I got a pizza specifically ask for it to bring run through twice . I was assured.It could be done and I left a cash tip. However, the cook refused to run it through twice to me.The pizza they wanted to give me was undercooked. I ordered a large dinner box with boneless wings the boneless wings had very little sauce ordered one pepperoni lovers with extra black olives got no black olives ordered a backyard chicken pizza and got no chicken and no sauce on both pizzas ordered cheesy sticks got rock hard breadsticks that my dog couldn't even eat when I got there, the lady at the register was extremely rude. I walked in and she said my name and I said yes and she handed me the box and rolled her eyes. I understand I came in 30 minutes before close, but there is still no excuse why half of my items are missing and the breadsticks are so hard read more

I honestly haven't gone to pizza hut for about 18 yrs, but we got a gift card and we wanted to dine in. Stevens Point seems like the last dine in restaurant. We walked in and it was dark and musky. It was like going to a hotel that was closed for a decade. The carpet was scary. I definitely would not take my shoes off there. I might get stuck to the floor. When we walked in, I had to ask if they were open. No customers. and it didn't look like anyone was working. We ordered the supreme pizza. The vegetables were crunchy and cold, and the crust was soggy and wet. No pizza pepper or Parmesan cheese on the table. I guess that would cost to much. I'm surprised they gave us plates. The pizza was a large, and I only had one slice. So we decided to take the rest home. I went to the counter to ask for a box. They gave me a small. I said, "we have a large. Don't you have a large box?" The guy behind the register said no. He gave me 3 small boxes. I wondered "How do they make deliveries? Do they split up ALL the pizza's this way?" I'm glad we didn't order anything more. I'm sure they would have put it in plastic bags for us to carry home. It's sad. I remember when there was a salad bar, and happiness. There use to be a nice smell of Pizza, but all we smelled was musk and dampness. The best thing they could do, is to tear it down and put up a Rocky Rococo's. Called immediately when online order automatically edited my 20oz drinks to 2 liter drinks. Order was out for delivery by the time someone actually spoke to me on the phone(20 minutes on hold). I guess I will try to drink out of a 2 liter bottle in my hotel room. read more

Visit Stevens Point occasionally and order a pizza from this restaurant over the past 9 years. Has slowly over time become a poor quality pizza. I would say they try to cut cost by going with less ingredients, such as cheese and other toppings. It's Wisconsin, where's the CHEESE? We like the pizza here. When we do carryout orders, the pizza is usually ready in 15 minutes. There are lots of windows and booths here. The restaurant is older but seems clean and not dated. The pizza buffet is a bit disappointing, they seem to make cheaper less tasty pizzas for the buffet. I recommend asking what their specials are for the day because they change quite often. read more

They did not follow instructions I put online and then when I called to ask where my food was they said it was at their store and I would have to wait an hour (for my food that would sit there). They almost encouraged me to cancel the order. Horrible customer service. The food isn't that great, but with few places that deliver here in town, well sometimes you want something different. Put in an online order for 9 pizzas. Someone called me to tell me they wouldnt be ready In time. Tried to call them and was put on hold 3 times, once for 15 mins. Had to physically drive to the store to talk to someone about my order. They never started it because they hadn't heard from me. If you call a customer about their order then you should probably answer the phone to talk to them about it. read more

The door says that the store is open for "dine in and carry out" until 12am daily. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order and whenever we started to order they told us we weren't allowed to dine in. Would not recommend read more

If I could rate our experience I would. We got the worst pizza today that I have ever had. Waitress brought the pizza and never checked back for like 15 mins. When she showed up I advised her that the pizza was very greasy and flipped one piece over to show her. She took the pizza away without asking if we wanted another pizza. She brought the bill and of course the pizza was not discounted or anything. I proceed to ask about it and she tells me we ate half the pizza. No we had 2 pieces. She would only give me a 10% discount. I asked for the managers name and she did not want to provide information. NEVER will I ever go back to this Pizza Hut at all!!! read more

The staff tried really hard, and were very friendly, but the place was not prepared for business. I only saw 2 people working! They ran out of dishes, we got paper plates, and pizza delivered with no spatula. Server quoted wrong price for pizza. Said she thought it was served with marinara but it wasn't. Chipped plastic cup, changing table in restroom dirty, and it was hard to find a clean table in the place. After a long wait for food, I got to overhear the server complain about a group of ladies that sat at the next table. I'm in the restaurant business, so I understand that sometimes guests can be hard on you, but it is not very professional to talk poorly about guests who choose to come and spend their money with you. :( The salad bar was not stocked, and neither was the pizza lunch buffet. My son got to try the cheesy bite pizza though, and it was pretty good overall! So I guess it was a successful trip to pizza hut. read more

Wow what can I say about this gem. We ordered our pizza and breadsticks. Then proceeded to wait.. And wait.. And wait. Thought maybe id get on the wifi and kill some time but unfortunately it wasn't working. Neither were their televisions. That's still not the end of the world. About half hour later our pizza did arrive. No breadsticks. After the waitress walked away we realized we didn't have plates, napkins or silverware. We then finished an entire pizza and had time to let it settle. Then appetizer finally arrived. I don't expect much from places like this but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Walked around trying to see if anyone was in the building. Didn't hear or see a soul! Left after 10 minutes of waiting. Last 2 times the pizza delivered to me were cold in the middle. Also had a calzone that was frozen in the middle. You could still see the little frozen icicles on the sausage pieces in the middle. Yuck read more

3 times now I have ordered wings and they forget to bring the sauce and still charge me for it. They always tell me its in the wing container, but never is. I've called before and really never helped me because made me feel bad for delivery just sauce. This time around the delivery driver came back to drop off the sauces but they were the wrong kind! Ordered boneless wings and they were good. Ordered meat lovers pizza with cheese filled garlic knot crust. Marinara sauce came with it, which we tossed and it was extra to get ranch....whatever. The top of knots were hard and over cooked but where they sat on crust were all soggy and uncooked. I guess that's why the restaurant was empty when I picked it up at 5 pm. read more
