First time ever coming to this chick fil a location and I drove up through the drive thru and had a mobile order and didn't realize I had to go through the mobile lane. I got to the intercom and I told the employee I had a mobile order and they stated "did you go through the mobile lane" I then told her I didn't realize there was a mobile and she told me that I need to either go around or back up and go through the mobile lane. The order took at least 10 minutes or more to come out, I watched as at least 10 other cars got their orders before me, even the people behind me got their orders before me. After 10 minutes they ask me if I wouldn't mind pulling up to the front of the building and they would bring it out because the food isn't ready, I don't mind waiting however if there was going to be a wait instead of me having to drive all the around the building to go to the mobile lane, they could have easily just asked me to pull up to the front of the building in the first place. 10/10 would not recommend going to this location. This is the first bad experience I have ever had at a CFA. I will say when the food came out due to the wait they did bring a free gift card but only to come back to this location so I will be giving that away. read more

I am not really sure what is going on with this location. A lot of the drive-thru iPad workers are super sweet and friendly. Once you get to the window (door) to collect your order there is some sort of disconnect with the customer service. I come here almost daily and order a drink and TWO cups of ice. I pick those up so I can have a fresh drink at work the NEXT day, as I don't have time to go there before work in the morning. For some reason if the iPad person presses a wrong button the people at the door don't give me my cups of ice. I can understand if there was something I did wrong in the app but there's not. If you want me to pay for the cups of ice then just say that. I order two cups because I want two cups. Never once have I complained about the prices. Charge me if that's what will make you feel better, BUT DON'T withhold MY ice that I ORDERED because YOU didn't cover in your shift meeting to YOUR EMPLOYEES that the ice isn't free. While the quality of Chick-fil-A has gone down in the recent years, my previous couple of visits have been satisfactory. I went with my usual Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich and a 12 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were pretty good and the french fries were also on point. I ended up ordering another thing of French fries as I felt the first batch wasn't filled properly. With all the fast food choices out there I still think Chick-fil-A stands out the most and hence that's the go to place when all else fails. read more

I got out the car to let him know that he cut me and my children. he said he didn't give a fuck about me and my children and fuck me. he began racial slurs and his wife even attempted to get out the car. after telling them off. The staff are always wonderful, courtesy's, and prompt. Although I've visited on several occasions, today I came in to redeem a free Spicy Chicken sandwich. To my surprise after scanning my coupon code, the gentleman at the window handed us a free gift card which would allow us a free breakfast. I've been here a good number of times and have never had any problems. Their drive thru line can be a little crazy if you come at a peak time, but just like with most chick fil as - it goes by quickly. There's plenty of parking and different ways to enter, which is great. You don't have to come in & out of 1960 or Cutten if you don't want to, when there's backed up traffic. I feel like post covid, the orders come out wrong more often than right. I always order large fries well done because I like the crunch. Lately they give portions that feel like medium in a large container and the fries are definitely not well done. They are quick with the orders but not precise. This is a terrible location of chick fil a. I work 2 min down the street and always have issues with wait time and them getting my order wrong. Im actually here now picking up for door dash there is no line at all they are not busy. I pulled up to pick up and they continued to help two other people that pulled in after me. I love most of the workers here but there's a few that should probably go somewhere else because their personalities don't match the expectations when you come to Chick-Fil-A. It was NOT my pleasure. Also don't do mobile order if you are in a hurry because they are super slow. 1/2 the time they just place the food on the counter without calling your name so food just sits there and customers just all look at each other not wanting to touch someone else's food because you know. Cooties. I once accidentally chose drive thru instead of going inside and picking it up and an employee spent a good 10 minutes complaining to a co-worker in Spanish. Umm I know what you're saying hone. I speak it too. But being the adult I'm suppose to be, I kept my mouth shut. The play area smells like dirty puppy dogs and feet. It really has an odd film of funk in the air. And you just feel it when you walk in there. There is never any hand sanitizer or those little packets of wipes that are usually complimentary so bring your own. They have a self service area they constantly lock down and won't let you use so you have to stand in line. YOU'RE A HUGE CORPORATION and capitalism is on your side. Super busy location during lunch time! Seems like all Chick-fil-A's are these days though! They have a police officer in the parking lot helping to get cars out of the drive-thru since it is one way. They had several ladies outside taking orders so your order is ready when you get to the window. I saw the manager take food to two cars who were waiting in the parking lot. It is a busy location but they keep it well organized and running smoothly. The manager even came to check on his employees who were outside to make sure everyone was ok. read more

Food is good but management is no help. Not sure if there was a glitch on the online ordering but on our side it told us we ordered something we never received. When we asked about it the Manager showed us her receipt saying we never ordered it l. Okay no problem we have different receipts maybe a glitch the problem is instead of trying to help she's confused on what to do telling us she doesn't know why it would do that. How about use customer service and offer to fix or help us get in the new order. This location specifically is extremely slow compared to other Chick-fil-As in the area. During rush hours, most Chick-fil-As have associates outside with tablets helping move along traffic. This location does not do that. Regardless if there's a line or not, this location is typically slow at moving along the line. My drive thru order has been wrong on multiple occasions but I was already far away when I realized it. I used to work just across the street from this location so I would often drive there to get something for my lunch. "Doesn't do well done at this location". I used to work for Chick-fil-A when in training you learned, they don't consider themselves a fast food restaurant but rather a quick service restaurant. Which is part of the reason they accommodated special requests, like well done, half and half tea, Arnold palmers, no carrots in the salad even though it was pre prepped and took additional time to make. This is the second CFA I've found that no longer offers well done and I think that's ridiculous. They're refusing to throw the fries back in the fryer for an extra minute. Never have I seen such customer service at a fast food joint! There was a man walking around, presumably the manager, who went to each table to ask the patrons how their food was.
