The service is good and the workers are very nice. However, this is the second time this has happened when I order through the app. I order a big mac with no bun (I cannot have gluten) but twice they have given me a regular big mac. I have to throw it away as I said I cannot eat it. The first time I let it slide as the line was super long and I chalked it up to them being busy. This last time though they were not as busy and the big mac box had my receipt (shown) that clearly states no bun attached to it with a bun on the sandwich. The manager was super nice and allowed for me to get a new one the next day for the mix up. I think if there is a special request they should take more time to ensure it's correct. read more

I placed an order and it was 10:20 and breakfast ends at 10:30. We ordered it from curbside and we finished the order. Everything and when I didn't come out we went to the drive through to see why we didn't get our food. They didn't know then they said they can't make out food because it was after 10:30 even though we paid for it so we got a refund but didn't get our food. read more

Trying my best to bring this locations rating down because I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this McDonald's. Between staff members visibly looking like they hate their jobs to ALWAYS getting asked to pull to the side to no urgency. It's all around just a horrible place to stop at even for takeout or drive thru. Highly recommend the one on old 10. Really wish this location got shut down, at least at that point maybe the employees will actually be happy. read more

When ever I go to McDonalds I ask for a PLAIN cheese burger they give me a cheese burger with onions and/or pickles the fries are good but they are a little soggy. The workers are extremely disrespectful. I placed an online order at 10:30 through the app. The hours say they are open until 11. I pull up to the drivethru and sit for about 7 minutes before anyone says anything and was greeted with an attitude saying how they were closed even though I already placed my mobile order. They claimed that they close at 10pm. At this point it is 10:40 so we ask why they are still there if they closed at 10 and were given smart remarks the entire interaction. 1030pm... Fries not full, barely half full. Chicken nuggets seem at least 10 minutes old. A melty flurry. The only good thing was my salad made right, no cheese add onion. I do have to say the interior decor is much nicer since the remodel but they never seem to have enough staff no matter what time of day. I worked here, I got mistreated by management, If no one was in the line, and everything was already done that wasn't good enough for her, after I already did everything with my employees she yelled at me non stop to get more things done. I told my friends that worked there with me that I'm done with her, and it got back to her, after my shift she brought me to the back, and was yelling at me saying I was talking crap behind my back, I would rather be on the streets then work there again, inside is dirty they barely wash anything, employees were lazy, I was the only person doing anything! read more

When I visited this McDonald's they gave me my double cheeseburger with everything one it but I only wanted ketchup. Then they forgot my medium French fry. While filling up my drink with water the water machine wouldn't stop going. They also charged me for a strawberry shake while I asked for an ice cream. read more

It's McDonald's, what can I say? Their food is pretty much the same all over the country. This particular McDonald's has some friendly staff, and is clean, which is always nice. The also have a large parking lot, and is located near a college campus. read more

Not much to say about the food. It's the same ol same as any other McDonald's. Overall I never had a problem with my order, except today. My egg and cheese mcmuffin was burnt and one of my other items were incorrect. Probably the nicest fast food employees I've encountered and the inside appears to be clean. read more

This McDonalds is very clean. Food is fresher than at most, although sometimes you have to wait for the food to be cooked.
