Do I have enough time to wait in line for that chicken burrito with a side of nachos and Queso? Luckily when you Queue up at Winona's Qdoba, you won't have linger for long until you can share your meal...or keep it all to yourself. From what I've experienced at this location, lines move Quickly! After a Qualitative analysis, I can say that for a fast-food establishment, I have no Qualms about this Qdoba in terms of service, cleanliness, and food standards. This store Qualifies for 3 solid stars if compared to all the restaurants in Winona/4 if compared to other fast-food restaurants in the area. The Quorum has spoken! All agree that Qdoba is a-o-Que to enjoy any day... Queen Latifa: "When you're good to mama and bring her Qdoba tacos, mama's good to you." Quentin Tarantino: "The line staff here kills it harder than the Deadly Vipers Assassination Squad, but I'm not sure why they don't use a Hattori Hanzo sword to cut up the meat." The manager here is extremely rude. My friend and I were waiting in line for 30 minutes when my friend left the line to go to the bathroom when she returned to the line the manager refused to serve her and said that she was "cutting the line". She then threatened to not serve me as well for trying to explain the situation. She was horrible to us as customers. read more

We have been ordering from the La Crosse restaurant for a couple of years. Accuracy of orders is hit or miss. Tonight we got a bowl with no Adobe chicken (as ordered and paid for) and soft shell tacos instead of the hard shells we ordered. No chips either. Really disappointing. Will need to strongly reconsider ordering from QDOBA. We really like the food on those occasions we get what we ordered. read more

Workers are not educated on allergies! I have a gluten allergy and I told the employee, and he just replied with a "Okay..." and I had to explain what it meant. Another employee then said they had taken the wheat out of the flour tortillas... I told them what to do (wash hands and change gloves), and he still ended up handling a tortilla while preparing my food. Every time I come here, I end up getting sick. There is always garbage all over the floor and tables as well. The one thing was the none educated employees, they should be trained to work with allergies if they are getting paid that much. read more

After a long night, my friends and I came into Qdoba to get food, as eager as we were, there was a long line. When we finally reached the front to order food they were out of everything they had, with 45 minutes left till they close, let me elaborate JULIA said they were out of everything. With no rice for my bowl and exactly 5 pieces of chicken and just queso as my base, I asked if Julia could get more lettuce from the back, as the lettuce they had was brown. Julia, proceeded to give me attitude and threatened to call the cops. After I agreed with her statement of calling the cops, for no apparent reason, the cops sided with me and agreed that Julia was basically out of line, and Chipotle was better. Moral of the story, don't go here, Julia should get fired, and even if they are open, you are not guaranteed product for your food, simply because they are lazy and want to go home, especially if Julia is working. read more

This Qudoba has the absolute worst portion sizing I've ever seen. Paid $10 for what was equivalent to half of a bowl. Chip portions were terrible as well, and they had no guacamole. Eat at this establishment if you enjoy getting ripped off. read more

I simply asked for a taco with sour cream and chicken. I was not served so I called multiple times to get an employee to answer. As I know they are busy, a tortilla with sour cream and chicken is not as complicated as the other orders I saw in front of me. Used to be a frequent flyer here, never again. Rude service. Was asked to leave when ordering an extra scoop of rice for a bowl- seems strange being denied when it could've been extra money made. Unprofessional, unwilling to serve and make money, and a strange choice of staff. Sometimes no help is better than team members who refuse to make a sale and leaves paying customers with a bad taste in their mouth. Went in looking for some food after a long day of studying. Out of multiple items, didn't offer to make some of the items like fajita veggies, that are ready and cooked in minutes. Very messy counters with all foods mixing together. Very unimpressed with this particular Qdoba. Will not be returning. read more

I am appalled by Qdoba... I previously had a good experience there when I first moved here, but my visit after that I feel was my last one. The environment was disgusting. The food was caked to the bottom and sides of the pans, as if they had been sitting there a long time. What really through me about this place, was the fact that there was a woman with 2 dogs!!!....2 dogs!!!!! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. They were sitting in the middle of the restaurant right by the table. I was disgusted and immediately wanted to leave. These dogs were not service animals. I couldn't believe that a restaurant would allow to dogs just to sit in the restaurant. If you don't care enough about serving quality food, then I guess the cleanliness and the health safety for others which pertains to keeping animals out of the restaurant, doesn't really matter at this point. It makes me disappointed this place would be so careless and ignorant to allow this to happen! There are many people with allergies, and pets being a huge one! I understand for people who have service animals, but it then comes down to people who are allergic to animals, some deathly, and this is just allowed?? You need to get your act together Qdoba!! The food was amazing only complaint I have is the rude employee I had to deal with. This girl yelled at me for a simple miscommunication after I couldn't hear what she said. She was extremely rude and I would've gotten a name but I couldn't see it. She was wearing a pink headband and had brown hair. This location NEEDS more staff. Went last night after the bars (a Saturday night) and there were 3 employees. We waited in line for 30 minutes and in total were in and out in about 40 minutes because they were so understaffed and stressed. I felt so bad for them but we waited too long to leave at that point. They either need more employees or close at 10 on weekends. read more

Ordered a steak burrito and barely got any steak. Usually when I go to qdoba it is great quality but this time the servers barely put any of what I asked for on my burrito. And that's not all. This place is pretty much like a chipotle but a lot more flavor to their food. This is the first time I have been able to try their food because they closed down the one in Southaven Mississippi. I noticed that there was one here in Lacrosse which I'm glad I work on the steamboat. The staff was friendly and my food came out pretty quickly. Be sure you get there early before the rush. The place can be kind of pricey by it's worth the money. read more

Not being from LaCrosse, I was SO happy a fav of mine came to town! Great location for people downtown wanting to walk and grab something quick. I know they're still relatively new, but the service has definite room for improvement. They are SLOW. Also, I went last week and ordered a chicken burrito (pretty common if assume) and they were essentially 'out' I chicken. It was cooked, but hadn't been cut up. I didn't have time to wait. I decided to give it another chance later that week and ordered Gumbo, only to find out they were out? Seems odd since both times were during the lunch rush. Also worth noting they have a customer card, where you get a free entree after so many purchases Good food. Great salsa selection. Great location. Hopefully some of the kinks will get worked out over time. read more

But whatevs. Qdoba is essentially a knock-off of Chipotle, and serves the same kind of San Francisco-style burritos and such. My chicken burrito was fine. The staff was efficient, but could've been more helpful in explaining to the folks ahead of me how the toppings/ingredients worked. The most worthwhile reason to visit this Qdoba is that they have a Coca-Cola "Freestyle" touch screen soda fountain, that dispenses something like 125 different Coca-Cola varieties. One of my favorite places for Mexican food in la crosse, they are reasonably priced and the food is simply good I have never ordered anything that wasn't good, the fajitas as they were on the higher priced side for what you got. The lady who took our order had green hair and should not have a job there. She was extremely rude to us when we were telling her our order and when we were at the register. This place was a welcomed addition to the downtown area! I'm a big fan of Qdoba for burritos compared to the other places in the area. This is the closest thing to Chipotle. Prices are fair I think for the amount of food. Have consistently had good food and good service. read more

I travel through La Crosse all the time on business and while La Crosse has a ton of options for dining, they are limited when it comes to offering fresh healthy options. I stopped in this location today and ordered a chicken salad bowl with some chips and salsa, which were both very good. The customer service here is very friendly and helpful and overall they created a welcoming culture. Cheers to a well run option in La Crosse! read more
