I should have referred to Yelp before going to this location, but I was really craving Qdoba. There were two kids running around the restaurant when I walked in. I am uncertain whether they were the children of the person who was filling my order because she was smiling at them and the man with them the entire time. She was paying so much attention to them that I'm surprised I even got what I ordered. She barely gave me enough attention to slop my food into the bowl. And when I say slop, I mean slopping it in haphazardly. I doubt I will visit this location again and hope that there is another between my office and home. read more

Disgusting! My first and last trying this poor man's Chipotle. I ordered a chicken burrito with a side of chips and queso. The burrito was overloaded with rice and queso, and I could literally count the chicken in my burrito. The chicken tastes cheap, my chips were all broken up and I asked for the diablo queso and it appears I got a cup with both queso's and they tried to mask it by putting a little diablo queso on top. Food was pretty decent. Chips are great. Here on a Wednesday at 3pm staff is kinda just hanging out while almost every table is dirty. Finally found a 2 top in the back that wasn't too bad. I think part of the problem is people clean up after themselves a little too good and then the employees get laztly. Im leaving big crumbs and cilantro on the table. I like choices! My Chicken Bowl was fantastic; filled out the small corners of my food pyramid, while filling me up. My wife's burrito was great, and the Chicken Salad was thoroughly enjoyed by her sister! Our queso had extra flavor and tge chips were salty and frssh lije I like them! First time visiting Qdoba. We got a veggie quesadilla and another one with the new sweet and spicy chicken. Food was really tasty and flavorful, however, the quesadilla's were very messy. The two tortillas did not even stick together and were not at all crispy. The chips had a bad oil smell and the guac had an unnatural dark leafy green color. Next time we will try the nowl sinxe the individual food items were so tasty! Service and ambiance were what you would expect! read more

Staff is extremely rude, the lady gave me a dollop of every topping and when I asked for more the response was "That's the portion". Don't ever in your life come here. The peppers in the fajita veggies were mushy. Overall not very flavorful. The soda machine didn't have Diet Coke - not sure if it was out or if they only have Coke Zero. Went in there and spent $50 for 3 of us. Ordered brisket tacos. There was hardly any brisket on them and what brisket there was was way too greasy. These were seriously 4 bite tacos. I could have ate all the brisket on one taco in one bite. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

A friend recently told me about how much they enjoyed dining at Qdoba. I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my opportunity was stalled based on the three staff members' blatant disregard for my presence. Upon entering, all three young men looked at me, but not one of them acknowledged that I had entered the establishment. Mind you, there were no other clients waiting and a couple dining in. I greeted all three of them with a tone that was impossible for them to acknowledge. One person spoke softly while the other two did not say a word. I decided to leave and never go back, which is sad considering that I live three minutes from this location. If you dig Chipotle and want to try something different this is the place for you! Same set up for the food but the meat looks and taste different. Actually the steak chucks are big and juicy. We ordered a steak burrito with brown rice, lettuce, tortilla strips, beans and cheese! Man this burrito is huge, 9 bucks and it will for sure fill you up and put you to sleep! Quesadilla's look so good here, I saw one being made and almost wanting to change my order. Water, juice and sodas to wash it down. They have bowls, tacos and a kid menu too. Amazing food. My family got 3 burritos and nachos. We ordered through the app and the only thing missing was the salsa verde on the side for the nachos. The food was cold, beans were hard. They put hardly any meat on my nachos. When I paid I went to leave a 1.00 tip and somehow accidentally tipped 10$. Didn't realize it until I got home and the charge showed on my credit card. I called to resolve the issue and find out why I was charged so much and she pulled my order up, told me I had tipped 10$ and was welcome to come back and get my receipt and see for myself that I had tipped 10$ and there was nothing they could do about it, other than show me that I had tipped that much. If the food hadn't been so bad, I might have just shrugged it off. The bad food plus the 100% tip amount, just pissed me right off, though. I'm already conflicted about tipping fast food workers. I'm giving it 2 stars because they have potential if they slow down when making your food. They didn't even give me a chance to say no to any of the options they just threw it together in a desperate attempt to rush me through the line. My bowl looks nothing like what they offer in their images. Not even close! They made it upside down. I won't lie, I'm usually a Chipotle kinda person. However, I wanted to give Qdoba another chance since it's fairly close to where I work. Well, never again! The service was HORRIBLE. The girl behind the counter was so rude. I walked in with a co-worker, who is an international student and has never been to a Qdoba before. I was telling her how and what to order when the girl behind the counter chimed in and said "We have burritos and tacos what do you want?". I looked at her and said "We're still deciding..." when she rolled her eyes at me and began becoming impatient. Mind you, we were the only ones in line and we had JUST walked in. It's like she was in a rush to get us out of there as soon as possible. Anyway, I go back to explaining the menu to my co-worker when she grabs a bowl and starts smacking it against her hand, very clearly trying to convey her level of impatience. She then tried to put rice in the bowl, trying to decide FOR US. It was crazy. Once again, I told her, we're still deciding. This entire interaction was maybe 2-3 minutes tops. My co-worker felt the disrespect too, and thought maybe it's because she's international. I don't know what the reason was, but it put off our entire mood for the rest of the meal. The food was decent, as it's a chain and the food tends to be the same level of quality across the board, however the service was horrendous and I wouldn't go back to that location all thanks to that lady. read more

Fast fresh delicious food. Quesadillas are my favorite here and they are big enough to share. Chips and queso make it a meal for me and I have some left over quesadillas for lunch the next day. I add fajita peppers on the inside and choose queso, guacamole & salsa on the side. The app only allows for 3 items on the side. You can choose queso, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole, salsa, queso any combination that works for you. No extra charge for guacamole here. The app is super convenient to place and pay for the order. Rewards are easy to earn and they open up redeemable entree items. Be sure to check your emails or notifications, they some times have opportunities to earn double and triple points. When ordering on the app, If you opt for pick up it will be waiting for you when you get there. I've only had an issue once and it was acknowledged and corrected quickly. This was my second attempt at this Qdoba. Here is my take- burrito chicken protein bowl has zero flavor. Additionally this location seems to always leave something out of your to go order. Last time they forgot the queso and this time they left out the guacamole. Additionally either their salsa has no taste or they left it out. My suggestion to corporate is to add some flavor to their food otherwise I do not see them as surviving. This particular location customer service and communication skills falls short of an average expectation imo. read more

Okay so, I love burritos. And I really like qdoba. I'd argue that their prices are a little too high, but I can deal with that cause it keeps me from coming here daily! High prices combined with a lack of customer service are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I've tried their bowls, quesadillas, burritos, queso, chips, and salsa- and I've liked them all. They use fresh ingredients and have plenty of customization options. The only thing I haven't liked is the skimpy amount of everything they put on the burrito, for $8+ I expect a full burrito. So sometimes I end up politely asking them for "a little more, please". If you like this kind of Mexican/texmex then Doba is a good place for you. They also have a rewards program where you can receive BOGO deals and such. Just don't expect a smile when you come in unless you come in often enough for them to recognize you. read more

Great food! My kids are die hard chipotle fans and I quote "this place is better than chipotle". I enjoyed the many options they have. I went with 3 of their knockout tacos, while they got a custom burrito and taco salad. All ingredients were fresh. The queso definitely made a big difference - it was soo good.
