This was our second visit to this location this month, and I switched things up by ordering the three tacos instead of my usual burrito bowl. Best decision! I loved being able to mix and match three different proteins, then load them up with black beans and all the fresh toppings--basically the burrito bowl experience wrapped in warm flour tortillas. Each bite was hearty, flavorful, and satisfying. Pork carnival was my fav and brisket birria was ny 2nd fav. Service was quick, and the manager added a welcoming touch with their friendly vibe. I loved their fountain machine--you can get creative with mixes like cherry-lime Coca-Cola or grape Sprite. The only reason this review is getting a 2-star is that the food was good. The service, on the other hand, was less than acceptable. It started on 6/26 at about 6pm. TO begin with, a worker came out from behind the cooking area, exclaiming she did not feel well and was going to the bathroom. Just before she entered the bathroom, she turned and looked at the 6 people standing in the lobby and explained, "Where the 'F" did all these people come from?" She then came back out a couple of minutes later to about 10 people standing in the lobby waiting for service. We should have probably left at this point, but she was apparently a manager and was not handling food, and we were hungry. From here, the swear words and cussing feast was on with everyone, but the drive-through lady, who was not participating. She was actually embarrassed by the antics that the other employees found totally acceptable. The manager and the meat-cutting guy were obviously having a beef, and the manager was also very frustrated with her work period. My two kids both got an education on how not to act in public and what language not to use. I love QDOBA, but I will not be coming back to this one. read more

It was not busy at all at Qdoba. I sent in an order online and waited for about 20 ish minutes. Then went in to get my food, after the app said it was ready and it wasn't even started yet. This was terrible and I really hope for better in the future. Probably won't be coming back. read more

Total, Yikes! Your order will probably be more accurate if you hopped across the street to the Taco Bell. I'm so serious. I've ordered a few times from this Q through mobile order. The early team members seems to be in the zone. Nice. Accommodating. Service definitely better. I submitted a mobile order as I was running errands around town. I saw a free chips and queso coupon for my birthday. I thought, "What the heck? Let's do it." I brought my order home. My husband pulled out a burrito. "Didn't I order a bowl?" He asked. I double checked the order. We sure did. My order was completely messed up. It had a few pieces of chicken, beans, rice, and a few pieces of bell peppers. Where's the salsa, the lettuce, the guac? Drove all the way back to Q. Had the guy re-do my order. We received a call that my husband's cousin just passed. Came home to eat a late dinner before we head over to see family. Guess what? My order lacked chicken! Wow. My day just got worst. Thanks Q for putting the cherry on the top the day before my birthday. Thank you so much! I should have just asked for a refund and ordered from Taco Bell. I'd rather eat a chicken Chalupa than a Q-bowl. The food lacked seasoning anyway. This restaurant specifically. Nice newer store Waited over 5 minutes to order, person called for help. Never came. The female flipping chips came over with a massive attitude & very rudely started to help us. Finally another female came up from the back with no quick motion to get to the counter. We finally had our food. We'll the brown rice looked like it was sitting there all day. White rice wasn't much better. Paid the bill & started to eat and our taco shell was stale. Went back to complain and asked for some chips was given a bag with out anything said. We will be back . I came in to eat today and the two ladies at the front were very spacey and not focused. The one lady who was working the register was wearing an air-pod which made her very distracted, and took her about 2 minutes for her to realize that there were people waiting at the register. Along with that the clothes that this one lady was wearing were very unprofessional she was wearing tank top that showed a little to much. Granted she was wearing a zip up but that didn't really matter. My experience was not very pleasant, yes the food was good but the service was not. read more

We are big fans of QDOBA in general and actually prefer it over Chipotle. This QDOBA was within walking distance of our hotel in Stevens Point (Fairfield) and was an easy dinner for us one night while in town. However, we were left disappointed. While the staff were super nice and the place was very clean, much of what we wanted on our burritos was out. The veggies and corn salsa were pretty much gone and we got what was left to be scrapped out of the container. The rice was also a bit crunchy. Consistently very slow service. Drive-through takes forever and I always have to repeat my order a few times. This happens almost every time I'm at the drive-through. It's very hard to hear the person taking your order and vice versa. I agree it's overpriced. I guess there isn't much you can do because it's a franchise. I wonder if they've considered a better solution where the person taking your order isn't dishing up your ingredients at the same time. For some reason, this seems to slow down the process because you have to wait for them to be ready to scoop up your following ingredients; just seems like there's a better way. They always take very long to respond then forget what you've asked for. I've never seen the first drive-through window being used (there are two windows). I wonder why it's even there and keep thinking if they would use it, service would go much faster! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Their customer service was awful. Although qdoba is my favorite restaurant, i will NEVER come back to this location. The manager of this location was extremely rude and bossy. She grew extremely impatient with us before our order as well as during. Very unprofessional. I tried to be respectful and patient to another worker still building her customers food but the manager rudely said to me as well as glared at me saying "what do you need" although I said I would wait. I was with my friend, and this was her first time experiencing qdoba. She feels extremely uncomfortable coming back and also hopes the manager learns some respect. I totally understand that restaurants are a bit slower with reopening due to COVID-19, but this restaurant has 2 strikes with us. First order was missing items. Second time we ordered 1.5 hours in advance and the order still took 10 minutes AFTER the pick up time. We would have been just as good ordering in person. When we spoke with the manager, she said there was nothing they could do. Customer service would have gone a long way here....but unfortunately need to leave this review based on the customer service. read more

Worst QDOBA I've ever been to! When I walked up to the counter I thought the rice looked hard and cold but I figured "I" was just cold- they wouldn't possibly serve icky cold rice - but they did- I got my burrito bowl ( filled by the most impersonal individual I've ever met - made me feel like I was a nuisance - went next door to my hotel to eat and the whole bowl was ice cold :( very sad experience read more

The food is not bad but they need to practice better food safety. Per code you are suppose to wash hands before putting on gloves. Also should be wearing hair nets or hats not just loose pig tails that hang down into food when assembling or long braids that touch glove while preparing food. One of the cooks has a beard and was not wearing a net on it. I said something but the "manager" looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I am certified. I know.
