We told the cashier that we've never been here before and she was very helpful. The smashburgers were good and the Trill Sauce made them even better. Their seasoned friends were great. Crispy, golden, and honestly the best part of the meal. 2 stars But then Trill committed a crime. No tea. In Houston. At a burger joint. I'm sorry, but that's like a Buc‑ee's with no bathrooms. It just feels illegal on a spiritual level. Now, the burgers. I wanted to love them. I really did. But the flavor was flatter than a parking lot in Katy. The only things carrying the bite were the cheese and the Trill sauce--and even that sauce, which is supposed to be Thousand Island‑adjacent, is doing its own thing entirely. Not bad, just not what it claims to be. The vegan burger? Listen... I appreciate the effort, I really do. But it was suspiciously meatlike. One bite and I tapped out. The cheese and pickles were nicely balanced, though. And because the cashier mentioned the sauce was mayo‑based, I played it safe and got it on the side. I'm not convinced they fully understand what "vegan" means, but at least they're trying. Also the bathroom needed a quick refresh. Not a disaster, just noticeably not‑fresh. Bottom Line Trill Burgers has personality for days: -Great music -Great staff - Great fries But the burgers need a glow‑up, the vegan labeling needs a little education, and the lack of tea is a Texas tragedy. It's a fun spot with potential just not quite trill enough to live up to the hype.

My questions were answered appropriately but really did not understand the hot and not options. I ended up getting the hot peppers on the side. The taste of the sausage with Italian beef was phenomenal. I loved the crinkle cut fries. The store was clean and well organized I will visit again.

There's nothing worse than ordering a "cooked fresh, made to order burger" and ending up with one that's barely warm. I was told, "All of our burgers are made to order," which sounds right. But when you get home after a 7-minute drive and your burger is registering 74 degrees, it definitely feels a little bamboozling. What really gets me is that my fries were hotter than the burger. And this isn't the first time it's happened either. Lately, they've been very hit or miss. I genuinely don't understand why it's so difficult to serve food that's actually hot when it's supposed to be made to order.

Our food came out fairly fast. We didn't take them up on the offer, but there's a sign saying that you can sample any of their meat options. Pretty cool! For $13.99, I had the Taco Joe plate--4 street tacos with rice and beans. They were out of the chicken in black chile sauce, so I tried the beef in black chile and the bistek con chile (red pepper steak) tacos. Both were very delicious, but the black chile sauce was a standout. It was unique--and hard to pinpoint the flavors. The tacos were so substantial, I couldn't finish the plate. We also had chips and salsa with their hottest sauce, the creamy green. It was pretty hot, so be warned. My boyfriend had the torta, which was massive. It had a generous amount of avocado too, which was a nice touch. They brought out complimentary chicharrones (the vegan kind). It looks like they expanded their restaurant, but one of the employees told us that they're planning on downsizing. It's a shame, because this is a solid place for Mexican. I hope more people give it a shot.

Located in a HEB lot off 99 and I feel the HEB helps with traffic flow. Bldg looks nice from outside and inside is new and modern looking but sorta basic nothing fancy about it. Basic front counter and 1 small menu board and 1 small drink station. But in my opinion from a business point of view too many workers. The place was busy but not swamped to have 10+ workers. But drive-thru had many cars so maybe I'm wrong. Greeted as soon as we walked in with a worker saying "welcome in" and we placed our order and asked some questions and the cashier/order taker was friendly and helpful with explaining things to us. Prices are low ($3.50 for single and $8 for a single cheese combo) but the burgers are very small...as a comparison they are the size of a Jr burger. I ordered a single cheese without knowing this and my friends ordered doubles. $30 total. On reciept they break down the order and they number the burgers so you know who gets which burger as I added items to mine. The burger comes with lettuce and 1 tomato slice and special sauce (mayo based) I added onions and pickles but did not add ketchup or mustard as I wanted to try the special sauce and see if any good. Fries are thin and have skin on and were really crunchy, the fries were the best part of my experience, the burger was just OK and too small for adult male. My friends got the doubles and said it equaled a single normal size burger you'd get at other burger places as far as how filling the double was. I would suggest ordering a double if you're an adult who's hungry. They also have banana bread which seems odd for a burger place and really good cookies. We tried the bread and cookie and both were really good and sign states fresh made daily in store. Over all good experience but portion size to small for me to go back as I prefer a good size burger

Their Chocolate shake wasn't too bad, but also didn't taste any different from shakes I had in the past, nor was my friend's burger, which I took a bite of, anything spectacular either. I felt a little ballsy and ordered an item from the secret menu: Animal-Styled fries, which consisted of American-melted cheese, grilled onions, and Thousand Island sauce. While the toppings sounded appealing, I was extremely let down by the fries; they weren't crispy at all, and they didn't have any salt. Their grilled onions were my favorite, but that's me being generous since nothing else was delivering. I also wish their cheese were more melted, since it made the fries a bit difficult to scoop. Overall, In-N-Out wasn't atrocious, but plain and overhyped best describes it. I am glad I gave it a try.

After 10 minutes they ask me if I wouldn't mind pulling up to the front of the building and they would bring it out because the food isn't ready, I don't mind waiting however if there was going to be a wait instead of me having to drive all the around the building to go to the mobile lane, they could have easily just asked me to pull up to the front of the building in the first place. 10/10 would not recommend going to this location. This is the first bad experience I have ever had at a CFA. I will say when the food came out due to the wait they did bring a free gift card but only to come back to this location so I will be giving that away.
