with phone calls of "how long till you get here?". Seriously? I'd spend my money somewhere more professional, this place is a joke. read more

The general tso's chicken is my favorite. The chow mein and fried rice is a bit lackluster though. Pineapple chicken is okay. The milk tea is pretty good. read more

One of the best "hidden gems" in Bellingham. This is my families go to 'don't want to cook tonight' choices! Always fast and always good!

(At vendors row) I recently ordered the broccoli chicken, the vegetables were very far from fresh (just plain bad), and the chicken was very gamey, like I have no clue how they make it so gamey. The chow mein they serve really doesn't deserve to be called chow mein (realistically they should label them *plain noodles*), PLEASE add some vegetables in it or something, there were a few pieces of onions, and that was it. ALSO DO NOT ORDER THE 2 ITEM COMBO, they literally serve you the same amount of food, sometimes less. I've tried most of the menu, and a lot of the entrees seem like they have the same type of sauce... Like cmon. The only reasons to why this review is giving 2 stars is because the pineapple chicken/general tso's chicken are decent, although they are prepared exactly the same (fried of course) but they have different sauces. Also they are the only place that accepts debt/credit on vendors row, which is mainly the only reason why I'd come here. If you're on campus it's really a toss up between this place and Panda Express... Panda might be a bit more expensive, but most of the food tastes a bit better. read more

QQ Li's - Couldn't get myself to finish the not so fresh vegetables and the gamey chicken... - Chinese Near Me - Bellingham, Washington

This is my favorite chinese restaurant in Bellingham! Even better than many chinese places I've been to in Seattle! Before she opened her restaurant, I bought many meals from her booth on WWU's campus. When I wanted vegetarian, the garlic tofu was amazing! The Mandarin Chicken is the most tender chicken I have ordered. I have never been disappointed by anything I've had. Many options are greasy like most chinese restaurants, but the food tastes better. At the restaurant they make your food to order and they have A LOT of options to choose from. They are located in Viking village, across the street from the bigger Sehome village next to the regal theaters. It's far away from me, but if I'm ever in the area and looking for a meal, I stop here. read more

If you enjoy hearing the manager yell at the cook, this is the perfect restaurant for you. I went during peak hours on a Saturday, and there was one other patron. The menu looked appetizing with lots of different options and pictures to go with them. The food was cheap, too. The food came out within 5-10 minutes in a to-go box. I got sesame chicken with fried rice. It was plain, with no spices, no garnish, no flair or fresh ingredients, just a pile of chicken and a pile of fried rice. From the moment I sat down to the moment I left, the manager went to the back and yelled at the cook. He took a quick break to take another order, then went straight back to yelling. It was not a great experience. read more

I have been going here for a little over a year now. I went at least a dozen times before they mentioned they had a punch card. I finally got the stamps for the free item and they would not accept it. What is the deal with that? Why are you stamping these cards then? Also, last time I ordered from vendors row at WWU my General Tso's chicken had a feather still attached! With that said, I will never go back! Honor your programs! Mediocre food and inconsistent customer service. read more

On my way to Vancouver, I checked Yelp for reviews for good Chinese food in Bellingham. I read the rave reviews of this restaurant and despite it was out of the way, my family braved the drizzle to visit this restaurant for dinner. Upon arrival around 5.30 pm, we were very disappointed to find an eerily cold place with very spartan furnitures and no customer. It looked like a food court counter. No attendants, nobody. We just left and will believe in rave reviews with a large dosage (not pinch) of salt. read more

Leaves you feeling greasy and full of regret. Their milk tea is okay. Overpriced for the quality of meat they use. If you really need Chinese food in a pinch I guess this would be the place. I often get bad indigestion from here if I chose QQ Li's. read more

Great value for the money. QQ Li's has decent food. Sure, it's not the kind of Chinese you're going to get at the finest gourmet Chinatown establishment in San Francisco or Vancouver, but if you want a decent meal and some grubbin Chinese for about $6 or $7, make a bee-line to QQ Li's. I see some of the other reviews on here complaining that it's not the white-linen five diamond experience they were dreaming about. Get over it. This is a fast food establishment. If you want to be served in fine crystal and bone china, go somewhere else. If you're looking for solidly decent takeout that satisfies, you'll love QQ Li's. read more

Unfortunately, I never made it to the QQ Li's storefront (it opened in my last year up there), but I frequently grabbed their food from Vendor's Row on Western's campus. Their food is very flavorful, portions large, and prices more than reasonable. When they had it (I think usually Wednesdays and Fridays), I always got the black pepper chicken. YUM. A good amount of celery and onion for crunch, and a nice kick from the black pepper sauce. Their pineapple chicken and chicken in garlic sauce are pretty great too. The meat is NEVER dry. I always got the chow mein as a side. Unlike a lot of chow mein I've had at other Chinese restaurants, QQ Li's chow mein has just enough sauce to keep it moist,. It's also a much thicker noodle than other chow mein I've had, which I prefer. While the prices may have gone up since my time at Western, when I was there you could get a huge container of food for $4.25. Even if prices have gone up, I can guarantee the prices are still reasonable for the portion size. I miss this place dearly and will probably hit up their restaurant when I finally make a trip back to Bellingham. I highly recommend giving QQ Li's a try! read more

Went there for lunch recently. Ordered their pot stickers and Mongolian beef. The man who took our order was not welcoming or friendly. The pot stickers were the worst we've ever had. They must have been frozen, and boiled to heat the, because the dough wrap had simply opened up, and each was full of water and a hard tube of some kind of sausage. We ate one and left the others. Terrible. The Mongolian beef was better. The beef had been cooked to order, and was tender. There was not much of it, however. The dish was primarily chopped scallions and onions. Tasted good, but too expensive for what you got. I didn't understand how this restaurant has gotten such good Yelp reviews. We will not be eating here again. read more

This was honestly some of the most mediocre Chinese food we ever had. The sesame chicken was bland with too much sauce. The fried rice was pretty horrible but the steamed broccoli and beef was pretty good. read more

Worst food ever. We ordered about two hours before closing. I had a two item combo with "vegetable chowmein". The chowmein was all noodles that tasted like play dough with no veggies. The pork and broccoli was raw broccoli with most of it half rotten and no sauce whatsoever. The pork, pieces of BBQ pork that they had thrown in and tried to turn brown enough to look somewhat normal, though you could tell from the the rubbery, jerky, dry, type texture, and the red lining, something was wrong. The chicken curry was dry chicken, raw onions, raw green peppers, and raw/cold sliced carrots. Again no sauce just flakes of red pepper. Lastly the Egg Drop Soup. Took it out of the bag and was a dark brown liquid with eggs, veggies and who knows what else in it. Called the restaurant and nicely told them about the food and was told they were closing and to come back another time. Wouldn't have wrote a review if something, even an apology would have been issued. read more

Really can't complain as lony as you know what you're getting in to. The food is tasty if not "good". The price is a damn steal for how much you get. I love the general tso, sesame chicken, and chicken katsu. read more

I will occasionally pick up a plate of QQ LI's from their booth at vendor's row on Western's campus. To quote the chuckwagon chef from City Slickers, the food is "brown, warm and plenty of it." It's a bit institutional, a bit soggy, a bit overcooked, but it will fill you up and it won't cost a lot. read more
